• Margarita (10/5): - Εξαιρετικο, ζεστό δωματιο με εξτρα σώμα θερμανσης. Εξτρα σετ σεντονια-πετσετες ηταν πολυ βολικο και μου άρεσε. Η τοποθεσια πολυυ ευκολη και καλη,διπλα απο 2 γραμμες μετρο. Πολυ ωραιο, θα ξαναεμενα.
• IOANNA (10/5): - Πολύ άνετο, καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Διαθέτει ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος κατά τη διαμονή του. Καλή θέρμανση, που ήταν σημαντικό γιατί μείναμε χειμώνα που είχε πολύ κρυο. Επίσης ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει ένα πολύ ωραίο μαγαζί για φαγητό.

• Giuseppe (10/5): Ideal for visiting the city and warming up at the end of the day - The structure was really warm and comfortable, with the metro station very close and connecting it to the whole city
• Wilson (10/5): Lovely flat with great heating and location. - Lovely coffee machine, warm, great location, great kitchen, friendly host and clean flat. The only bad thing I could possibly think about this place is there could be a soft close toilet lid. Which isn’t really a big deal at all.
• Ser Ya (9/5): Great experience - The apartment was on the first floor, spotless, quiet, and all necessary equipment is available, convenient location to the metro, 5 minutes to supermarkets nearby

Está localizado a apenas 5 minutos da estação de metro, para a linha que vai diretamente para a zona de museus. Há oferta de restauração, supermercados e padarias por perto.

• Önder (7/5): Not bad - The entrance to the house was very easy with the directions of the landlord. The location of the house is very close to the metro station. The house generally has almost all kitchen supplies. Deficiencies. The kitchen countertap was positioned on the opposite side. It was very difficult to wash dishes. The air conditioner was not working. The fan in not enought for ventilation. This is a problem especially in very hot weather. The internet connection was very bad. We experienced constant disconnections. It caused freezing while watching videos on the TV. The bathroom drain was clogged. We intervened with towels before the water entered the room. If we had not been careful, there could have been a big problem.

• Dauren (9/5): Superb - Ideal location for the families and walking tours. Easiest access to public transport. Very close to the Meidling train station. It is only 1-3 subway stops from Schönbrunn, Wiener Stadthalle, the main museums. Surprisingly quiet street with low traffic. The flat itself is very clean with all the appliances working perfectly. Coffee machine is loaded and ready for use. Generally, this appartment is of the perfect ballance "quality-price". The expeience was above the expectations. Insufficient ventilation in bathroom and wc, so we had to keep the windows opened to get rid of odour. Short bed (too short for the 185 cm high person) I would advise owner / guests to clear the browser history on the TV, to avoid awkward situations with a content inappropriate for minors.
• Josianne (10/5): An amazing family apartment!!! - Whoever planned the apartment they had the family dynamics in mind.. toilet and shower were in separate rooms next to each other. .the beds super comfortable with high quality mattresses. Kitchen equipped with all you need.. they take care to the tiny details.. example even a simple cleaning sponge was new. Plus all types of tea were available on arrival, sugar, a machine which makes espresso from coffee beans, a toaster, a small microwave oven. An electric hob which cooks real fast. Plus we had 3 coolers and while we were there the aircondition was working. So there was no need for the coolers. There were a couple of days in which we did not require transport since Schönbrunn is only 20 minutes on one side and the centre of vienna is only 50 minutes walk on the other side. In which you pass through areas with lovely architecture which you will miss out if you had to go with transport. Room was equipped with a good sized TV. Plus a dish washer. The area was nice and locals nice as well . Maybe just maybe the lack of washing machine .. that s it

• David (9/5): Superb - Very well located apartment close to metro and rail links. Clean, comfortable and quiet, with easy access. Two single duvets on the double bed. Probably too small to take more than 2 people.
• Žana (8/5): Great experience needing some minor improvements - Great location, couldn’t be better, quiet at night. Basic kitchen necessities like sugar, salt, oil were already in the kitchen. Cleanliness (dust on the kitchen ventilation, crumbs on the table …) Apartment is practically a studio - the bedroom is not really separated from the rest of the place. We don’t have any idea how to fit 4 people into the apartment since we couldn’t extend the couch.
• Mustafa (8/5): Nice clean apartment - Quiet, nice apartment Very close to metro, very easy to reach city center by train. Air conditioning not working, there is a small radiator and we had to open it 24 hours to warm inside, however first day was a bit cold. The house is a little bit far away (around 3km) from center you have to use metro.
• Cristian (10/5): I encourage anyone to give this property a try. I'm sure you'll love it as we did - Great location. Very comfortable and cozy apartment. Underfloor heating was a plus. Heating and ventilation options available (very quiet AC, air heaters) Also the espresso machine with built-in grinder for coffee beans was a very pleasant surprise The property administrator was very responsive and very nice Self check-in / check-out with contactless keys stored in code protected mini locker near the entrance Samsung smart TV with all the common streaming apps installed (kids loved it) The shower and the toilet are located in separate rooms. Beneficial for a family of 4 at times :) Nothing to add here

• Tina (8/5): Pleasant stay, good value - The place is clean, comfortable and quiet. The furnishings are tasteful. It is conveniently located to stores, Ubahn. There were a couple of issues to be dealt with and the host was helpful and responsive. This particular place was on the ground floor and in order to ensure privacy the windows were glazed. So you couldn't see out. It felt slightly claustrophobic.

• Zoran (8/5): Very good - Living room is nice and big, bed in living room is big and good., Kitchen had everything needed. 4 people can take shower with enough hot water. easy to park after 22h. We were staying on weekend and public holiday and we could park our car in front of building free of charge. Easy yo use air keys. Everything clean and new. Length of sleeping bed and sleeping room is same and for people over 185cm is on limit. Only local iptv on Tv.
• Tijana (10/5): A modern freshly renovated apartment in Vienna 12. district - A very nice, modern, cosy, freshly renovated little apartment in Vienna 12. district. It is well connected (both metro lines U4 and U6 are near by), Schoenbrunn, Westbahnhof and Mariahilfer Strasse are walking distance. The apartment is clean, kitchen is fully equipped, bed is comfortable, bathroom has shower. The hosts were very friendly. Before we arrived, they brought a baby bed to the apartment. Check in and check out went smooth, the instructions were sent by email on time. We enjoyed very much our Vienna stay. We liked the apartment and hospitality of our hosts. No comments on dislikes. We can only recommend this cosy apartment.
• Rada (10/5): We are really satisfied with this apartment and the host. - The host was nice. The apartment was really good. Clean, easy to find, with all neccesary appliances. The heating was a little problem, but the host solved it really quickly. She was there to help us all the time.
