Comodo il letto Essendo arrivati nel mese di Febbraio 2026, con temperature basse e neve, non abbiamo affatto gradito che non funzionasse il riscaldamento. La prima notte abbiamo dovuto dormire senza, sentendo freddo. Abbiamo avvertito la struttura che ha mandato il tecnico la mattina dopo. Il guasto è stato riparato entro l'ora di pranzo

• Donato.Coscia (9/5): Un piacevole soggiorno ma si può fare di meglio. - Gli spazi grandi e il silenzio, la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina e il calore dei termosifoni sempre accesi. Il letto troppo morbido, la pulizia del letto (qualche capello), gli asciugamani duri e ruvidi, macchie sul divano, posizione apparentemente vicina al centro per chi ama camminare, ma le attrazioni principali sono tutte a ovest dal centro e dalla posizione della casa. Per chi viaggia in treno o aereo è consigliabile una zona vicina la stazione o comunque le attrazioni principali altrimenti ci rimetterete denaro e tempo tra Uber e mezzi pubblici.

Punti di forza la presenza di supermercati ( attenzione la domenica è tutto chiuso) e la vicinanza a tram e metro. Per quanto L'appartamento sia situato al pianterreno e fronte strada, è tutto molto tranquillo ed abbiamo riposato molto bene Per quanto riguarda la cucina, ho gradito la presenza di una macchinetta a capsule, fondamentale per me che non carburo senza il caffè ed il bollitore per una tisana al rientro. Dotato di frigorifero e piano cottura che però non ho utilizzato. Eccezionale Rebecca che ha risposto ad ogni mio quesito e mi ha aiutato nella soluzione di una problematica. In realtà è un appartamento molto pulito. Unica pecca a mia parere è la biancheria da letto da rinnovare e le asciugamani ruvide. Per il resto lo consiglierei perché ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo

Apartment was clean and well supplied with towels. We stayed in apartment "Tamara". The description was quite misleading: the bedroom is not separate, but in one room with dining and lounge/sofa bed.. Also the washing machine was shared and not in the apartment as listed. We had quite a bit of laundry to wash and the washing machine was broken. The coffee machine was broken too. The place was dark, pokey and facing the street on the ground level. Bed matress uncomfortably soft and worn out.

• Anna (7/5): The apartment is very small, but otherwise nice and clean in a very quiet area. - The appartment was clean and easily accessible. Communication with the host was easy and fast, the host is very helpful and responsive. I appreciate there is no extra charge for staying with dogs. In the Booking page, the description gives impression that appartment has two separate rooms: living room with coach, and bedroom with bed. This is not correct - the appartment is all one small open space with 4 beds. Even the kitchen is not separated by a door from the sleeping area. The bathroom was all ok. The boiler (water heater) was broken so it was making a lot of noise 24hrs a day, very annoying for sleeping. But when we signaled the problem to the host, they got it fixed in few hours. I would suggest adding more cutlery to the kitchenette. There was like 2 spoons which is not great for four people.

Not central to tourist attractions, but the owner gave me great info of how to get there by viennas excellent transport system. Very quick and easy to get to the centre in 10 minutes. Ha sido muy amable y se ha preocupado por si necesitábamos algo. El chek in es muy sencillo de realizar con unas llaves dentro de un cajetín a la entrada. La calefacción funciona muy bien. En 15-20 minutos a pie estás en el centro de la ciudad y en los alrededores hay supermercados y bares donde desayunar o comer. La habitación se encuentra en conjunto con el salón, pero es amplia. Stains and worn out bed linen. Pipe of the shower was black. Not really meant for 4. Only 3 chairs at the small dining table.. sofa bed was not really comfy... unfortunately that is with many. View was the plastic bins in the inner small courtyard.

Neskatoties uz to, ka naktsmītnē ieradāmies ap pusnakti, mums bija viss nepieciešamais un to viegli varēja atrast. Darbinieki atsūtīja skaidrojumu kā labāk nokļūt te. Pēc izrakstīšanās mums atļāva paturēt ilgāk mūsu bagāžu, lai varam vēl pabūt skaistajā Vīnē. Paldies par lielisko pieredzi un brīnišķīgajām brīvdienām Vīnē. • Sima (10/5): Überraschend schön und gemütlich! - Sauber, ruhig, das Bett super bequem, die Badezimmer neu und hochwertig! Zudem ist die Wohnung recht geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gefiel mir viel besser als in einem konventionellen Hotelzimmer. Rebekkah war pünktlich da und äußerst hilfsbereit und geduldig. Die Schlückeübergabe war somit sehr einfach. Ich werde wieder kommen, da ich geschäftlich oft in Wien zu tun habe. Es hat mir alles gefallen und ich habe bereits weitere Kolleginnen und Kollegen unseres Geschäfts auf dieses Objekt aufmerksam gemacht!

Sehr dunkel, Bett leider sehr weich. Die Baustelle auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite war morgens etwas störend. Haus ist auch relativ hellhörig
• Bruno (9/5): Great option for a relaxing holiday - The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is on ground level, but with the windows to the backyard, so it is very quiet at night. The sofa bed is very comfortable as well, and the kitchen is small but it has everything you need for cooking. The neighbourhood is quiet, and with the tram line you can visit Vienna easily. There are a few markets for groceries and local restaurants nearby.

Bakery and supermarkets within a few minutes walk, metro or the canal with restaurants also not far. The bed was too soft to my liking, but otherwise fine. Note that on the other side of the small road, construction is ongoing (June 2025 at least), thus sleeping in was out of the question.

It would of been nice to have a few basics like milk in the fridge and a jar of coffee waiting but there is a shop only a couple of streets away so i stocked up on what i needed when i arrived and it wasnt a problem.
