• Kathryn (7/5): Comfortable, safe place to sleep and perfect location to explore Vienna. - Location was perfect - only a few minutes from the train station, underground and hop on hop off bus! The room lighting was a little dim - I don’t have great eyesight so needed a torch when reading the map or book.

• Jun (8/5): Satisfactory experience - It is close to Vienna's main train station and subway station, and about 300 meters away from the supermarket. Two days before check-in, the landlord sent clear route guidance. One bedroom, one living room, with independent kitchen, bathroom, small toilet, and an outdoor terrace. Equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. The hygiene is relatively clean. The room utensils are a bit old, and the space is a bit crowded for the family. The water quality is poor.
• Montaser Farhan (10/5): - Starting with the owner of apartment Mrs.Mariah she was an amazing host and talkative and sending you all updates even she waited us for around 2 hours more because of late bus arrival she was waiting . Location is very near from heart of Vienna , walking distance meters to Vienna central Train & Bus station, Vienna airport shuttle bus . Facilities provided are enough and even more for our stay, quite place between old designed buildings .

• Wan-hwa (Hannah) (7/5): Excellent location - The location is very convenient near Vienna maintrain station. We like the balcony. The cleanliness of the carpet and the dust in the corner.
• Barry (8/5): It was as described. - The apartment was homely, comfortable. Great outdoor terrace. Close to Wien Hbf, trams and buses. Cafes nearby. We would stay again. The shower over the bath needs a rail and a rubber bath mat for safety.
• Prestage (9/5): Quirky - Very characterful arty property. Close to transport links. Could be cleaner. Wiring out of date. Very poor directions for reaching the property, which was deep inside a mass of apartment buildings. Had to ask a resident if they had ever heard of it and what number it was. Fortunately they knew.
• David (7/5): A fairly comfortable apartment in a convenient location - It was in a good location close to the underground station and supermarket. Comfortable beds Only one set of keys between 4 people made it awkward when we were going out at different times to different places. The second bedroom was, in fact, the living room which had a clear glass door so offered very little privacy to the people using that bedroom.

The owner is very nice and the instructions for the first arrival are very clear. The room is fully equipped and has enough space. I forgot my phone in the apartment when I checked out. Thank you to the owner for coming back from other places to Vienna to open the door for me. I am really grateful. I highly recommend this accommodation. everything is great.

• Fiona (7/5): Great location - Location was great. So close to train station. Washing machine was great to have. A clothes dryer would have been great as it took days to air dry clothes. We couldn’t work out if heat was on timer as it got cold at times.
• Meezaan (10/5): Exceptional - The location was central and close to the main station as well as excellent cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was huge and spacious and had all the comforts including washing machine and full kitchen with lots of cutlery and crockery. There were even multiple umbrellas to use and a balcony! Also we came in very early and Maria made sure to come early to help us get the keys etc especially for us which was very kind and appreciated. I really loved everything about the place. The only thing was perhaps it could have done with a bit of a vacuum/dusting here and there. But that was such a minor thing.

Its security and calmness Good value for money It has everything needed for our stay , including a washing machine. Its cosiness , one feels at home. • Ralph (10/5): Convenience is a Blessing - Obviously, the close proximity to the Hauptbahnhof is a major plus. But in our case, we came to Vienna on the Twin City Liner ferry from Bratislava. The apartment's location was also very convenient from the dock, taking the U-1 subway from Schwedenplatz: 4 stops and no stairs, just lifts or escalators. The apartment is very nice and the owner was very friendly. Hope you like red, as that is the dominant theme of the decor. The apartment is on the ground floor, so there are no major stairs to worry about with luggage. Alles gut!
• Phuong (9/5): Superb - Very convenient location for anyone who needs to take the train in Vienna central train station. It’s about 5 minute walk. Despite being next to the train station, the apartment faces the opposite side so it’s very quiet. Perfect to relax after a long journey. It gives a grandma house vibe since the decoration is old-fashioned but it doesn’t affect our stay. Would recommend!
• Ka (8/5): I had had a pleasant stay in the apartment and I will recommend City Terrace Apartment. - City terrace apartment is just 5mins walk to the Vienna Main station. I had to take a train to the airport on the other day. The short distance between the apartemtn and the train station brought me with great convenience.
• Isabel (7/5): Home-like stay in Vienna - Location super close to the main train station, which was very useful on arrival and departure. A bit far from the city main attractions, if walking. Well equipped apartment. Being asked for our nationality felt quite judgemental. The apartment was not super clean, with some walls and doors needing a deeper cleaning. The shower head broke once during our stay, which made the whole bathroom a bit wet, even though we were able to fix it again. TV was quite small.

• Youngha (9/5): Superb - Excellent location near the Vienna Central station. Spacious apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen and lovely terrace. Host was very accommodating. It was not the host's fault, but the message function of booking.com didn't work. I guess it was some technical problem of this app.
• Sergii (9/5): Brilliant location, on the first floor with a lovely terrace and feels very secure - While right next to the central train station, the apartment is enclosed inside the yard surrounded by taller buildings - this eliminates any road and other outside noise. It is on the first floor, which was fantastic for us because we had a lot of heavy bags. Has big bathroom, nice kitchen and a lovely terrace. Enclosed behind two doors it feels very secure. Location is perfect, 300m away from an escalator to trains and subway, it allows you to get anywhere very fast. Favoritenstrasse has ton of pubs, restaurants and groceries A bit old inside, needs some renovations. A bit pricey as for me. An owner met me to hand the keys, I can't image how to plan this if I happened to arrive closer to midnight for example

• Wendy (7/5): We were very comfortable here and would stay again. - The location is excellent, close to the U-Bahn and Main Railway Station. Belvedere Place is in easy walking distance and there are plenty of shops including supermarkets and eating places nearby. The apartment is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. Some things need a bit of attention eg the sockets could do with being tightened on the wall and we would have preferred brighter lighting. Please note that this is a 1 bedroom property. There are also 2 beds in the living room, doubling up as sofas

It has a big oven, and other kitchen supplies are enough. it’ll be better if we can use a laundry machine, though some laundry machines are available nearby.
