• Francoise (8/5): On retiendra la gentillesse de notre hôtesse ! - Ancien appartement viennois avec beaucoup de charme (on se sentait vraiment dans l ambiance de Vienne : parquet, tapis, vieux meubles …) mais super bien équipé, rideaux occultants, bon wifi, propre et bien chauffé - salle de bain impec et chauffée avec beaucoup de linges (le fait qu elle se trouve en face dans le couloir ne nous a pas gênés), rue très calme à 50 m d un Spar et à côté de petits restaurants, super bien situé (à 15 mn à pieds du centre historique et près du métro. Hôtesse charmante et très attentive, atteignable facilement si une question. A contribué à nous faire passer un super séjour à Vienne magnifiquement décorée pour Noël. Suggestion : Un surmatelas améliorerait grandement le confort de la literie pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de dos. 🙏

Also within walking distance to the main square. Our host Camilla was easy to talk to and gave us good information. The apartment was nice and spacious with a comfortable bed, washing machine and fully equipped for self catering. Nothing
• Carosell (7/5): Good location - Location. Quiet. The apartment is dark. There’s not enough light in the apartment. The curtains are hard to open and close to allow natural light to come in. My daughter had a hard time unlocking the main door out of the apartment. It’s a different style of door lock where you have to open it by 2 finger touch. It has to be felt and touched just so or you wouldn’t be able to open the door. My daughter never got the feel for it thereby unable to open the door the whole time we were there. Yikes! Fortunately, I did. So hopefully this wont be an issue for you.

My boys loved the loft bed, made their whole trip! We could have easily fit the rest of our family (1 adult +2 teens). Bathroom and laundry were perfect! • Charlotte (10/5): Beautiful warm comfortable studio apartment, perfect for families, perfect location! - This was my first family holiday in over 8 years, I was so anxious. The host was amazing, so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The studio was shockingly amazing, my children and I have no complaints at all. Everything was comfortable, cosy and clean. Location was perfect, central to everything. Many many places of interest within walking distance. Underground train nearby, UBERs are easy to get and affordable. We would love to return again.

Superb location in the old town with excellent transport options. Apartment close to a variety of restaurants and the Spar at the end of the street is unlike any Spar we’ve encountered before with a huge range of good quality food and wines. Camilla the owners daughter facilitated our late arrival, and gave us clear instructions on all the workings of this authentic Viennese apartment. We look forward to a return trip. Nothing whatsoever

The bed super comfortable. Quiet at night. The restaurants directly around the apartment were excellent. The washing machine in the bathroom was quite convenient, easy to use. Felt safe and secure .
• Ksenia (7/5): Room in an antique centrally located apartment. - Centrally located, quiet, the room has lots of character, clean and well equipped. The owner is friendly and accommodating. I didn’t quite realise I was essentially renting a room in a bigger flat. The room has autonomy, but the toilet and bathroom are in the corridor outside the room. There is also another room for guests with its own en-suite bathroom in the same apartment, which uses the same front door entrance as the room we were renting. It seems that the owners also live there behind another set of doors. They assured us that they will not hear anything coming from us, but I was self conscious knowing that I could potentially bump into other guests or the owners in the corridor. Saying that we didn’t see anyone, just heard something a couple of times. We were out most of the time anyway. Otherwise the location is perfect, the room was clean, just not as private as I initially thought it would be when I booked it.

• Jenny (10/5): A very nice place to stay when you visit Vienna. Highly recommend. - Great location, quiet place, and nice furnished apartment with kitchen. The supermarket is 50 meters away. The host is very nice and knowledgeable. She provided detailed instructions how to get to the apartment. I can’t think of anything that I don’t like.
• Jhilmil (10/5): Perfect location !! Ur in the Innre stadt,which is city centre !! - Location is excellent, Hospitality is amazing & cleanliness is superb. Location : ur just 50ms to spare hyper market, good restaurants are just adjacent, and best part is St stephans cathedral is just 5 mins walk , opera is just 8 mins walk . All other important locations are max 17 mins walk from the apartment . Landlady is very warm and make you feel very comfortable. She personally greets & explains how to make maximum use of apartment & also how can we convinentely move around . I would recommend this apartment if anyone planning to come to Wien for the first time . We were 2 sisters from India who were travelling alone, and this was quite safe and very very comfortable .

