• Sarah (7/5): Characterful Apartment in great location. - Great location within walking distance of museum quarter etc and with several restaurants nearby. Plenty of room and airy with big windows and high ceilings. Facilities were good and dishwasher easy to use without instructions. The focus on beds meant the main living room was not as well laid out as it could be as it contained a double bed; we also failed to get the TV to connect with WiFi (phones connected fine) but owners will sort that. A welcome note for late arrivees, some instructions and maybe a map of Vienna would be helpful.
• Drazile (5/5): - No hay mucho para destacar, casi diria nada. Tiene comercios en cercania, como supermercados. Edificio muy viejo, el departamento en un tercer piso lo que hace que sea muy dificil acceder con equipaje, no funcionaba la cafetera, tampoco el lavarropas.

• sulaiman (10/5): Perfect appartement for aperfect stay - The apartment was perfect for everything,the apartment was very huge for a big family ,the location was really perfect within 12 mins walk you can reach all the attractions in vienna , the apartment was full equipped with everything hou need for a comfortable stay, very clean .is near everything like transportation, restaurants, supermarkets etc . Really I would like to stay again in this apartment.👍 for the host . Really nothing ,everything was perfect.

• Krum (7/5): - Tidy apartment close to the center and all key locations. Good accessibility to public transport. Communication with the lenders is not my type. They speak fluently only German and prefer to write e-mails. It was sent to us eviction control inspection on third day without clear reason. We were most of the time outside and it is impossible to have done something wrong in the apartment. Cold rooms with sporadic turn on of heating system.

• Наталья (9/5): Большая квартира , хорошее расположение . Чисто . - Квартира большая , были компанией 6 человек , разместились комфортно , места было всем достаточно . В апартаментах есть большой стол . Обстановка не новая , но было чисто и свежо . Парковка городская прямо под домом . В квартиру легко попасть . Расположение отличное . Мы были транзитом на 1 ночь , остались довольны .

• ENRIC (4/5): Deteriorat i vell però ben ubicat - Molt ben ubicat Molt vell, matalassos incòmodes, el farcit dels coixins estava desintegrat, roba de llit vella i no gaire neta. Hi havia algún tipus de bitxet minúscul que ens ha deixat picades anla pell. Entrada i escala comunitaria molt velles i tètriques.

• Kateřina (10/5): Velký byt v centru města - Velmi prostorný byt s několika ložnicemi, velkou koupelnou a bezvadným pronajímatelem. Ten nám vyšel velmi vstříc a nejen kvůli tomu se zase rádi vrátíme. Lokalita je TOP, k radnici je to jen pár kroků. Byt je opravdu veliký a ideální pro velkou rodinu. Dům byl v době naší návštěvy klidný a v ulici jezdí jen pár aut, takže lokalita je celkově dost klidná.
• Vladimir (10/5): - Nalazi se u blizini atrakcija. Stan nije luksuzan ali je bio prostran, čist i opremljen cak i za duži boravak. Za takvu lokaciju mislim da je cena zaista pristupačna. Kasnili smo i javili se vlasnicima. Veoma brzo su veoma ljubazno odgovorili na poruku i sve je sredjeno.

• Konstantinos (4/5): Not sufficient - The location was great. Nice big table to eat. Appliances were sufficient. Super markets in close range. The building was in bad condition. Maybe we were the only residents. There was no hot water. We are family. It is essential to have hot water after a long day. This was crucial for the low rate. The one mattress was ok. The other one no.

It truly felt like a home away from home. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and welcoming stay There is no lift in the building

• Sebastian (3/5): Absteige in Wien - Wohnung war insgesamt groß genug Gestank im Treppenhaus nach Urin und Cannabis. Zustand des Hauses schmutzig und ramponiert. In der Wohnung: - Zu wenig Besteck - Möbel scheinen vom Sperrmüll - Kaffeemaschine aber kein Kaffee vorhanden - Spülmaschine aber keine Tabs Keine Mitteilung im Vorfeld über die Lage 3.OG ohne Aufzug und falsche Darstellung der Parksituation.
• Stefania (6/5): - L'appartamento è sicuramente in ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Vienna, comodo alle fermate del tram e a un parcheggio auto. Spazioso e adatto al soggiorno di più persone. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di essere ammodernata, soprattutto la cucina, gli utensili e gli elettrodomestici che sono datati e solo parzialmente funzionanti. Inoltre per brevi soggiorni come il nostro sarebbe stato carino trovare il minimo necessario per l'utilizzo della macchina del caffè o della lavastoviglie, in maniera da poterli utilizzare nell'immediato.

