• Manuel Vega Alcon (10/5): Genial - Todo el apartamento. Muy cómodo muy limpio muy moderno y con unas vistas a la montaña impresionantes. Muy nuevo no le faltaba ni un detalle. La cama muy cómoda.
• Miodrag (10/5): - Communication with owner was perfect. Clear and precise instructions how to get keys and enter the apartment. Apartment, nice, clean with all necessary appliances. "Info Table" - table with a lot of material interesting for guests about touristic attractions, ski resorts, restaurants and cafes is positioned in corridor of the house, just in front of the apartments. Nothing to write here.

• Maria (9/5): - Relative neue schöne Wohnung, Parkplatz .gut ausgestattete Küche. Einige wichtige Infos würden erst nach Nachfrage am 2. Tag weiter gegeben wie , dass man die Heizung nicht selbst regulieren kann ( es war sehr warm in der Wohnung ..also immer Fenster aufmachen, ) dass man den Mikrowellenherd bei Bedarf aus dem gemeinsamen Vorraum holen kann , dass es im Wohnzimmer eine ungewohnte Dumm Schaltung gibt . Eine Liste mit den Fernsehsendern wäre auch hilfreich .

• Christian (10/5): - Sehr geräumig, modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Habe sehr gut geschlafen. Großer Fernseher. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation. Lage sehr ruhig. Echt TOP.
• Michaela (9/5): Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, kleines Manko im Bad - Sehr schön eingerichtetes, sauberes und angenehm warmes Zimmer mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Hauseingang und Flur sind ansprechend gestaltet. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselsafe und Parkplatz vorhanden. Die Treppe in den ersten Stock ist recht eng und steil. Das Bad ist optisch zwar modern und gut gestaltet, in der Nutzung jedoch wenig funktional: Es gibt kaum Ablageflächen – weder für Föhn noch für Kosmetik- bzw. Schminkutensilien. Eine schmale Etagere reicht dafür nicht aus. Zwar ist ein kleiner Unterschrank vorhanden, allerdings fehlt ein Zwischenboden oder eine zusätzliche (z. B. klappbare) Ablage, was die morgendliche Routine deutlich erschwert.
• Icke (10/5): Groß u. Chillig - Julia war sehr nett u. zuvorkommend. Die Kaffeemaschine wurde auf nacht von ihr noch entkalkt u. retour gebracht. Hinter dem Carport gab's einen kl. Sitzbereich. 2020 wurde alles renoviert u. modernisiert. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer top bequem. 3 PKW Parkplätze waren vorhanden u. einer davon sogar unter'm Carport. Julia wohnt im Haus nebenan u. war auch immer telefonisch/WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir würden hier gerne wieder buchen. Die Mikrowelle war nicht da. Sicherlich war sie kaputt.

• VIACHESLAV (10/5): - По приїзду нас зустріла Юлія, передала ключі і познайомила з апартаментами. На кухні було все необхідне, чай, кава. В будинку - ідеальна чистота і тиша, що дало нам повноцінно відпочити п'ять днів. Нам дуже сподобалось.

Eine Küchenzeile, Esstisch, eigenes großes Schlafzimmer und tolles Badezimmer. Check in war mit Schlüsselbox unkompliziert. da gab es nichts, außer, dass es wenn alle 3 Apartments besetzt sind, es beim Parken am Grundstück etwas schwieriger wird. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau ...

• Yufang (9/5): Suitable for family travel with a car. - 1. Really a big house, with a nice kitchen! The kitchen doesn’t need to be shared with guests living in the other room. 2. Heating facility works very well👍 3. The hostess is very nice, with quick reply. 4. Very clean! 1. The water-blocking strip in the shower room does’t work well. Water kept leaking out during showering. We had to put a towel on the floor. 2. The location is not easy to find (on the mountainside halfway across the river). If you don’t have a car, and unfortunately arrive on a heavy rainy day (like us) with big luggage, the experience would be extremely awful.

Even in the garden view apartment you still have some view on the mountains as well from the kitchen. Our host Juliane was nice, welcoming, ready to help any time. I really hope we will stay in this place again sometime soon!

Important you can park inside, not easy to leave your car atany other location. Center of Bad Ischl is walking distance cca 15 minsof walk. Hills around Bad Ischl are exceptional! Viewfrom apartment is good! Was missing an AC we could use for heating our first night when it was colder. Microvawe oven is not present (yet?) in the apartment.