In a lovely old apartment block which is so nice and quiet at night, you’d never know you were right in the centre of all the old town tourist spots. Inside is dated but flawlessly clean and comfortable. Bed, towels and linen excellent. There is a good lift and the hallways/stairwells very clean and well looked after. Camilla was super friendly and informative You honestly can’t beat the location and I would definitely stay again. Very VERY good value.

• Matthew (9/5): We felt like we had experienced a bit of old Vienna. - The apartment is right in the center of Vienna, great access to all the central locations. The host was very friendly and helpful, and provided us with all the information we needed to find the apartment. The portable air-conditioning unit worked perfectly and was necessary for the high outside temperatures Vienna had during our stay. If we ever go back to Vienna we will be sure to check to see whether this apartment is available. The main bed that my wife and I slept in was great, but our adult daughter pointed out that the mattress on the extra bed in the apartment was not great for her back.

IIt had a private and very clean bathroom. The location is great - just a short walk from St. Stephan's Cathedral, metro station, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Our host, Camilla was wonderful, she recommended some places to eat and we tried the Austrian pancakes restaurant downstairs and the '12 Apostles' which is very close too and the food was delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much and will visit again for sure. Everything was great, we loved the apartment.

The apartment is a studio with all beds in the same room, from pics we thought the beds were in separate rooms. Washer is very small. After our experience on this trip with 4 similar properties, a detailed booklet about the property and area will make a nice addition and cut down on questions.. More than one key would be helpful for families.

Personally, I like the antique furniture and artwork in the room. This apartment is old building but inside is quite practical, functional, and it's spacious for 2 of us. The host was very helpful and spot on with tips The toilet and bathroom were not in same room as bedroom. They were private to us but we had to go through a common area. True it is just 3-4 steps but that part is not entirely private.

• Zina (10/5): Excellent stay and experience - We were greeted by both Beata and Camilla and felt like dear guests to their house. Camilla was most attentive, speaks excellent English and provided useful insights to visiting the city, along with details on the apartment and amenities. She also stayed available in case of questions. We really felt welcomed and like home. The apartment is classic, with high ceilings and very elegantly decorated, featuring an inner yard, very calm, with modern bathroom. Previous comments were saying that it was not very bright and although this is true it made it excellent for relaxation and nice morning sleep. One can find a next door Italian restaurant (very good) and traditional Austrian cuisine (Zwolf Apostelkeller excellent schnitzel; Heindls Schmarren excellent pancakes sweet and salty). For breakfast the French Paremi boulangerie is also at 3 min walk. Historical center a stone throw away. Excellent choice in the city center and much better than a hotel for a family vacation. It will be our favorite place to stay in Vienna! Nothing. The pictures of the apartment somehow hide its real beauty.
• Elena (9/5): Superb - This studio is perfect for a family with kids (as of 6 years) as it has a great wooden structure, which our kids loved to climb. The studio is charming, central, clean, with kitchen facilities so that you have everything you need to prepare your breakfast or your meals, if you wish to. A supermarket is just a few meters away from the building. The host is very nice. Having to cross the corridor (which is the same used by other tenants) to go to the (private to the studio) bathroom was an issue on the last two days of our stay, when the tenants of the other apartment were there. Given this and the fact that breakfast is not included in the cost, the studio seems a bit overpriced.

• Maria (10/5): as Viennese an experience as one can get 💚 - The apartment is located in a 450 year old building, which I absolutely loved! The vibe is both chic and cosy. The street is rather quiet, so you can get proper sleep even on a Friday night. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Camilla the host is hospitality herself: her travel tips did help me get the maximum of my 3-day stay in Vienna.
• Inna (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing spacious cozy room, full of butiful classical furniture, books, carpets, and a very nice old tiled stove . Along with that - it has very modern and very well equipped bathroom and kitchenette. The house is in the heart of the old city, and you truly feel an insider - seeing from the window how the city wakes up and how it goes asleep. Walk two minutes, and you are at a cafe at St.Stephan. Amazing experience. Nothing really.
