• Wegiel (8/5): Gute Alternative zu einem Hotel - Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. In unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn und Geschäften. 4 Stationen vom Zentrum entfernt. Der Fernseher und Kaffeemaschine haben nicht funktioniert. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher. Aber das wird bestimmt nachgeholt 😉
• Paulo Martins (8/5): Boa estadia - Proximidade ao metrô. . Internet razoável Elevador com cheiro muito ruim , parece que nunca limparam. Apesar do anúncio mencionar que tem estacionamento , não tem..Tem que estacionar em um estacionamento público ao custo de 30 euros por dia . A informação sobre conexão de Internet estava errada , maa acabei tentando por conta própria e consegui conectar .
• Claudia (6/5): Non lo consiglio - Ampio monolocale con buona posizione, comoda per raggiungere il centro città. Stabile e appartamento poco curati: niente luce nel corridoio del 4° piano; nella descrizione di booking è indicata la presenza della lavatrice e dell'asciugatrice che però non ci sono; impossibile connettersi al wifi, ventola del bagno non funzionante; porta del bagno difettosa; sul letto le federe dei piumini senza i piumini (ammucchiati nell'armadio); finestre con tendine mezze scassate.

• Christopher (7/5): Could be a 9 or 10 if given a bit of love - Great location (near to underground), very clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, responsive host, easy check-in, powerful aircon, spacious, very light. One sun blind completely unusable (host aware) - this meant the room became super bright very early in the morning and it was hard to sleep. Although aircon was good it made an intermittent loud buzzing noise, which continued for a bit even after switched off. Fine during the day but combined with the damaged blind, made it hard to sleep well. No kettle or toaster on arrival (as listed in Description). Host did provide kettle when issue raised. Inner front door handle falls off. Overall, nice property with potential to be very nice if it was maintained a bit better. Host was responsive although couldn't resolve all issues during my stay.
• Ponnapat (10/5): A place ro stay in Vienna! - Everything was great! The facilities are complete - kitchenette with everything I need. Coffee machine, microwave, the fridge Smart TV Spacious studio Location is superb with the supermarket across the street and the U-bahn just 5 min walk away. The self check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. The staff was also very responsive and accommodated to my request of an invoice very quickly. The internet had sporadic connection every now and then so I had to switch to my mobile data.
• Ivan (7/5): My Experience - It was clean and building felt safe. Aircon was a huge help in the hot days we were there and we really appreciated the that there was a lift in the building. Bed was good. Not to far from underground metro. The room has much potential but seems like it is NOT maintained properly. Half of the window blinds are broken (and a window latch) . The facilities mentioned was not accurate: There is no Toaster or water kettle. The wifi is terrible, seems like the wifi is coming from another apartment so the reception is basically zero and when you have connection in some parts of the roon it is excruciatingly slow. And the washing machine/ dryer is not actually in the apartment but a extra service that needs to be paid for.
• Cristiano (8/5): Nice place, nice location - Cleaness, closeness to metro station and shops Washing machine was not available and I was not notified about it
• Viktoria (9/5): Superb - The place was overall clean and comfortable. It has a lot of facilities with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge and an AC unit which was perfect for hot summer days. The price was affordable and the location of the apartment complex is perfect to get all around Vienna. The walls need some paint here and there and of the four sunblinds only two were working properly. The lift inside the building was working but it smelled quite unpleasant.
• Fiona (8/5): Great location - Spacious, excellent location very easy to reach from U4 (less than five minutes ). 15 mins city centre and 5 mins to Schönbrunn on the subway. Lift in block. Well equipped for a few days stay. Nice touch to have some jam and tea/coffee on arrival. Good shower. Comfy bed Some things need attention. Bathroom sink unit is broken. Didn’t seem to have a working fan in bathroom and some paintwork needs freshening. With windows open it was noisy , if like us, you are not used to city living. However there was aircon.
