• Marie-Christine (8/5): Très bien - L’appartement est franchement top : vaste, agréable et bien équipé et mériterait une note de 10 s’il n’y avait pas un environnement défavorable. Le quartier est mal fréquenté. La station de métro aérien attire des individus dont une bonne partie sont des drogués. Mais je précise que nous n’avons été victimes d’aucune incivilité, il faut dire que la police était souvent là. Les commerces environnants (kebab, friterie, etc) génèrent un fort passage et de la saleté devant et dans l’entrée de l’immeuble (papiers gras, barquettes carton, etc). Le métro aérien, la circulation du boulevard et le feu rouge au coin de l’immeuble génèrent beaucoup de bruit… difficile d’ouvrir les fenêtres.

• Bożena (10/5): Bardzo jesteśmy zachwyceni jak miastem tak i mieszkaniem, napewno bedzęmy polecać te apartamenty - Apartamenty podstać takiemu wyjątkowemu miastu jak Wiedeń, bardzo ładne, czyste,przytulne! Pierwsze 3 dni pobytu nawet nie korzystaliśmy z komunikacji mejskiej,chodziliśmy pieszo, tylko ostani dzień jeżdziliśmy do Prater, bo park jest daleko.Bardzo jesteśmy zachwyceni jak miastem tak i mieszkaniem, napewno bedzęmy polecać te apartamenty w Wiedniu nic

• SKara (10/5): Muhteşem... - Herşeyiyle mükemmel bir yer. Market ve toplu taşıma çok çok yakın. Apartmanın altında Türk restoran da var. Havaalanıdan ulaşım çok rahat. Eva hanım' a ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Her sorumuza çok hızlı ve açıklayıcı şekilde cevap verdi. Sabrı ve yardım severliği için kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Odaya gelecek olursak, titiz biri olarak ilk defa bir yerde bu kadar içime sinerek kaldım. Heryer tertemiz. Eğer kendiniz yemek yapmak isterseniz, marketten alışveriş yapıp mutfakta hazırlayabilirsiniz. Mutfakta tüm gereçler mevcut. Ütü, ütü masası, elektrikli süpürge herşey var. Çok rahat ettik. Tekrar Viyana seyahatimiz olursa, kesinlikle yine burayı tercih ederiz. Herkese de öneririm.

• Antonello70 (10/5): A Pasqua nell'elegante Vienna - Appartamento molto carino e ben curato, non mancava nulla a disposizione del turista: dal phon al ferro da stiro, alle guide/libri vari per i siti da visitare, TV, etc....... tutto ottimo. L'alloggio ha un suo particolare "gusto" nei soffitti, nel parquet, nel bow-window tipicamente viennesi che ci ha affascinato. L’appartamento è molto spazioso per noi (famiglia di 4 persone) con ampio ingresso dotato di armadio, due camere matrimoniali separate, bagno con doccia molto grande con presenza di scalda salviette a parete, lavatrice, etc. + WC separato, cucina super attrezzata di tutto. Pulizia ottimale. L’alloggio si trova di fronte sia alla fermata della metro Gumpendorferstrasse, sia in corrispondenza della fermata del bus 57, sia di alcuni tram, con i quali in 15-25 minuti potete raggiungere qualsiasi punto di Vienna. Inoltre con una breve camminata dopo circa 600 metri si raggiunge Mariahilferstrasse e da li percorrendola verso il centro ci sono 2 km di negozi e generi vari. Nota di merito anche al proprietario Stefan puntuale, cordiale e per quei pochi minuti in cui l’abbiamo conosciuto ci è sembrato una persona simpatica. Se siete in auto consiglio il parcheggio APCOA in Gumpendorferstrasse n.89: registrandovi con l'APP APCOA FLOW pagate € 7 al giorno (il parcheggio comunque è piccolo ma se trovate posto ne vale la pena per posizione e prezzo). Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa ......la scala condominiale, che è meravigliosa, potrebbe essere decisamente migliorata con un intervento di manutenzione.

• Tatiana (10/5): - Tutto!!! Ottimo appartamento situato davanti ad una stazione della metro. L appartamento è dotato di tutto..fantastico!! Con la metro si arriva in pochi minuti ovunque!! Vista favolosa dall'appartamento e letti comodissimi!!!! Dotato di ogni cossa..abbiamo trovato anche olio sale etc...c era di ogni!!! Veramente ottimo!! Vicino c è un supermercato e volendo anche un parcheggio privato. Arredato bene e con stile. Ottimi anche i padroni dell appartamento. Veramente gentili. Dell'appartamento niente. Se devo trovare una peccaa direi la zona...L'unica cosa che mi piaceva poco era la zona...nella stazione della metro c erano persone alquanto strane..ho scoperto che poco distante c è un centro antidroga e i tipi strani che si vedevano li erano quelli che andavano al centro..a volte avevo timore ad entrarci... ma riconosco che non c'entrano niente con l'appartamento però sicuramente un appartamento bello cosi in una zons diversa avrebbe sicuramente fatto molta più figura!!! Cmq ottima esperienza!

