• ANASTASIOS (8/5): Ένα πολύ βολικό κατάλυμα που χρειάζεται όμως ανακαίνιση. - Η τοποθεσία. Εύκολη πρόσβαση σε μέσα μεταφοράς και κοντά στο κέντρο. Ευρύχωρο και φωτεινό διαμέρισμα με καλό εξοπλισμό. Δεν λειτουργούσε ο εξαερισμός του μπάνιου, το πλυντήριο πιάτων είχε υπολείμματα τροφών εσωτερικά. Ο νεροχύτης της κουζίνας πολύ φθαρμένος.

• Birgit (5/5): - Die Wohnung war sauber. Für zwei Übernachtungen war es auch kein Problem. Für länger wäre es nicht unser Fall gewesen. Das die lieben Wiener bei Ihren alten Häusern versuchen den Wiener Flair zu erhalten. Die Wohnung war sehr verwohnt. Man müsste mal etwas Geld in die Hand nehmen und sie richtig renovieren.
• Floris (7/5): Prima locatie; appartement heeft wel onderhoud nodig - Appartement relatief dichtbij de binnenstad op rustige locatie; Bushalte op 400m; Wenen heeft zeer goed OV! Erg handig met Vienna Mobil app koop je openbaar vervoer kaart voor een week. Spar supermarkt voor de deur is ook erg prettig. Verder handig als je late(re) vlucht hebt en moet uitchecken dat je op diverse plekken in de binnenstad je bagage in een depot (vaak bij een winkel) kunt stallen voor een dagdeel. Appartement heeft echt onderhoud nodig: keukenblok, stopcontact, douchekop, laminaat vloer Bed staat scheef, je rolt naar rechts.

• Angelika (8/5): Saubere, helle und ruhige Wohnung mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. - Die Lage war perfekt für unseren Konzertabend in der Wiener Stadhalle. Die Wohnung ist sauber, hell und ruhig.

• Roberto (7/5): - The apartments location is fantastic, providing easy access to many activities, transportation, restaurants, etc. The manager was easily reachable and responded quickly. Near mayor attractions within walking distance.Everything in the apartment was functional. Great and plenty of hot water and pressure plus a washing machine. The bed was comfortable as well. Also, an elevator makes for easy access to the apartment (elevator is in between floors). The apartment is sadly worn down but does not take away the advantages of this property. The low ceiling near one side of the bed is a challenge, and care must be taken to avoid killing it with your head (it happened to me twice, but nothing serious).

• joanne (8/5): The bright little unit in Vienna. - We arrived late due to a flight delay and the communication was good. The apartment has a beautiful entrance from the street, with a cobled walkway to the foyer. The supermarket on the other side of the street was great. The lift is located one set of stairs up from the street to the fifth floor, making it easier to get suitcases up to the apartment. Walkable to many public transport options, such as trams and trains. The unit was extremely hot when we arrived, only a fan available, an unusual heat wave event. The very low angled ceiling as per the photo was more difficult and lower than expected. Limited head room when standing up on one side of the apartment made it difficult. The blinds did not cover the windows completely. Therefore, there is not enough sun blockout .during the day heating up the apartment too much. The fridge was quite small, noisy, and very close to the bed. I didn't realise WiFi was available as no information was available at the apartment, so I needed to pay for more data.

• Anne (6/5): Overall great value for the money. Be aware of the security and uplift the space and bathroom. - Good location and all basic needs were met. All soaps provided. Good restaurants around the neighborhood and really felt like a local staying there. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or issues. Great value for the money and was happy overall. Biggest concern was security. The door key also opened the main door to the building which led me to believe that anyone could have access to the apartment. Could be wrong but in case I pushed a chair in front of the door each night. Also made me nervous to leave valuables when I went out. There is a lock on the bedroom door but the bathroom is outside the door and of course anyone could wait until you come out. Would like to have a different key for the apartment door or a code lock on the door. The apartment is worn down compared to photos. The bathroom does not have the colorful green rugs. Only offered one bath towel and no face towel. Shower head hook is breaking and had to balance it perfectly to have a normal shower. Otherwise it was holding the showerhead. Washer worked well and was able to do laundry after traveling for a week. Drying rack provided and was dry within 24 hours next to the radiator. Wifi box did not work when first arrived late at night. Owner provided a new code the next morning to connect to. Wifi was strong enough to work and hold video meetings. Heat was not on when arrived and being late I did not contact the owner until the morning. Coming from NY life, I assumed it was radiators but note that the thermostat controls the heat even though the symbol is a snowflake. Turn on the thermostat and set the temperature, then the radiators work. Would be helpful if there was a sign. Lastly, you will hit your head on the sloped ceiling at least once no matter how hard you try to avoid it.

• Francis (8/5): A very enjoyable short stay in beautiful Vienna. - Good location, with restaurants within walking distance and just a 10 minute walk to the metro station and the high street for shopping. The loft apartment was comfotable and cosy. We were joined by another member of the family after we had booked for 3 people. The host was kind enough to provide an inflatable bed. Unfortunately this deflated during the night but it was quickly replaced the next day. Otherwise everything went well.

This apartment is very near the center of Vienna, and is so easy to reach the public transport for moving around the city. The owner was so kindly to explain all the necessary for a nice stay. The apartment was so clean and was included everything for cooking. Highly recommended!

• Andrea (8/5): Nice but still missing something - The apartment is nice and good equipped The upper part of the window doesn't have a curtain, so a lot of light comes in during the sunrise Moreover, I would have liked a change of hand and bath towel at least a couple of times during my 5 days stay

• Suzanne (8/5): Would stay here again - Very conveniently located for all transport options. Clean and tidy and all required things provided in the kitchen. Lovely to feel like a "local" in this building. There is a lift but be aware that there are some stairs both to it from ground level and from the lift to the apartment. One side of the bed is definitely more comfortable than the other. Although the entry and main room have been renovated, the bathroom could do with some renovation, it's a bit old and tired, with hooks missing.

Several times I called them and wrote a message via Booking.com. I badly need such a receipt. Without the receipt, my authority cannot pay me back the aforementioned 618 euro. Probably, the owner of the Vienna Excellent Apartments uses Booking.com as the money laundering laundry. This is not fair.

• Millo (7/5): Good - Location, privacy, washing machine Not well maintained. A lot of little repairs to be done easily between tenants, but left just to fall apart and become hazards. A pity.
• Firas (7/5): Good - It is good for a family up to 4 members, it located in calm area The location shown in the website wasn't the same in actual, which cost us more 30 minutes to arrive there, we lnew that after arriving to vienna. The bed was not comfy because the mattress was not aligned on the bed. Lot of spiders in the apartment. The actual apartment was not as shown in the pictures in the website.
