• Marcus (7/5): Kleines kompaktes Apartment - Blick ins Tal. Wenn man zum Skifahren da ist passt es. Leider war in den ersten Tagen die Skischuhwärmer kaputt. Die Küche hat nur 2 Kochfelder und bei Nutzung der großen Pfanne passte kein Kopf mehr drauf. Leider war auch unter dem Bett seit längerem nicht mehr gereinigt worden.
• Franziska (3/5): Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt etwas überschattet von der nun doch sehr dreisten Art & Weise des Vermieters. - Das Appartement ist gut gelegen und von einigen der Appartements hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war leider kaum vorhanden. Es gab auf mehrmalige Nachfrage keine neuen Handtücher. Die Küchen sind sehr klein, für 3-4 Personen ungeeignet. In unserem Bad gab es keinen Heizkörper, es war sehr kalt.

• Grounder1050 (10/5): Wundervolle Tage - Die freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und der einfache Check in. Wir waren im ersten Stock und hatten vom Balkon aus eine tolle Aussicht auf das Tal und die Berge.
• Patrick (8/5): Quiet, clean and comfortable. - It was a perfect home base for a weekend while we did some hiking and spent some time at the spa. The view was great, the kitchen had all we needed and the living space was clean and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Would recommend staying here! There's a short walk to get to the action in town, but it's less than 10 minutes!

• Rodrigues (8/5): - The apartment is super nice and very spacious for two people. It includes a comfortable bedroom, separate bath and toilet rooms, and a nice kitchen and living room. It has everything you need and is located close to the bus stop and supermarket. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this apartment for visiting Salzburg.

• Pavla (6/5): - Very comfortable mattresses, beautiful mountain views, quick communication and hassle-free handover of keys, good kitchen facilities and pleasant seating on the balcony. Unfortunately, as repeated in some reviews, the cleanliness could be worked on. There were cobwebs everywhere in the apartment, we had to throw out some very large spiders and bugs. No bug nets in the windows. There was mould in the shower, the glasses were dirty. There is a main road near the apartments which made intense noise. Fortunately, at night the traffic is quiet, and you can therefore keep a window slightly open and ventilate. The position of the toilet is simply unacceptable, it’s almost touching the wall and therefore you have to sit on it at an angle and touch the wall with your thighs (or worse). Larger or less mobile guests may not fit on it at all. Also, the bedside lights are simple bare lightbulbs, which are blinding when looked at directly.

It is very nice having a dedicated parking area. the building is on the very busy, main road into Badgastein, near the turnoff up to Sportsgastein. therefore, if you dont like noise, ask for an apartment at the end, over the river.

• Mihai (9/5): Superb - The place is conveniently located outside the historic center and easy tonreach. It has it's own parking which is an asset in Bad Gastein. The panorama is amazing, both during the day and the night. The apartment was perfect for us,a family of 3. It was clean and well maintained. The bed and the sofa are confortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. In 10 minutes you can reach the city center and the cascade on foot. The Franz Joseph promenade is accessible on foot in 15 minutes. Bus/ski shuttle is located at 300m. Amédé ski slope is at a 5 minutes drive and in the same area are the Therme and the SPAR supermarket. Our host Claudia was easlity reachable and the communciation was excellent. The check in was smooth and intuitive. Everything was fine.
• Mikael (10/5): The perfect place to stay in a wonderful village! - We stayed 6 night in the lovely house in Bad Gastein. Every thing was perfect for us. New and clean apartment with all that we needed. Fullt equipped kitchen, nice bathroom/shower and a superb bed. Perfect and fast communication with Claudia, who answered all our questions, and gave tips about hikingtrails and other thing about Bad Gastein. A 7 minute stroll to restaurants and bars and very quiet. For us it was a 5+ stay and we would love to come back and we of course recommend Franzls:)
• Bronislava (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful place to stay in Bad Gastein. Nice apartment with bedroom, small kitchen and living room with sofa. We were group of 4. The apartment is not so large, but we stayed there only for sleep so that was enough. Owner of the accommodation is super nice and very helpful. Just a small detail, there was no pan on the kitchen.

• Maeve (9/5): Superb - The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in for a couple quick meals. The views all around were stunning. The bathroom was large and clean as was the bedroom. The place is a bit further from Mozartplatz than google maps suggests in walking time estimates. I would not recommend walking from the train station with luggage. Also we had to put the sheets on the beds ourselves which was unconventional.

• Henri (9/5): Good alternative - Good location, walk distance to centrum, 200m to skibus. Room was clean and good. There was dishmachine, but there weren’t dish soap and dish brush for fast cleaning. Also toilet paper and coffee was little bit limitted.
• Sesinka (6/5): Not worth a visit - The host Claudia is very nice, responded quickly, and reacted promptly to our requests. Nice view from Apartments. Apartments are very small. The extra bed was too small and broken (host relocated us to new apartment - next day, nevertheless upon our arrival 2 bigger apartments with better beds were free so this was easily avoidable). Looked clean at the first look but inside the shalfs and the owen was dirty. On top of that in the Apartment no.2 was mold (see pictures). We were unlucky because next door they are building something and the noise was ongoing since early morning.

Kitchen was fully equipped, sufficient cooking utensils and tableware in Apartment 5. Very comfortable bed. WLAN was quick. TV with hundreds of channels in all languages - a list with channel number of the most common channels would be very helpful and could be added to the great brochure with excursion tips, shops and restaurants list etc. created by the lessor. Very nice welcome gift. All was fine for us.
