- Magdalena (9/5): - Katharina und Leo sind super nette Gastgeber – hilfsbereit, entspannt und immer mit guten Tipps. Das Haus hat zwei schöne Apartments auf zwei Etagen, alles war sehr sauber und der Ausblick auf die Berge einfach top. Richtig cool fanden wir die Sauna im Garten, die wir auch genutzt haben 👍 Restaurants, Haltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe – wir haben alles zu Fuß geschafft, sogar den Karkogel 💪 Ich glaube aber, dass dort im Sommer noch mehr los ist und man noch mehr erleben kann. Danke euch, Katharina und Leo – wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt!

- Sonja (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien und Naturliebhaber - Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ruhig am Rande des Ortes und trotzdem nah am Ortskern. Die Kinder fanden den großen Spielplatz und den Pumptrack toll, beides ist nur eine Gehminute entfernt. Im Apartment befindet sich alles, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
- Michael (10/5): Urlaub zum Abschalten und Genießen - Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus Lechner von Katharina und Leo von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung besticht durch einen charmanten Mix aus Alt und Neu, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großen, gepflegten Garten. Abtenau bietet genau die richtige Dosis für einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Bergwelt des Tennengaus – nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Sehr praktisch ist auch die Tennengau-Card. Das Wetter in der ersten Woche.

The house was spotlessly clean, and the owners, Leo and Katharina, were incredibly welcoming, greeting us with thoughtful gifts. The location is a bit hilly, but it made for a scenic and peaceful setting, especially with the snow. The area is quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house itself had everything we needed, and Leo and Katharina were always available and helpful. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, adding to the charm of the place. Highly recommend! Nothing

The appartament is light, spacy, warm and comfortable, with great view and the house is in attractve localisation, with easy access and private parking places right in front of the house. We enjoyed the holidays in this object and very much.

- Elizabeth (9/5): Stunning scenery and the perfect little house and location to take in the mountains and meadows. - Leo and Katarina were exceptional hosts and in fact Katarina picked me up in town and drove me to the house. They were very friendly and helpful. The house has amazing views and is in a great location for walking. The grocery store and village are within easy walking distance and a trail behind the property leads to incredibly beautiful meadows and mountain view walks along paved quiet roadways that must be some of the best views in the world. Abtenau is a lovely town and an extraordinarily beautiful location in the Austrian Alps. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and the house provided all the amenities for a wonderful visit. It is probably just me but I found the bed linens a fabric that did not breathe well. I am not sure it was cotton and I felt overly warm and it was a bit rough feeling.
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful top floor apartment with a balcony boasting an unbelievable view of the surrounding mountains, not to mention a great spot to observe the night sky. We were met and handed keys by a welcoming host and were gifted a beer each. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to self-cater well enough. Would absolutely book again. It worked well enough for us, but be aware that the showers are in the bedrooms and not isolated in bathrooms, so if you have a mixed group I would bear this in mind.

- Ioana (10/5): One of the best places we've stayed during our skiing trips, if not the best - We were within "striking distance" of the Russbach / Annaberg area where we skied, within walking distance from a supermarket, restaurant and pharmacy, it was quiet, warm, comfortable, clean and the hosts were absolutely fabulous, making sure that we get the most of our holiday. They even went out of their way to leave us some beer in the fridge for when we arrived after a very long drive and also some to take home with us. It was even better than when we stayed in Russbach, for many years, due to the proximity of the supermarket & pharmacy. Fantastic value for money, also, especially considering the latest, post-covid price hikes.