• Alan (7/5): Great location, simple accommodation - Location was very handy, close to the student area. Not far from a hop on hop off bus stop. Clean towels etc. It was quite simply furnished and if you are out sightseeing most of the time it was fine. Key access was easy. Friendly Comms from the owner. 3rd floor and no lift so if you struggle with luggage and stairs not ideal. Not a problem for us and I think it was mentioned elsewhere.

• Ronald (6/5): Nice and convenient neighborhood, big place, scary entryway. - It’s a large space with extra space and a full kitchen. Neighborhood was nice and easy to get to metro. The view of the church is great and means little noise. The entry directions were unclear and the entryway is awful. The owners should get together - it is pitch black at night, has unfinished construction and literally looks like a dungeon. Thank goodness I was not traveling with kids.

• Rados (10/5): We will definitely come again 🙂 - The apartment is excellent, the rooms are clean, the apartment is huge, the heating is great, the kitchen has everything, the beds are comfortable, a large TV, a large bathroom. It is close to the city center, connected by tram, metro to all parts of the city. In one word, the apartment is great!the owners are very kind, always ready to help, available for everything!

• Stuart (6/5): Budget accomadation - Property is okay for the price.. staff did help out with an early check via a key safe code.. adequate lodgings, nothing to write home about.. Not a three bedroomed property as expected.. living room had a bed placed in it,so person sleeping in that room had a lack of privacy.. the toilet has a macerater fitted which sounds like a small aircraft taken off when used and was quite a shocker first time used.. lack of information at the property. Just left with a WiFi code.. three flights of stairs to get to accommodation.
• Julie (10/5): We were just there one night but it was it exactly as advertised and very comfortable. - It was as advertised and there was a cute bar just next door. The beds were very comfortable. There was nothing I didn’t like, the only suggestion I would have is to give the entrance info a bit earlier as I was nervous that my sim wouldn’t work or I couldn’t find wifi so I would have preferred it first thing in the morning to access it while still at my previous accommodation.
• Kalina (8/5): Very good - Great location, 10 minutes walk from the city center. Spacious apartment with two separate bedrooms and huge living room. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Located on the third floor, no lift. No shampoo nor shower gel, just an empty bottle left. Capsule coffee machine in the kitchen, but no capsules provided for this model, so you have to guess what to buy from the supermarket.

• Daisy (8/5): Lovely stay in very spacious, well located apartment. - Very roomy apartment, well laid out, well located, quiet street. Would certainly use again. Some minor quibbles: - the dining table is very high, even for a 5’ 10 person; impossible for anyone shorter - kitchen needs cutting board, spatulas, scissors, egg cups - in general, a bit more guidance/instructions to guests. For example: - the toilet is “ macerating” type, probably unknown for many guests, that makes a grinding noise at random intervals when used. Very necessary in old buildings, but needs to be explained. - the stove is gas, but a bit old fashioned, that is, not fully automatic, so sparking button needs to be pressed while gas is turned on: all quite simple once you know how - and the heating needs explanation, because otherwise guests play around with knobs and inadvertently turn the whole system off. We had to get building handyman come to adjust the system to function. It worked very well after that
• Partridge (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a nice quiet area (even on a Friday and Saturday night), close to town plus a few blocks away from a big tram stop and it feels safe walking around, even at night. The apartment is big with windows with open both onto a main street, and onto a back area. On opening the door you are in a kitchen area with two further doors. Go straight on and there's a bathroom and a two bed room - and the windows open onto the back area. On opening the front door into the kitchen, if you turn right, you find a living room with a double bed, and beyond the living room through a door is another bedroom with a 5 foot double bed plus a single bed. These rooms have views over the church opposite (we noticed no bell noise though). This apartment works well for two sets of travellers. The place is sufficiently but plainly furnished. Was a little stressed as our transport was delayed and there was no one physically there to meet us. We thought we'd messed up! But when we texted we were given the information on how to pick up the keys which was a relief! Pre-warning about the method of key pick up would have reduced any anxieties about being there to a specific time but really says more about me than the apartment!

• Marion (6/5): Pleasant - Location. No AC and only one tiny fan provided for the whole apartment during the major heat wave in Vienna. Was told on 3rd floor however that meant six flights of stairs.

Some strange smell we felt in apartment (like dead animal, that kind of smell) in kitchen and hallway. It was really unpleasant. I doubt i would take this apartmant again (church bell and unpleasant smell).

• Lily (6/5): Lovely but felt slightly unorganised - Kitchen well equipped, nice and clean. the cleaning staff were very nice bit random because the dining room has a double bed and sofa bed in it. It has 3 rooms, one with a double and single bed, one with a double bed, single sofa bed and the dining table, and the last has two singles as shown in picture. Only main criticism is the owners were not very clear as to how to enter the building as we had no instructions before-hand, so we turned up at the building and stood outside for a while before they answered the phone and gave instructions, but eventually got in.
