• Kristaps (5/5): - The toilet has no extractor/ventilation..it's crazy if there are more than one of you in the apartment. Blankets, towels, bed linen are clean. The aura of the house was not very good.
• Nataliia Samodurova (6/5): господарю треба бути дієво уважним до гостей - розташування та поряд метро категорично не сподобалось те, що тепло було тільки у день приїзду. потім я неодноразово зверталася до господаря у приватному листуванні з питання відновлення теплопостачання, проте ним нічого не було здійснено. як результат: я та моя дитина застудилися. апартаменти великі, висота приміщення понад 4 м та воно було холодним. на моє прохання дати хоч обігрівач ніхто не відгукнувся. отже, господар проявлял "глибоке занепокоєння" на словах, проте дієво нічого не вчиняв. рекомендувати відпочинок у номерах, з яких ви вийдете з гострим бронхітом не можу
• Kanar (9/5): Not bad. - Location and the area There is no hood for the cooker, the sink tape with high noise, there are no slippers, and since it is for foreign tourists so should have bathroom bidet.

• Mehmet (4/5): - Ev Sahibi anahtarın yerini tam olarak doğru şekilde bize tarif etmediği için gece 12 de anahtarı bulamadık. Binanın girişi çok izbe ve kötüydü. Açıkçası anahtarı bulamayınca korktuk. Anahtar için ev sahibine hiçbir şekilde ulaşamadık. Gece 1 e kadar anahtar aradık,çocuklar korktuğu için arabaya geçti. Tesadüfen anahtarı karanlık bir koridorda yıkık dökük eşyaların arasında küçük bir odada bulduk, bu oda hiçbir şekilde bize tarif edilmedi ve o saatte hiç kimseye ulaşamadık. Apartmanın giriş kısmına göre oda temizdi. Büyük ve rahat bir odaydı.
