• Nicky (5/5): Great location but not much else to recommend it. - Location was great. Vienna Invites were courteous and tried to help. We booked for 3 adults but the sofa bed doesn't really cater for more than a child. We had to call to ask for linen for this too. Finding the key was a treasure hunt using photos provided. The heating was not enough for the time of year or maybe we did not know how to use it well.
• Alexandra (1/5): Bad - Good location The place was dirty when we arrived, bed and towels dirty, with garbage on the floor and table. We had to wait over 3 hours for someone to come and clean after I managed to contact the people responsible for the property. The cleaner finally came with two men who a) kept the door opened, thus making the place even colder than it already was, and b) one man was being loud on his phone the whole time his wife (we presume) was cleaning. We paid to have a relaxing place to stay, not to be invaded by some people without manners. Also, the internet didn't work for 2 hours at the beginning. Finally, the place was very cold.
