• Hadassa (9/5): Heerlijke locatie.een echte aanrader voor gezinnen - Alles was schoon, hele fijne goede informatiemap, genoeg van alles, goede prijs/kwaliteit. Fijne sfeer. Een klein minpuntje is het licht in de woonkamer. Daar zou een verduisterend gordijn nog wel fijn zijn. De kinderen waren nu vroeg wakker door het daglicht.

• özlem (10/5): I highly recommend staying here. - Finding the house and getting in was very easy. It was very close to tram and train stops, so you could easily get everywhere within about 20-30 minutes. The cleanliness was really excellent, everything was very clean. It was also very quiet day and night, there were no loud noises, in fact we didn't really hear any noise. We only stayed for 2 nights but it was a really warm, homey atmosphere, we would have liked to stay longer.

• Endri (10/5): Overall a very good and pleasant stay. Highly reccomended property for couples and small families. - The property was very clean, spatious and functional. We particularly liked the shower room, and the well equipped kitchen, including coffee and tea. Instructions were clear, and hosts were very responsive, also including a detailed guide on visiting the city. The neighborhood was quiet and easily rechable by public transport. A good and helpful addition would be to provide shampoo and body wash.

• Frank (8/5): Prettig appartement, buiten het centrum in rustige volksbuurt. - Het is een prettig appartement gelegen in een rustige volkswijk met enige Turkse zaken. Het appartement (er zijn er meerdere ) bevind zich in een oud gerenoveerd gebouw en de inrichting bestaat vnl. uit vintage meubelen uit de jaren 50 en 60. Het is knap hoe het met minimale middelen toch aangenaam is gemaakt. De keuken en eettafel is door een stukje muur gescheiden van de woonkamer. Er zijn 2 kleine slaapkamers met weinig tot geen opbergmogelijkheden. Er is een Nespresso machine aanwezig, voor ons zeer belangrijk. Wij waren er met temperaturen rond het vriespunt, maar sliepen zonder verwarming en raam open. Het is een warm huis. Er is een buitenruimte rondom het huis wat me zomers heel prettig lijkt. . Hoofdkussens: te slap en geen fijne kwaliteit (te warm). Aandachtspunt: tijdens ons verblijf zagen wij dat op een ochtend er bij 2 voor de deur geparkeerde auto's er een raam was ingeslagen. Wij waren voorbereid, maar afstand naar het Centrum moet echt met bus en of tram.

• Heimer (9/5): - Sehr schönes Appartment, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Straßenbahn/Bus ins Zentrum zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Pizzeria usw., Weinhaus, Bahnhof (ICE) ebenfalls. Um das TV-Problem haben sich die Gastgeber umgehend gekümmert. Sehr gerne wieder!

• Andrea (10/5): Sehr schönes Appartement für eine Wien Reise! - Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement, liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Kurze Wege zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Zug, Straßenbahn, Bus und U-Bahn). Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder! Es hat uns nichts gefehlt!

The house was perfectly clean and having the toilet in a separate room from the shower was very helpful with our group of 4. Would have liked a few more Nespresso pods, but having a second coffee maker with ground coffee available was certainly fine

• Michael (8/5): Lovely Apartment - Good location near Meidling train station. Apartment was very clean and modern. We felt very safe and it was quiet. Hosts were very accommodating and nice. Bed was a bit awkward getting in and out as it was close to the wall on both sides. Couch wasn't that comfortable.

