La falta de una buena mesa de centro en el salón (o varias mesitas pequeñas o plegables), un escurreplatos y más trapos de cocina.

Maalesef oteldeki olanakları bulamıyorsunuz. Tek kullanımlık şampuan, duş jeli yok, tek kullanımlık terlik yok. Görevli kişiye bunu ilettim ancak böyle bir hizmetlerinin olmadıklarını, kendimizin almasi gerektiğini söyledi. Gezmek için geldiğimiz viyanada bunlarla uğraşmak iyi olmuyor.

The check-in process was handled by a wonderful and helpful person. The dishwasher door is broken. The water heater is difficult to control, leading to an unstable water temperature. The toilet also suffers from poor ventilation. No tea was provided, only coffee.

Hot water problems - Location We chose this apartment for a family trip to Vienna with our two young kids, believing the "family friendly" description and central location would be a perfect fit. The location was indeed great, but our stay was an utter disappointment. The first night, the shower head flew off the wall, narrowly missing our six-year-old’s head The next two nights, the hot water was intermittent at best. We ended up having to boil water on the stove and carry it to the bathroom just to bathe our kids after a long day. We informed the owner, Salvatore, about these serious issues and were met with dismissive know-it-all remarks instead of any attempt to help. Paying €222 per night for this level of dysfunction and disregard is simply unacceptable.

Posizione ottimale, stanze grandi, una bellissima camera da letto (e un ottimo soggiorno con divano letto per i due figli). Si stavai così bene, a Vienna e in questo appartamento, che ci saremmo rimasti volentieri per un mese! Tutto benissimo. Forse, per trovare un piccolo difetto, in un appartamento a 4 stelle potrebbero essere più curati alcuni particolari (shampoo e bagnoschiuma in bagno, un po' di detersivo per la lavatrice).

• Elizaveta (10/5): I really enjoyed it — it was a pleasant experience and left a great impression. - The apartment has a very convenient location, not far from the metro. The windows overlook a park, and there’s a cozy café right downstairs. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with enough space to store your belongings. There’s a door between the rooms and separate exits from each room to the hallway, so the rooms can be either connected or completely separate. The staff is very friendly — our train was delayed and we arrived late, but the staff member waited for us, helped with check-in, and explained everything about the apartment in detail. The apartment has a short sofa.

• Fabiano (7/5): The apartment was to expensive for what it offers. It was disappointing! - It is in a very good location, spacious. The apartment and the supplies are old and the toilet is in the hall with a bad ventilation . It stopped working during our stay and the staff couldn’t solve the problem before we leave!
• Wan (7/5): Overall it was a comfortable stay, and the apartment is convenient. - The property was clean and have quite everything that we need. The kitchen is complete with necessary kitchen equipment required for you to prepare your food. Sugar, salt and pepper are also there. The apartment is just two minutes walk to the tramp station. Underneath, there is cute coffee shop. Just few minor things that don’t really interrupt our stay but worth mentioning. The AC was not functioning but luckily at night the weather is cool, though in the evening it was quite warm. The washing machine was occupied with bedsheet so we were not able to use it. The dishwasher looks like it is under repair from the outside as it was taped with cardboard paper.

• Stefanie (5/5): Disappointing, expected much better based on the description and previous reviews - Location was fairly good in terms of reaching attractions. Wifi. Air conditioning only cooled the hallway, the suite was incredibly hot and we had to have the windows open all night. There was a lot of noise on the street even until 4am. Walls are very scuffed throughout the entire suite. Bath towels are worn and in rough shape. Shower doors are in rough shape as well. Someone had smoked in both suites prior to our arrival and the smell was incredibly strong.

• Christina (1/5): Bad - The flat was in the central of Vienna and had what we needed as a family. As I had made a mistake with our flight arrival time, arriving after 10 pm and not 10 am, we were not allowed to check in and had to find another hotel for the first night, having to pay for 2 hotels for the same night,just to be able to do an early check in at 9.30!! They did not even offer a discount for us not spending our night in the flat. Full price!! Also on Saturday night at 5 am there were people in the general staircase outside the flat smoking and making noise. Not happy with the way this was handled. So if a flight is delayed, what happens??.No flexible thinking! I do understand that this is not a hotel but things out of the norm will happen! :(
• Ma. (9/5): Good location and comfy place with responsive staff - Good location with nearby shops and restaurants, very responsive staff and all ammenities available and working as described. Need to climb some stairs which is difficult for those with heavy luggages.
• Kalpana (7/5): Despite the lack of kitchen basics, I would highly recommend this apartment for location and comfort - Location was fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a better location. Decent sized apartment for 2, max 3 people. But one person will need to sleep on the sofa bed which was comfortable. I loved everything about the place except the kitchen. Wish the host had provided more towels and pillow cases for one week stay. Kitchen is pretty sparse, no condiments at all. Needs some more basic kitchen condiments. Coffee capsules were there but not enough sugar and no milk power. Dishwasher door is broken and needs to be fixed.

