• Ashish (8/5): - The place located within walking distance from Bad Ischl bahnhof. It is a nice for place for small group size (3-4) people. Only one thing to remember that the place has a common Shower and door can't be locked.

• Ellina777 (3/5): - Понравился сам город Бад Ишль, очень уютный и красивый. Номер не понравился совсем Место найти тяжело, парковочного места нет. Мы жили на втором этаже, что тоже не очень удобно, сам дом по себе старый и неухоженый. При входе на второй этаж, стоит хозяйская обувь которая неприятно пахнет. Сама лестница грязная, не убиралась прилично времени. В доме отсутствует микроволновая печь и телевизор. Кондиционеры работают плохо, на нашу просьбу от хозяев увеличить тепло, мы получили ответ, что нужно подождать, что со временем они дадут больше тепла...При этом сами кондиционеры забиты пылью. В туалете и ванной также стоят осушители воздуха, которые также забиты пылью. Кроме того в туалете крышка унитаза поломана и нужно включать маленький обогреватель чтобы сходить в туалет. Также вытяжки в туалете нет, как и освежителя воздуха. На люстрах весит паутина, в холодильнике находилась еда от предыдущих постояльцев. В зале находится несколько мусорок для раздельного мусора, от которой стоит неприятный запах. Посуда в шкафу была грязная. В ванной на плитке была плесень. Дом в неподлежащем состоянии для сдачи гостям. Мы попросили дополнительно 4 полотенца, на что хозяева ответили что полотенца находятся под кроватью, когда мы открыли пластиковые ящики под кроватью, всё белье было скомкано и стоял прелый запах, также было сказано больше полотенец не брать.И по мимо этого хозяева имели наглость сказать чтобы мы перед отъездом включили посудомоечную машину. Нам не понравилось в этом месте, было не комфортно, очень грязно! Ещё была просьба написать хороший отзыв чтобы не испортить рейтинг на букинге. Мы бы с радостью написали, если бы соответствовало нормам. Мы не рекомендуем !!!!
• Angela (10/5): Ein sehr nettes und großzügiges Appartment. - Gut erreichbar , sehr nette Lage , ruhig. Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt viel Platz. Herrliches warmes Wasser zum Duschen . Vermieter kümmern sich rührend um die Gäste. Kommen gerne wieder.

• Natalia (9/5): - The apartment was spacious, cosy, and had anything we needed. Well equipped kitchen - a huge convenience. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. The instructions in the flat and before check-in made everything very intuitive. Maybe just the bathroom accessible from both bedrooms, without locks - it required a bit of coordinating, but was manageable.

• Elisabeth (9/5): - Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir einen Hochstuhl für unseren 1jährigen Sohn vorgefunden haben und Spielsachen für kleine und große Kinder! Ansonsten war alles sehr geräumig und wir hatten Platz genug zu 4! Auch der unkomplizierte Check-In ist sehr angenehm Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! .

• Gabriele (7/5): Es hat uns gut gefallen, die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. - Es ist eine schöne große und helle Wohnung mit einem Balkon. Es wäre nett gewesen, wenn sich die Vermieter mal gemeldet hätten. Wir haben ihnen geschrieben, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Auf jeden Fall sollten sie die Ausstattung der Wohnung überprüfen. Es fehlte eine Betriebsanleitung für das Anstellen der Heizung und der Kaffeemaschine, im Wohnzimmer fehlte es an Beleuchtung, wir könnten auf dem Sofa sitzend nicht lesen, es war zu dunkel. Es gibt 4 Betten, aber nur 2 Nachttischlampen. Kein Fernseher Und Kleinkram in der Küche war nicht vollständig.

• John (10/5): A most enjoyable stay in Bad Ischl - The apartment had a sense of “gemutlichkeit” from the moment we entered - beautifully furnished that reflected the local traditional style. Well appointed with everything we required! Without any doubt the best beds we have had on our long European journey. Bad Ischl displays the historic Habsburg imperial grandeur and elegance - a short 10 minute walk through the beautiful Sissi Parks takes one to the Esplanade with rows of historic imperial houses (including Franz Lehar) and a must stop: Zauner cafe/restaurant. Another few minutes takes one into the city centre. Visit the Kaiservilla and within some 30 kms : Bad Ischl (park in Obertraun and take the boat across the lake for magnificent views) and St Wolfgang. Excellent communication and on-site assistance provided + location + fabulous apartment (the only compendium we encountered on our trip) = 10 Stars All good!
• Matthias (10/5): Rundum gelungen. Gerne wieder 😃 - Eine sehr schöne und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Es war schon alles vorhanden, was den Start in einen erholsamen Urlaub deutlich erleichtert. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

• Andrea (5/5): Preis zu hoch für den Zustand der Ferienwohnung - Große Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und großem Wohnbereich. Konstruktiver telefonischer Kontakt mit Vermieter wegen Nachputzen und Verkürzung des Aufenthalts. Zentrum von Bad Ischl gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wenig Stauraum für Kleidung, da Schrank zur Hälfte mit Putzmitteln belegt war. Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer zu schmal und zu weich für zwei Jugendliche. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Vermieter ist nicht vor Ort, nur Putzfrau.

• Margit (2/5): The presence of dust and mold was off-putting and significantly impacted the quality of the stay. - The staircase leading up to the apartment appeared neglected, covered in dust and uncleaned. Although the property initially gave off a clean impression, upon closer inspection, signs of neglect became evident. Mold crept along the walls of the sleeping room, dust accumulated in abundance, and the lamps, untouched for months, were coated in layers of dust. The state of the shower/bathtub was particularly distressing, marred by heavy dirt buildup, mold, and a thick layer of yellowish residue.

We had to put there under balcony, but it was raining on them anyway and were damaged. Construction site next to appartment. Once we cannot even get out of appartmentwitu bikes due to large truck parking just in front of entry door. very annoying

• Jaromír (10/5): Exceptional - My friends and I had a beautiful stay in this apartment. It was very easy to check in because the hosts provide all the needed information in advance. The apartment itself was spacious and fully furnished including useful kitchen appliances. We also appreciated the private parking space and the location of the apartment is ideal for evening walks in the city. There were a few mosquitos we had to get rid of but otherwise everything was great :)