• Gregor (9/5): Angenehme Location für ein paar Tage in Wien bei ÖPNV-Nutzung. - Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Zudem hat uns bei 6 Personen die gute Raumaufteilung geholfen. In der Nähe gab es ein Parkhaus, wo man bei Voranmeldung nur €10 (08-2025) pro Tag zahlen musste, bei automatischer Kennzeichenerkennung (Bei Ein- und Ausfahrt bitte aufpassen. Dort war es etwas eng.). Bei 6 Personen ist es mit einem Bad etwas schleppend. WC war aber separat.
• Alexandra (9/5): Comfy, spacious, and good value - The apartment was very comfortable for six people thanks to the large common room. It was clean and spacious. Communication with the owners was quick, and the instructions for key pick-up were clear. The kitchen was well equipped and had an induction stovetop. No microwave. In the street there are several shops, and the Meidling train station is nearby. The tram ride to the city center took about 25 minutes. The biggest bedroom faces the main street, which was rather noisy at night, especially because of the trams and frequent sirens. Otherwise, just few quirks, really. There were some remarks about the oversized and therefore uncomfortable pillows, as well as the confusing arrangement of the kitchen cabinets with their rather random opening system.
• Tijana (10/5): A place to enjoy - Great locations, close to city center, in a quiet street. Easy to access, with parking space on the street. Hosts helped us with everything and were available during our stay at any time. Excellent outdoor space. All good.
• Eddie (10/5): Excellent family apartment - Super clean and functional apartment with fully fitted kitchen for family meals. Everything is well furnished. We had 2 adults and 2 even bigger teenage boys 18 & 16 and we lived comfortably for 5 days. Decent shower, hotel quality bathrooms, good beds Location is excellent. 8 min walk max to trains, bus or trams. Lovely bakeries 5 min away and supermarkets 10 min. The host's travel tips and handbook are very useful. Thank you for hosting us. We loved it. Nothing.

• Edin (10/5): - Accomodation is in an exceptional location, tram and bus stations are within few minutes from the apartment. Staff was extremly friendly and super polite. Apartment itself is clean and comfortable, with plenty of room and light. The only thing missing is a microwave oven, which is, in my opinion, better suited for this kind of accomodation than the classic stove/oven.
• Mateja (10/5): - Everything was exactly as described – clean, with a spacious kitchen and living room, a comfortable bed, and a working air conditioner (without it, even on a relatively cool summer day, it would have been unbearable). The tram stop is nearby and takes you to the city center in about 23 minutes. "Regarding the nearest garage parking, it would be helpful to mention that if you don’t register through the app, it can become significantly more expensive.

Transit is very good, you will need it to get into the city centre. Bit of a distance only downfall but easy to get there.Parking garage, close to apt,reserved online and had no issues!
• Paul (10/5): A clean, comfortable and well-located apartment with thoughtful hosts and everything you need. - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Vienna. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. They responded quickly to any requests and kindly provided extra towels without any hassle. The location was ideal, with excellent access to both trams and trains, (most trams go to Karlsplatz or Hauptbahnhof) making it easy to get around the city. There was also a Billa supermarket just a short walk away, which was very convenient. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We really appreciated the air conditioning during the warm weather. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were coffee-making facilities, lots of plates, cutlery and cookware, which made it easy to prepare breakfast and other meals. Overall, a great place to stay in Vienna. We would definitely book again.
• Karsten (10/5): Wir würden die Unterkunft für einen erneuten Aufenthalt in Wien sofort wieder buchen und werden sie - Die Ausstattung für Kurzaufenthalte war absolut spitze! Von Handtüchern, Küchentüchern über Kaffeekapseln bis Spülmaschinentabs und Klopapier ist absolut alles vorhanden. Evtl. könnte man noch über einen Duschgelspender in der Dusche nachdenken (Handseife ist vorhanden!). Genügend Platz für 4 Personen (6 Stühle und großer Tisch (mit einer Schlafcouch könnten sogar min. 5 Personen dort übernachten)). Bahnhaltestellen und Supermärkte in der Nähe.

