• Audrey (10/5): Schöne moderne Unterkunft in Nähe vom Yppenplatz - Modernes sauberes Apartment mit schönem Balkon und Blick. Alles makellos und, da die Ausrichtung nach hinten zum Garten war, konnte man sogar mit offenem Fenster schlafen und morgens die Vögel zwitschern hören. Mit Olivia und Mariano haben wir nur per Nachricht kommuniziert, aber der Checkin mit Code hat problemlos geklappt und sie.waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist gerade jenseits der Ringstraße, also noch sehr zentral und der Yppenplatz in der Nähe fantastisch. Schöner Markt tagsüber und viele nette Restaurants.

Los mensajes de los anfitriones antes de llegar y el libro con información que te dejan muy útiles y afectuosos. Las vistas, lo bien conectado que esta a un tranvia de centro. Una pasada. No podría decir algo en concreto.

Bright, spotless, and very comfortable, the apartment felt welcoming from the first moment. Everything was well thought out, practical, and exactly as advertised — no unpleasant surprises, just quality. The location is excellent for exploring Vienna, with easy transport access and a calm, pleasant neighborhood. The hosts were outstanding: friendly, responsive, and genuinely attentive, making the stay smooth and stress-free.

• Edvardas (9/5): - Comfortable apartment not too far from the city center. TV with Netflix subscription, fast wi-fi internet. Good heating, it was very warm inside. Multiple grocery stores nearby. There are two apartments on the same floor and we got one facing the noisy street. At night it was noisy from trams, fire brigades, ambulances passing by.

• Ivica (10/5): Ukratko, apartman je u potpunosti zadovoljio moje kriterije i za to dobiva najviše ocjene. - Lokacija je odlična. U blizini je tramvajska stanica, a linija vodi gotovo do samog centra. Metro stanica je udaljena 10-ak minuta. Trgovina (Spar) 50 metara od objekta, a trgovina Penny prekoputa ceste. Apartman je baš onakav kakav je na fotografijama Bookinga. Uredan, lijepo namješten. Ukratko, sve pohvale domaćinima. Jedino što mi je bilo malo neobično da nema wc školjke u kupaonici, već je WC potpuno odvojen. No to nije nikakav minus, čak je bilo praktično.

• Emilian (10/5): Excelentă variantă pentru un sejur cu familia. - Amplasarea e excelentă, la 2 minute de stația de metrou Alser strasse, pe linia de tramvai 44(care merge în centru), cu magazine, market, cafenele și restaurante în preajmă. O patiserie la parterul blocului, deschisă de la 6 dimineața. Totul e nou, curat, apartamentul e mare, cu balcon spațios, impecabil. Veselă, aparat de cafea, așternuturi și prosoape noi și curate, televizor smart.

• John (9/5): Very clean apartment & flat. Conveniently close public transportation, cafes, restaurants, groceries - We stayed for 5 nights in early October 2025 and there were 2 of us (adults). The apartment building is located on a Tram (streetcar) line and is easy to get to from the Vienna main railway station. There is a U-bahn ("subway") station very close to the apartment building (Josefstadter StraBe), it's an 8 minute walk. The public transportation system is very easy to use and very efficient in Vienna. A bakery and a SPAR grocery store are a 1-minute walk from the apartment building. There are many cafes and restaurants within a short walk of the apartment building too. A "farmer's" market is just around the corner (not open on Sunday). The apartment building, and the 1-bedroom flat we rented, was very clean. The kitchen/dining room and living room is contained in one space and the bedroom is off the living room. There is a large bathtub & shower room off the bedroom and the washing machine is in this room. The bathroom is near the entrance of the flat and backs onto the kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove top & oven, and is sufficiently equipped with plates, bowls, drinking glasses, mugs and utensils. I prepared and cook dinners each of the 5 nights we stayed. Every room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. There is a window in the bedroom which can be opened for fresh air. There is a glass door/window in the living room which leads to the balcony (~2m x 3m). There is a table with 4 chairs on the balcony. All the rooms are bright with daylight. We stayed in a flat on the 4th floor and there is an elevator in the building. It was very quiet in the flat during the morning and the evening. If you arrive in Vienna via the airport, it's probably a good idea to arrange transportation to the apartment building. We arranged for a airport taxi for our flight on the morning of our departure from Vienna. The airport is fairly far away. Really good place to stay!

• Ovidiu (8/5): - Die Lage war gut, das Apartament sauber mit einem tollem Balkon. Mit dem Checkout um 10 Uhr war es ein bisschen zu eng für uns. Vor allem, dass wir auch aufgefordert wurden direkt den Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage zu befreien, da der den nächsten Gästen versprochen wurde.Am Ende hat alles geklappt, aber es wurde kurzzeitig hektisch.
• Frank (9/5): Traumhaftes Apartment in Wien - Ein schönes Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Toll natürlich die Aussicht von dem großen Balkon. Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Dazu ein schöner Markt direkt vor der Haustür, den wir lieben gelernt haben. Dazu eine Gastgeberin, die stets erreichbar ist und sich liebevoll um Ihre Gäste kümmert, inklusive Taxi Bestellung. • Sonic4 (9/5): Correct host, with correct place, I definitely recommend - The location was good, I couldn't park in the house, which was the only slight annoyance, but a parking house was close enough, so it was ok. The first night when I've arrived it was late, not much was open close by, didn't had will to go anywhere, and the amount of soap was barely enough to have a shower. Other than that it was perfect.
• Olivér (10/5): Kedves hely nagyon kedves szállásadókkal - Olivia & Mariano tökéletes házigazdák voltak, gördülékeny volt a kommunikáció és nagyon rugalmasan kezelték a kéréseinket. A szállás mérete ideális volt egy háromtagú családnak pici gyerekkel. A babaágy kifogástalan volt, ahogy a bekészített kávé és tea is. A lakáshoz foglalható fizetős parkolóhely a mélygarázsban nagyban megkönnyítette a dolgunkat, úgyhogy azt mindenképp ajánlom. A lakás ablakai az utcára néznek, így annak, aki teljes csöndre vágyik ez kicsit zavaró lehet.
