• Ilona Klementina (10/5): - Everything in the apartment is excellent, very clean and well equipped. Spacious beds, rooms and bathroom. The location is really close to the city center. If you need an extra parking spot, you will find close to the apartment for only 9€/ day. .

• Ana (10/5): Perfect! - Everything was perfect! Specious, clean, beautiful apartment. We were family of 4 adults and 3 kids and had a lot of space. The apartment is so beautiful decorated with beautiful art and details all over it. It was a pleasure to stay here!
• Natali (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, clean apartment. You should have in mind that it's directly on the street, parter. The jacuzzi smelled strong from the chemicals, but I guess there is nothing that could be done
• Iva (5/5): Passable - There was one bedroom missing, one bed was in walk-through corridor. Also, the jacuzzi was in a bedroom and would turn-on automatically at 5-6am, waking-up half of the house (very noisy). Heating was not working, when we managed to turn it on, it would turn-off before we got back from the congress.
• John (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay at the Belvedere Apartment! The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the AC kept us quite cool at night during some very warm weather in Vienna. The location is quite good – a quiet neighborhood with some local attractions and a 15- to 20-minute walk from the outskirts of Vienna’s inner city. Our hostess was very accommodating, and we were able to arrange an early arrival for a reasonable extra fee since we had just arrived in Vienna on an overnight flight. I’d heartily recommend the apartment to any other travelers.

• Nani10102 (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and luxurious house. Unique design. quiet neighborhood. Two bathrooms and toilets were convenient. The bed was comfortable. The bed was high so it was a little unstable. (It was comfortable when I slept.) There is no air conditioning in the living room. The last bed is in the living room hallway.
• David (4/5): Arty apartment in a great location but more attention to the basics required. - Location was great. Arty decoration. We chose it because it had 4 “bedrooms”, but one of those was a bed behind a curtain in the hallway. No key for the lock on a bathroom door. Only place to sit outside the bedrooms was at the dining table. No outdoor space. One bedroom had the bedroom walls up against the bed, so no bedside cabinets, meaning turning the light on and off required getting out of bed. Only basic equipment in the kitchen. Little flexibility on check-in time once we had given a time, when I’m used to having access to a key without the need for someone from a property being in attendance.

• Vvivie (8/5): Welcoming home with some improvements - Location, many rooms but one of them was in the hallway, modern, ground floor, very decorative No balcony or garden, couldnt open any windows, the kitchen fan didnt work so staff had to come, very little cooking stuff, jacuzzi is in one of the rooms, bed were not comfy at all it was like laying on wood and the cushions were very flat

• Aparna (8/5): Comfortable and Dandy - Belvedere apartments - The hosts Olena and Josef were very curteous. Josef met us with the keys and showed us the apartment. Very large, newly renovated and interestingly done up apartment. Private Parking and easily accessible as it the ground floor apartment. The apartment is very spacious and very good for families. Two bathrooms with shower and toilett. Tastefully and interesting artifiacts . Comfortable beds though a bit high. The kitchen was also well stocked Stephanplatz is about 15 monutes away by car. Enough sleeping beds. The apartment is newly renovated , so the host may want to put some functional furniture like cupboards, shelves in th bathroom and electric kettle. The location is 3rd district and there is an underground station a few blocks away. But we used Uber most of time.

• Damon (8/5): Good price and great location. - location was great and the price was good. The layout was a little strange but not a major problem. The bathrooms didn’t have a lock on one of the doors and we were in the home with another family. The bathroom was also missing a fan which means that there was a live electrical wire to the switch. additionally there was exposed electrical wiring in the front bedroom next to the bed. it wasn’t an issue for us but it could have been a concern.
