• Erwin (8/5): Perfecte locatie voor citytrip Wenen - In het centrum. 5 min lopen metro. Auto parkeren in het weekend gratis als er plaats voor de deur. Parkeergarage via payuca app. Onder het appartementencomplex Gasveer barkruk stuk. Verlichting badkamer werkt niet optimaal. Wat weinig service. Kan een koekenpan extra bij.
• Ulrike (8/5): Gute Lage, Parkhaus Sofiensäle um die Ecke, bin zufrieden - Gute Lage für uns, vieles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Appartement war für uns in Ordnung, die Badewanne zum Duschen würde ich für ältere Reisende nicht empfehlen. Ansonsten alles vor Ort was man benötigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe kontaktlos über den Safe ist unkompliziert, die Fotodokumentation die man vor ab bekommt sehr hilfreich.

• Massimo (9/5): Perfetto per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici - Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro. Appartamento pulito e molto silenzioso dotato di tutto il necessario. La doccia del bagno spruzza ovunque l'acqua, andrebbe sistemata. Il gradino tra la zona notte e la cucina andrebbe evidenziato in qualche maniera, potrebbe essere pericoloso.

• Sarah (9/5): - Schöne Wohnung, alles was man braucht steht bereit, super Lage ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Dom oder zum Prater, Check in und out sehr unkompliziert
• RS (7/5): it should be underlined that it is not an apartment (and not 40 m2), but one room... - It is not an apartment, but one room that includes the "bedroom", the very small kitchen (poorly equipped) and the uncomfortable sofa....The apartment was not very clean...

• Monica (10/5): The beautiful appartament in the center - Bana's apartment is in a strategic location, close to almost all the main attractions including Stephansplatz, Demel, Hofburg, Albertina, etc. We really like walking, so let's say we enjoyed everything without transportation; we even went to Ratplastz. The host was very helpful, both in giving us explanations and directions on how to get in. The apartment has everything we needed; we had a wonderful five-day stay. If I really have to say something, I would improve the cleaning a little.

• Jessica (7/5): Sufficient - Good location. Washing machine was good to have. Nice big bathroom. The keys to access the studio were a hassle. Three different keys and all of the locks are difficult to use. The plug next to the bed did not work. Dishwashing tablets would have been a bonus. The glass cube where the bed is caught us off guard.

• Esther (9/5): Comodidad, confort y tranquilidad - La ubicación es excelente, la cama comidisima, la calefacción funciona perfectamente y es muy rápida de calentar La tele no dejaba modificar el idioma ni acceder a ningún tipo de plataforma rollo netflix,.. , las sillas de la mesa de la cocina son bastante incomodillas, los enchufes de al lado de la cama no funcionaban, y lo más importante les falta un microondas y la limpieza podría ser más en profundidad

• Marcelo (6/5): Razoável. - Localização. Roupa de cama excelente. Quarto sem cortina blackout, então logo ao amanhecer o quarto fica bem claro. Ao mesmo tempo, à noite, as luzes do banheiro e da cozinha são insuficientes. Até tinham algumas instalações, mas acho que estavam queimadas. Ducha do banheiro escorre para os lados e molham um pouco o banheiro. O quarto tem divisões em vidro que o deixam menor, sem muita possibilidade de locomoção. Para quem viaja com malas grandes fica bem apertado.
• JJB (7/5): Studio op perfecte plek met enkele verbeterpunten - De studio heeft een perfecte ligging, vlakbij centrum, trams en bussen, cafés en restaurants. Veel voorzieningen: onder andere wasmachine + afwasmachine, Nespresso koffiemachine + melkopschuimer. En een uitstekend bed. Wij vonden het een studio, en geen appartement met 1 slaapkamer. De slaapkamer is door een glazen wand afgescheiden van het zitgedeelte. Ooit hing daar een gordijn, maar dat is verdwenen. De studio, met name het zitgedeelte, is klein en erg warm. De airco werkt onvoldoende. Doordat de airco afvoer door het open raam gaat moet dat raam open blijven: veel herrie van de straat (verkeer, restaurant en glasbak). De gordijnen zijn zo dun dat de studio ook in de nacht erg licht is.
• YVES (9/5): - Proximité du centre ville et des transports en commun. Aucun moyen d occulter le jour. Pas de volets. La clim était reliée a un tuyau nécessitant de laisser la fenêtre ouverte, d où un bruit de rue désagréable. Pas de four a micro ondes. La netteté des draps laissait a désirer.

• Mihriban (9/5): - Konumu çok iyi, tramvay ve metro hattına birkaç adımda ulaşabilirsiniz. Evimizde gibi hissetmemiz için her detay düşünülmüş, çok rahat ettik. Dolapta şemsiye bile vardı ☺️ Küvetin içi epey kaygan, zeminde alınacak ufak bir güvenlik önlemi faydalı olabilir.

• Iliana (10/5): Exceptional - Super clean, fully equipped apartment, 5’ walk to the metro station, 15’ walk to the old city centre. Bakery right opposite to the apartment! The bathroom door is a glass door that doesn’t close properly, so it causes inconvenience.
• John (9/5): Fantastic stay despite lock out.. - Everything about the accommodation was fantastic... The only negative was getting Into the property... The 1st stage was getting Into the actual building via the intercom, but that was out of order.. Luckily for us, after 5 mins of trying another couple who already had access to the building let us in.. Access to the property...

• Egor (10/5): Exceptional - The place is close to city centre and transport. The apartment is nicely planned, has kitchen, bathtub, wifi speed is good. Overall, the place is cozy and very clean.
• Tahir (10/5): It made us feel like home - "Feel home" is the most convenient name for this house. It was great for all the aspects. Only negative thing is, the bed is not suitable for big people. If you are a little bit heavy, the bed makes too much noise.

Had everything we needed for the stay. The bed slats were a bit sunken, which wasn't too good for my wife's back. The pillows a little too soft for me, which wasn't good for my neck.
• Sebastiano (9/5): Superb - Super cozy, clean and near all kinds of public transport. 5 minutes by foot from the train to the airport. The previous issues I saw on the reviews here (bad curtains and wi-fi connection) were absolutely resolved. Comfortable bed and shower. The only issues I found were a lack of teas and herbal teas in spite of having a very good boiler.
