• Brigita (10/5): - Zelo lepo in prostorno stanovanje. Blizu postaje, trgovina in gostilna. Priporočam Imela sem težave pri prijavi (check-inu), saj je v tej nastanitvi potrebno izpolniti prijavo samostojno preko povezave, ki jo posreduje lastnik apartmaja. S tem postopkom sem se ukvarjala dva dni, vendar mi ni uspelo. Zato sem lastniku po elektronski pošti poslala fotografije osebnih dokumentov, na podlagi katerih je nato sam uredil prijavo za naše bivanje.

• miguel1968 (7/5): BIEN CON MATICES - La habitación grande con una cama de matrimonio y una pequeña.El jardín que tiene accesible y privado.Utensilios de cocina muchos y variados .Supermercados cerca.Instrucciones para entrar claras y concisas y un día antes las mandaron.Buen WiFi. Tranquilidad relativa,nos dicen que no hagamos ruido de 22:00 a 8:00 sin embargo a las 7:00 en el piso de arriba mucho ruido.La limpieza no muy allá nada mas entrar la lampara llena de telarañas.La otra habitación con cama grande es horrible no puedes acceder a ella por un lado y para salir de la cama tienes que ser del circo del sol. Televisión sin antena solo puedes ver you tuve y netflix si tienes suscripción. Y lo peor cocinamos la primera noche puse el extractor de humos y salto la alarma de incendio porque ,pues porque hay extractor pero no tubo de salida de humos fuera de la vivienda increíble.Como hagas algo de humo salta la alarma y no hay tubo en el extractor de humos.Metro a 700 metros un poco lejos del centro.

• Julian (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a good, quiet location. - The accommodation was comfortable, clean and in a good, quiet location overlooking the courtyard- but the road was also quiet. Access was easy- with good instructions given. The host was responsive with respect to a couple of issues we had, which were resolved satisfactorily. Would definitely recommend. Supermarket a few minutes walk away and nearest tram nearby. Everything was good! Would recommend/ use again to visit family in Vienna

• Radka (9/5): Moc hezké ubytování. Klidné,kousek od metra. Čisto. Vybavená kuchyň. Super - Lokalita byla super. Kousek od metra. Apartmán byl přes dvorek, tak tam byl naprostý klid. Klidný byl i celý dům. Naprostá spokojenost. Apartmán byl hezky velký, postele pohodlné. K bytu byla malá terasa, tak jsme večeřeli na terase. Kuchyně plně vybavená. Také zde byla myčka. V bytě byly k dispozici i 2 velké deštníky, využili jsme, jelikož pršelo. Byt byl velmi čistý. Pokyny podány dokonale a také všude v bytě informace pro případ nouze. Děkujeme. Líbilo se nám úplně všechno.

• Mariapia (8/5): Pulita si ma accoglienza pessima. - La pulizia. La posizione in una zona tranquilla non tanto distante dal centro. Cuscini scomodi. Faceva caldissimo in casa e la prima sera non potevamo abbassare la temperatura perché il termostato era bloccato con un lucchetto , il giorno dopo però ci è stato fornito il codice. Eravamo in 5 con solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica per 5 giorni, alla richiesta di potercene portare altri ci hanno detto di andarla a comprare al supermercato ( dopo aver speso piú di 1500 euro). Prima di partire abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse il phone. Mi hanno detto di si, non ce lo siamo portati. Arriviamo e scopriamo che il phone si surriscalda dopo 30 sec. Lo teniamo presente e ci dicono che ce lo avrebbero portato, ovviamente non lo hanno mai fatto. Le stanze sono comunicanti. Dalla cucina si va nella tripla dove poi c’è la porta della matrimoniale! Conclusione casa pulita si ma gestione pessima

• Irena (7/5): - Location was great, 3 tram stations to metro and tram 9 minutes directly to city center. Windows in the courtyard, silent location. The room was very clean, everybody got 2 towels. Kitchen equipment new and functioning. In kitchen was also at disposal baking paper, salt, tea bags, coffee and coffee filters. Outside temperature end of October was 9 degrees, and we couldn´t increase the temperature of heating. The thermometer is in the kitchen and is locked. During 4 days heating was on 3x - when we arrived and every second day in the morning. Warm sweater is necessary and bake in the oven when you are in the kitchen or travel in summer.

• El Amiri (8/5): - Ruhige Lage im Rückgebäude mit schönem Hinterhofgarten, Supermarkt in der Nähe. Gut mit Tram zu erreichen. Fehlanzeige. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für eine Ferienwohnung anlässlich einer Städtereise. Wohnung war nicht zu warm Anfang Oktober beheizt und deswegen für uns genau richtig!

