• GEOFFREY (9/5): Fantastic. Exceptionally good place - Everything from booking, check in to check out was cool and professional. A really nice place in the CBD. All facilities you would reasonably need while on a holiday stay are included. The hosts are very receptive, they were every informative before and during our stay and they respond within minutes if guests have a concern or need anything. The cafes and hotels are just a very short walk and very affordable. The pool was pretty good, my kids loved it especially since it was warm for us as we are from Queensland. All the facilities were available and working well. The shower room has two shower heads. If you turn on the one on the left-hand side , be sure water will overflow in the shower room and you have to wipe off dry the floor after showering. But then, it was not an issue to us as all we did was-use the right-hand side one. Which we did and we didn't experience more mess. I would say to the host, just install a middle one and no need to have two. 😐

It was a pity that they didn’t accommodate us arriving earlier as we had to walk around for 6 hours bef - It was close to everything The fold out beds were very uncomfortable There wasn’t anything to say where the pool was and we found it accidentally on the second day

• Nerelle (10/5): A great place to stay to celebrate my birthday - I absolutely loved the apartment. I had everything I needed, great location, I felt comfortable and safe. Everything was great. Perhaps the balcony could do with a clean, though wind and rain can determine condition
• Paul (4/5): I guess it could have been worse but I don't know how - Great Location close to transport and a very large room to move about I wish all rooms were this size. Access for us was difficult the numbers on the knob are that small we couldn't read them to get the combo correctly. Lucky for us an optician was coming in and he was able to help us. The exhaust fan in the laundry has never been cleaned we reported this to and it was attended to the next day. No hot water to the kitchen or bathroom basin but great shower go figure? The photo of the room is great but in real life it's mutton dressed up as lamb like nice blanket over the sofa but this is to hide cigarette holes. This accommodation is on floor one with lots of street noise especially after midnight with people leaving close by pubs and clubs and vehicles stopped at the lights with their engines revving.