• monica (10/5): Un sejur MINUNAT ! - Apartamentul este absolut MINUNAT ! Confortabil , curat, utilat cu tot ce iti este necesar , gazde amabile , vis a vis de metrou si stație autobuz, exista o parcare privată la căteva minute de mers, supermarket la câțiva pași …. Toate facilitățile . Va fi prima mea opțiune cand vom reveni in Viena ! SUPERB !

• Richard (9/5): Very nice and clean apartment well equipped with easy public transport to city center. - Very nice and big room with lots of windows. Very clean and good bed. Has washing machine for laundry and well equipped kitchen. Weather was warm and apartment got warm. They do supply 3 fans which helped a lot. Needed to keep windows open at night and is on a very busy and noisy street which was a bit annoying. Owner met us with the key and showed around the apartment which was helpful. Easy access to public transport just across the street so easy access everywhere in town and to train stations Mainly the street noise. And lots of sirens in the evenings

• tania (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Appartamento davvero bello e comodo, ben attrezzato e ben collegato con tutti i punti della città avendo la fermata della metro esattamente davanti. Proprietari davvero cordiali e gentili.
• MarieBelgique (8/5): - Appartement très joli et très bien équipé et idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate du métro, du tram et du bus. L'appartement est très propre, mais le quartier autour n'est pas bien fréquenté et assez sale, cela dit nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème de sécurité. Il manquait une poubelle dans la salle de bain et/ou la toilette. Le plus gros problème pour nous a été la chaleur la nuit. Comme le quartier est très bruyant, il est impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Les propriétaires ont installé des ventilateurs, mais ils sont aussi bruyants. Les nuits étaient donc difficiles.

• Francisco Javier (10/5): Si volvemos, repetiremos seguro - En general todo, el trato con los dueños excelente, tiene una ubicación muy buena y el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario. Además de que todo está cuidado y con buen gusto. Por poner una pega, el ruido de la calle, es una calle céntrica junto a la estación de metro, es el precio a pagar por la ubicación que tiene y además con las ventanas cerradas apenas se nota. Los dueños también han puesto ventiladores para el caso de que haga calor y así poder tener las ventanas cerradas en caso de calor.

It was well equipped with all the necessary things for the stay that included dishwasher, washing machine, iron + ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc. During the hot days, there is available air fan. The apartment were really close to U-bahn, tram and bus stations. The supermarkets (spar and lidl) were also near. -
• Gabriele (8/5): - Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Umfeld an der U6 nicht. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut bei Tag und Nacht. Für einen längeren Urlaub war uns der Verkehrslärm zu viel.

Good internet Comfy beds, ensuite washer / dryer. We will definitely stay again when we visit Vienna Noisy big streets, hard to open windows No AC, which mattered during our stay during the unusually hot days in the end of June

Notre premier séjour dans une capitale où tout est nickel !! Beau et grand. Il pense a tout!! Produits, et linges de maison. , balance 😆 histoire de peser les valises au depart avec tout se que l on achète. Super bien situé,tram, bus, métro.. A pieds tout prêt de tout. Rien
• Fu (10/5): - Very spacious apartment with all the equipment you need and the price is good. Walking 2 mins to U6 station, supermarket (Spar) and pharmacy (DM). View is nice. The host is responsive and warm. Overall it’s safe in Vienna but it’s often to see drunker, weird people gathering in the U6 station. However, it’s not a problem of the apartment and in the 4 nights we stayed there are no unpleasant experience.

We liked the building and the layout of the apartment very much. The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stay very much and we hope to be back.

• Olesja (10/5): - Very modern and clean apartment. There were all facilities needed, we didn’t feel the absence of anything. The owner of apartment Eva was always to help us and asked all the questions before the trip. Apartment is in very good location, bus, tram amd subway stops are in 2 minutes walk.
• Baris (10/5): Excellent experience - We contacted the facility via WhatsApp and met at the entrance. The service was very quick. The property was very clean. The bus and metro facilities are just a few steps away from the apartment. We stayed in February, the heating was very good. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are Spar and Lidl markets are very close. The beds are very comfortable. We had our 13-year-old and 8-year-old children by us and they also liked the apartment very much. My wife is really sensitive about cleanness and she adored the room. I had stayed in different properties in different countries and literally, this one was the best; so I rate it 10 out of 10. -----

• hicham (9/5): appartement très agréable - tres bel immeuble art deco recement rénové. proche du métro , du tram et présence d’une supérette. appartement bien équipé avec goût . cuisine parfaite. le matelas trop mou à notre goût, et manque une petite poubelle dans la salle de bain.