• Sung-Za (8/5): Perfekt prisvärt boende med närhet till allt. - Läget var mycket bra. Bra med öppna restauranger i närheten. Stor supermarknad nära samt spårvagn till city på bekvämt gångavstånd. Sängarna var sköna. Lugnt och tyst område. Skön balkong. Varmvattenberedaren hade inte så stor kapacitet. En planritning över lägenheten hade varit bra då ett av sovrummen var ett genomgångsrum.
• Zoran (9/5): Wien super. Appartement super. - Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in dem Appartement verbracht. Das Appartement entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Besonders schön fanden wir den Balkon der auf einen wunderschönen natürlichen Hinterhofgarten ausgerichtet war. Alles war sehr sauber als wir angekommen sind. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Ein kaputter Toaster wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit ersetzt. Auch sehr positiv ist die Lage der Wohnung. Mit Straba, U-Bahn oder Bus war man überall innerhalb kürzester Zeit (fas alle Touristenattraktionen ca. 1/2 Stunde entfernt). Ein Tipp an alle die mit dem Auto anreisen. Ganz Wien ist eine "Anwohnerzone". Parken ist nur am Wochenende frei. Ansonsten muss das Auto in einem der vielen Parkhäuser oder auf einem P&R abgestellt werden. Die Matratzen waren allesamt sehr weich. Aber bei dem Thema ist es natürlich immer schwer die Vorstellungen der Gäste zu erfüllen ;) Die Nespresso-Maschine die auf den Fotos abgebildet ist, gab es leider nicht. Schade. Hätten wir die 30 Kapseln von zu Hause nicht mitnehmen müssen :-)

Apartament, w którym się zatrzymaliśmy, był przestronny, bardzo czysty i świetnie wyposażony — wszystko, czego potrzeba do wygodnego wypoczynku. Na szczególną pochwałę zasługuje taras, który okazał się idealnym miejscem na poranne śniadanie na świeżym powietrzu. W najbliższej okolicy znajdują się sklepy, co znacznie ułatwia codzienne zakupy i organizację pobytu. Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt i chętnie wrócę przy kolejnej okazji.
• Haya (9/5): اقامة جميلة سأكرر الزيارة بلا شك بهذة الشقة عند توفر التكييف - كل شئ كان رائع ونظيف، الشقة واسعة، اطلاله بلكونه جميلة، مفارش واسرة نظيفه للغاية، كل شئ كان متوفر وجميل في الشقة وفيها راحة تختلف عن باقي الشقق وبعض الشقق في اوروبا، الموقع كان جيد وقريب جداً من سوبرماركت بيلا، ونقطة الترم التكييف، مهم جداً توفير مكيفات في اوروبا خلال اشهر الصيف النوم من غير تكييف في الصيف لا يحتمل، ولكن كان الجو لحسن حظنا لا بأس به وساعدت المروحة نوعاً ما على تهوية واحده من غرف النوم.
• Eva (10/5): - Byt v klidné lokalitě, dobře vybavený, Do centra se dostanete přímou tramvají asi za 25 min. Zastávka 5 min. od ubytování. Nákup potravin v Bille 200 m od apartmánu. Obtížnější parkování, ale na to jsme byli předem upozorněni.

• Jorge (10/5): Exceptional - My family and myself were very pleased with this apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped, although the fridge was a bit too small for 5 people. Other than that, the apartment was quite big. The location was 15 minutes far away from downtown but tramway 43 passes quite frequently so it is very convenient.
• Graziella (10/5): Exceptional - It is a very spacious and cosy apartment. You find all facilities you need with heating on. Very warm and cosy in the cold wintery days. There are alot of bus stops for tram and metro from all angles of the apartment maximum walk is 5 minutes. Self check-in is very easy and host responsive. Nothing all was perfect in the apartment
• Pablo (8/5): GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY - An ideal apartment for families. It is a spacious and very comfortable apartment. With two bedrooms, three beds and a sofa bed, it is a perfect apartment. Very clean and well equipped. The price is very good. It is an above average apartment in terms of size for these prices. It is not located in the city centre and you have to take the tram but the tram stop takes you to the centre in about 20 minutes. Check-in is very late, after 3pm, and the owner does not allow luggage to be drop'off in the apartment, so you have to carry with the luggage or pay an extra fee to store your luggage in a store room. In our case it cost us 20€ more.

• Cristian (10/5): Perfect choice for group of friends! - Clean, spacious, has a nice terrace. It’s close to public transport. Beds were very comfy. We also liked the fact that it’s not located on a busy street so nights were really quiet. Nothing to complain about.

• Erzsebet (10/5): An amazing place for exploring Vienna - We arrived in Vienna for a graduation ceremony and the apartment was the best choice for exploring this fantastic city! The accommodation is extremely clear, has two bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and a good sized terrace for enjoying your evenings drinks. The location of apartment is fantastic, the attractions of Vienna are just around the corner. You can reach the centre by public transport in 10 minutes, but you can find a lot of bars and restaurants nearby also. The self check-in was very easy with using key safe, we got every information needed from owner promptly. Thanks for everything! Highly recommended! Everything was fine.
• Getoar (10/5): Exceptional - A comfortable, clean, and quiet place with a beautiful backyard and playground. Big rooms that get plenty of sun and stay cool in the peak of summer. It's almost one kilometer (10-to-15-minute) walk from the metro station. But it's a straight walk—in a walkable environment with lots of stores along the street.