• Steven (6/5): Great host and location but must fix facilities to make stay enjoyable - The host and location was outstanding. In addition, the overall apartment was large with a nice layout. However, there were two significant, yet easily fixable items that desperately need to be fixed to then earn a 5-star review. 1) Buy new linens. There is a serious shortage of warm covers where one needs to wear warm clothes to bed. Also, the towels are like sandpaper. There was no top sheet so my body is touching the same blanket that other bodies have touched. 2) A new toilet must be purchased! The shape of the toilet is such that when someone does a #2, the feces sits in a bowl without water. This smell then emanates throughout the entire apartment. This is particularly applicable as there is no ventilation in the bathroom. I was there with my two sons so we could laugh about it. With a woman there, we would have checked out. It is really bad. This must be fixed! If these two items were fixed, I would happily stay there again. If they are not, I would not return. Steve See above

The support was quick and helpful when needed. Clean and comfortable. Look forward to staying there again when I’m back in town. Nothing I disliked, but might be nice to have some washing detergent for clothes. Just a little to start or to do 1 or 2 loads. And not the apartment’s fault at all, but the people above were very loud until well past 2am most nights. Very glad I had a sound machine.
• Konstantinos (9/5): Superb - All was ok with the exception of the 2 things I mention as “dislike” I didnt like there were no body wash or shampoo. I thought thats standard and when we travel over weekends with cabin bags we cannot bring liquids with us. Also i had no extra sheets or pillows to sleep on the couch. Its supposed to be an apartm for 4 ppl. We were 2 and needed 2 rooms. If i wanted to sleep in the same room with my friend i could go to a hotel. We looked for an apartm for that reason only
• Jeka_d (10/5): Great apartmеnt with nice view - The apartment is very conveniently located in the very center of the city within close proximity to all iconic attractions. Dinko was very kind and waited for us after our late flight. The apartments have all the necessary equipment, even the smallest things. Nearby there are two grocery stores (Hofer and Billa) as well as a metro, tram, and bus. A comfortable double bed and a folding sofa for children in the living room. small elevator, but it didn’t bother us
• Ionut (8/5): Very good starting point for exploring Vienna on foot. - We choose this central apartment in Vienna for its location - 5 minutes walk to a subway station, but also 10 minutes walk to St. Stephen's square and 15 minutes walk to Prater. This comfortable place was an excellent starting point for us to explore the city, and it's just a minute away from the Danube in a quiet area. The apartment is in an rather old apartment building and such some things outside but also inside could seem a bit dated.
• Juliana (9/5): Great apartment for an extended stay in Vienna for families. - The location was close enough to restaurants and markets but far away enough to be quiet and peaceful. There was a washer/dryer which was so nice for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and served our needs.The AC was so helpful because it was so hot in Vienna. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come to Vienna. Overall, there was nothing we did not like. This is like an AirBnB which we typically do not use but for this trip this apartment was exactly what we were looking for. One complaint was that the towels were way too rough and not soft. The keys to open the building and unit were very difficult and not easy to get to open. The kitchen window did not have complete privacy so we taped up paper so other units couldn’t look in at night.

There’s supermarkets nearby and also nightlife is walking distance from it. The house itself is all equipped so we didn’t need anything else during our trip. Great comfortable rooms/beds, and great kitchen too. The host was really friendly and even waited for us while our transportation was delayed. We had a great time staying at this property. Thanks a lot! Everything was perfect.

• Claudia (9/5): Excellent value for money, clean, well equipped and in a strategic position. - The apartment at the second floor is perfect for a family of four people, thanks to a sofa-bed composed by two single beds positioned in the living room which is separeted from the rest of the house. It's well equipped with spacious rooms and it's both in a quiet place and in strategic position, closed to public transport and inside the old town, that you can easily visit (and enjoy!) on foot. Preatty much everything is fine! I'd just point out that the shower is inside the bath so it can be not too confortable to use it and sometimes the water is too hot or too cold (I suppose this depends on the boiler inside the bathroom).
