• Nóra (9/5): I liked the place, I recommend it for solo traveleres and couples! - The bed and the room were very comfortable. The fridge was useful. The location is good so it was easy commute every day. The apartment was in a good and silent area. There were only three rooms and at that time, everyone was very considerate, no one was noisy. I stayed 5 nights. The walls are thin.

• Agnese (5/5): Passable - Price, self checking option The kitchen is very poor, basically it's a flat with three rooms. I had very noisy neighbours so it was hard to sleep. But for just crashing a night it's ok
• Dmitri (10/5): Room to Put a Head Down - Good location, affordability, laundry, kitchenette, terrace It's a former one-bedroom apartment with a maximum of 5 people sharing the place at the same time. All rooms have their advantages and disadvantages. The former bedroom is partitioned to create rooms 1 and 2. There's no privacy in terms of a sound unless people are nice and quiet. Room 1 is for a single traveler, and 2 and 3 have one large bed. Room 3 has its own access to the terrace but is separated by the kitchenette by only a blocked door and a painted window. Any laundry machine or kitchen noises could be heard. I stayed in Room 1 for 2 weeks. Only one night, a couple of girlfriends was obnoxiously loud and rude until very late. I would stay here again, though. Also, it seems that the stock terrace picture is old because it looks much better in person. Loud roommates, uncomfortable pillow

• Ekaterine (9/5): nice - It is easily accesable place, not too far from the center, is in the quite district. The appartment has a nice veranda and high ceiling. All faciliyies are there. The tiles on the floor are a bit old and wear off.
• Szaffi (1/5): I don’t recommand to stay there. - The small terrace. It was dirty and stinky, my room, the toilet and the kitchen as well. My bed was very unconfortable. My room was located next to the kitchen, between these two rooms , there was a door and a small window , too. So you could hear and smell everything what had happened in the kitchen and in the evening the kitchen’s light came into my room through that window. The neighbours were noisy, not just in the evening, but also early morning (at 6 am on Saturday). I ve booked place for two nights, but at the end i ve left after my first night.
• Huda (6/5): Pleasant - Very good location and good price . The host is helpful The bed is not very comfortable but ok . The most annoying thing was the flat mate who were very noisy . They started making noise and listening to very loud music from 6am

The guy in the other room was realyyyy loud, always slamming the doors, no matter what time of the day it was. But this is not related to the apartment in any way!

• Eduard (5/5): Passable - The room was small but good enough for a very short stay for a moderate price as in my case. I just needed to spend a night in Vienna because my transport connections were bad. A very far from the city centre and the underground. Very old entrance space in the house .

• Balticnomad (7/5): generally pleasant stay if you on budget, short tram ride to the center and quite enough place - decent & clean flat with own yard (nice place to have your morning tea/coffee), clear instructions on how to get in during self-check in windows in the room open to the street and it's 1st floor, so basically if you open curtains any person passing by outside can you in your room what creates certain discomfort, hence we had to keep it closed (=no sunlight) most of the stay

• (o0o)_ankur (7/5): Okay if you just need a place to sleep - The room basically had everything one could need to stay at an apartment from a coffee machine to a washing machine and more. You have a fully functional kitchen and the host also provides you with cooking utensils and crockery as well. I found a lot of bugs everywhere and they were really a lot. On the last day of stay when I started repacking my belongings, I found that there were some bugs in my stuff too. Also the whole place was littered with hair-the washing machine was essentially useless because of this.My stay was bearable just because I was attending a conference and would come there only to sleep late at night and would leave early in the morning.
• Pitcher (5/5): Passable - The room and shower was clean When I arrived there, there were no staff only a message on my phone to tell me how and where to find the key. Due to traveling delays, I arrived after 20.00. The premises was totally in the dark, no lights, I had to use my cell for light to find my way. There was no one that I could ask for help. The price that I paid for one nights stay was totally extreme for a rundown building like that

• Anna (5/5): to make it worth staying price should be at least half of what it was. - it was clean. it’s far from everything. heater wasn’t working. for the amount of money in my my opinion it’s was overpriced.
• Ionut (2/5): Very poor - The room stinks like Pee, the sheets were not washed with pubic hair on them. It was disgusting. Not recommanded.
• Nazario (9/5): Superb - The house has the essential services that permit you to spend nice days with all that you need. It's so warm and you feel at your home. The kitcken is very usefull for the foreigners who really don't know what to eat at the Christmas market (mostly junk food or undefined touristic delicacies), have a stomach ache and don't want risk to go to the bathroom after eating the worst sacher torte of their live at the Sacher hotel Please change the bad mattress. For me was unpleasant. The cleaning of the room was almost ok...the floor was so so... Anyway, thank you for your warm house. Maybe too much warm temperature. Maybe you can save some money and save some energy for the planet. In Italy gas is terrible expansive 😂 Maybe not in Wien? Often I left opened the window of my room because inside was so hot... • Ivan (1/5): Small room, uncomfortable bed, noisy - The location is good. 30 minutes from the city center. Well.. you get a small room in an apartment with 2 more rooms and other guests. Common bathroom, kitchen, and toilet. The room is very small. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. And it is very noisy when other guests start cooking breakfast or eating in front of your room in the mornings.

• Tommy (4/5): Even at a low price, this was a disappointment. - No in-house breakfast, but the location was good relative to cafes. One bed was broken, and not really suitable for use. The promise of internet use did not hold. Other guest's conversation could easily be heard in our room. The host was no no longer to be contacted via Booking.com, and therefore not at all, after check-in.
