• Alois (4/5): War leider nicht so toll wie erhofft! - Es war niemand vor Ort, sodass alles selbst erledigt werden musste. Der Portier des Towers gab lediglich Auskunft mit den Worten 'Bin nicht zuständig', und verwies uns auf unsere Box. Die Zugangsdaten für das WLAN mussten wir selbst am Router ablesen, da die erhaltenen Informationen falsch waren. Die elektrischen Jalousien erforderten eine eigene Wissenschaft, um sie zu bedienen, was sehr fragwürdig war. Zudem gab es keine klare Information darüber, was bei der Abreise mit dem Schlüssel zu tun ist. Ich konnte nicht beurteilen, ob das Zurücklegen in das Fach korrekt war oder nicht. Die Wohnung war großzügig geschnitten, jedoch ist das Alter an einigen Stellen deutlich sichtbar. Angesichts der gebotenen Leistung erscheint der Preis etwas zu hoch.

• Nedim (6/5): Totalno razocarenje - Lokacija i povezanost objekta sa centrom, metro stanica blizu, stan je prostran ima svu potrebnu opremu. Objekat je jako hladan, tople prostorije su samo kupatilo i wc ostalo je kao da.nema grijanja nikako. Balkonska vrata u dnevnom boravku su pokvarena.i pored njih jako duva. Kreveti u spavacim sobama jako skripe i jako su neudobni, stolice u trepezariji su takodje neudobne. U kupatilu voda ispod tusa slabo odlazi odvod zacepljen. Kauc u dnevnom boravku takodje je neudoban i jako prljav takodje i zavjese na prozorima i zidovi u objektu su jako prljavi. Objekat je zreo za renoviranja i krecenja kao i pranja namjestaja i svega ostalog. Vrijednost za placeni iznos je ravan 0. Prosle godine u istom preriodu smo boravili u istoj zgradi samo drugi apartman i sve je bilo na zavidnom nivou ali ove godine totalno razocarenje. Sto se parkinga tice morate biti jako sretni ako ga nadjete prije 22h zbog blizine Termi.

• Stefan (9/5): - Der Kontakt war nicht immer ganz reibungslos, aber bei einem technischen Problem wurde sehr gut geholfen. Insgesamt sehr angenehm!

• Susanne (3/5): Nie mehr wieder möchte ich dort wohnen. - Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Es war sehr laut durch den Baulärm direkt vor den Fenstern. Stinkwanzen flogen permanent durch die Zimmer. Auch ohne Öffnen der Fenstern kamen sie durch die Lüftung herein. Es war mehr als unangenehm. Das Wasser in der Dusche war nur lauwarm.

• Pierluigi (6/5): L'appartamento nel complesso è anche molto bello ma ci sono delle cose da migliorare - La colazione era solo il caffè che per fortuna mi piaceva. Non mi piace che ho prenotato un appartamento dove era stato specificato che c'era l'aria condizionata ( cosa per noi essenziale ) e non c'era. Non c'era neppure il phon e la pulizia dei pavimenti lasciava molto a desiderare.
• Lukas (1/5): Bad - minimalistic furnishing no carpets so bad accustic beds make a lot of noise, squeeking at every move the front bedroom and living room are very cold the shuters in one bedroom don’t work at all the shutters in the other bedroom and the living room randomly open ( 2.am) the curtains are too small and see through the cooking ware is very old, scratched and broken, one pot doesn’t work as it’s bent so much… the toaster is unusable as its broken and melted over with burnt cheese floor dirty hoover broken the hearing was off at arrival. So all in all: everything that can be influenced was broken and substandard.

• Petar (8/5): Enjoyed my stay, would recommend for the price - I liked how spacious the apartment was, and enjoyed the well-equipped amenities and facilities of both the apartment and the building complex. The host was also friendly and easy to communicate with, Checking in and out was effortless. The location of the building complex is quite far from the city, with 2 metro stations to the nearest market. However, this was not too big of a problem, since there is a metro station within 5 minutes' walking distance of the apartment. However, having no other building around it made it very windy, meaning we couldn't use the apartment terraces. Also, many insects were flying around the terraces and getting inside the apartment, which made the stay uncomfortable. Another annoyance was having no sink in the water closet. We had to walk over to the other bathroom to wash our hands, which was very impractical.

Very spacious and well lit. Giant windows. Good communication with the host. Well equipped kitchen. The shower water took a little while to drain properly. Living room curtains had some big stains on them (might be from the recent floods)

We contacted the host upon our arrival and he said he’ll send someone the next morning - that didn’t happen and nothing was fixed i complained again he said he’ll send someone again I told him it had to be before 6pm as the kids were going to be asleep and at around 7 pm a foreign lady rang the bell with a toddler by her side with a bleach in her hand I had to turn her down as the kids were sleeping as I didn’t want her toddler waking my children up - I find that extremely unprofessional as the host made me leave the key all day in in order for his staff to come and fix the issue which wasn’t it really made our stay unpleasant as in 33 Celsius after a long day a nice shower that drains and doesn’t flad the bathroom entirely would be expected and nice

• Raimonds (9/5): Superb - Location near the terminus of the main metro line. Hop on and get directly to the center without needing to change lines. There’s a large, pleasant park nearby. The flat is nice and modern. The white walls have become smudged over time from previous guests and could use a fresh coat of paint.

• Sunita (1/5): Booking. com was my first and last ecom site for booking - It's planned city beautiful layout of everything around. So only location is good here Nothing in Apartment was proper. Booking .com also is not helping nor supporting . You all should refund my amount . I have given detail explanation and pictures . But you all not bothered and owner is laughing making customer fool and booking. Com is fooled.

• Alexsushi (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything about the place. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, very nice area. I had a car (which I could park without any problems), so I don't know about the connection to the center. There are two rooms, so when you're with someone it's a great option and a good price. There was even a coffee (nespreso or regular coffee grounds) and all the utensils you need in the kitchen. If you want to feel like a local while visiting Vienna, definitely go for this one. I can't think of anything.

• Peifang (8/5): Very good - Clean apartment, it seems you can’t cook there due to sensitive smoke alart. 5 mins walking from metro station Oberlaa. Spacious apartment, good for family. There are so many big bugs on the balcony wall, it means you can’t open the window at night.

• Katarina (8/5): Very good - The apartment is beautiful. Two large bedrooms large living room/kitchen. Bathroom was amazing and favorite place of the apartment. Definitely great value for money. Close to Schwechat airport. Parking is not provided you have to find / pay your own. The host was nice. There were many warning notes around of apartment threatening with extra money charges. Maybe tuning down a bit in wording would be something to consider.