• Dilek (9/5): - Kaldığımız daire tertemiz, her türlü imkana sahip, çok çok konforlu bir yerdi. Kalacak olanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Konumu biraz merkezin dışında ama Viyananın ulaşım ağı o kadar gelişmiş ki bu konuda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Daireler hem aile hemde kalabalık arkadaş grupları ile rahatlıkla kalınabilecek ve mahremiyet sağlayacak kadar geniş, tertipli ve düzenli. Marketlere de çok yakın. Biz hofer marketi kullandık. Hatta hediyelik cikolatalarimizi da oradan aldık. Fiyatları çok uygun. Aynı hediyelik çikolatalar ve içkiler merkezde ve havalimaninda çok çok daha pahalı. Açıkçası sevmediğimiz bir şeyi yoktu.☺️
• Lea (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt ☺️ - Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Mit 6 Personen hatten wir genug Platz und eine tolle Zeit! Mit der S-Bahn ist man schnell mitten in der Stadt und auch zum nächsten Supermarkt ist es nicht weit. Wir würden wiederkommen!
• EMMANOUIL (9/5): All in all a very satisfied customer! - The aparment was a cozy little loft on the 3rd floor of a semi detached house, thus no elevator. When entering it had a small but really adequate kitchen and a small living area with a tv and a couch/bed for two. A rather spacious seperate bebroom with a double bed and a small couch and armchair. The toilet facility was seperate from the shower, which was rather convenient. The area is quite with many available shops like groceries, supermarkets and places to eat just a couple of blocks away. It's location is really good for moving around the old town of Vienna, while not being in the city centre. Using the tram is just 15mins from the Opera and Karls Platz. Finally, I would like to thank the property owners for letting us in before the arranged time of check in, which with two kids was life saving. All in all a very satisfied customer. My only gripe would be that the apartment could use a new paintjob. Otherwise, everything is brand new and clean and the property onwner is very courteous.

• Henrike (9/5): Alles super - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof Meidling, d.h. wenn der Nachtzug aus dem Norden dort hält, ist es nicht weit bis zur Wohnung (ca. 10 Min) zu laufen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Innenhof, in dem man sitzen oder Fahrräder abstellen kann.

• Paul (9/5): Quiet and sophisticated apartment well located - Really beautiful place. Very quiet and elegant. Ideally located for Meidling station which has all the same long distance trains as the main station and also airport connections. It’s a tram ride the main sights of Vienna but that is part of the fun. Nothing.

• Nine61 (9/5): - Sehr schönes Apartment mit einer super Verkehrs-Anbindung (Bahnhof Meidling ca. 5 Gehminuten). Wir waren in 10 Min. in der City. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man braucht. Bäcker und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Sehr nette Vermieterin und easy Check-in. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

• Pam (10/5): Spacious living with fantastic natural light and great bathroom - Even on the 3rd floor without lift, our room was specious with good, modern and very clean bathroom and separate toilet. Has living area with skylight window. Comfy beds. Location was good about 8 mins walk from Wien Meidling station(train and metro) where they were supermarkets and some take away food kiosk). We got Korean fried beef noodle!!!) Also near tram and bus stop but we didn’t use them. Would be great and added value if provide washing machine and microwave. But there were shared iron and ironing board (kept outside) Heard some tram but just a little.

• Dieter (5/5): Zum Übernachten geeignet mehr nicht. - Karge billige und teils gepfuschte Ausstattung. Es fehlt z.b. an Kleinigkeiten wie Schnapsgläser usw. Die Messer in der Küche waren anscheinend Sicherheitsmesser denn schneiden konnte man damit nicht. Möbel alt und teilweise defekt, die Stuhllehnen waren lose so das man sie einfach so abheben konnte. Teilweise haben sich meine Bekannten die Finger/ Arme geklemmt. Fernseher funktionierte nicht richtig. Das Apartment wurde für 6 Personen angeboten, es waren aber nur 4 Stühle am Tisch. Es mußte aus einem Schlafzimmer ein Sessel mit dazu geholt werden. Hinter der Wohnzimmertür hing noch ein Klappstuhl an Haken an der Wand, das war dann der 6. Stuhl.
• Ulrike (10/5): - Sehr gut ausgestattete und geräumige Wohnung im Hochparterre (wir hatten das App. mit 2 Schlafzimmern); dank der freundlichen und zuverlässigen Vermieter reibungsloses Ein- und Auschecken. Vom Flughafen (mit einmaligem Umsteigen in Wien Mitte) gut zu erreichen; die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist dank Bus, Metro und Tram ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

• Petar (10/5): - The place was very clean, spacious, the host was kind and polite. There is a metro, tram and train station nearby. Great experience, nothing bad to say!
• Lansink (10/5): Amazing - We have been here before. It is an easy check in. It is a good location, easy acces to the public transport. It is clean and cozy. Loved our second stat here!
