Fei (10/5): It feels like home. - You can directly enjoy the views of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. There is no air conditioning outlet at the exterior opening. My understanding is that this is due to building protection requirements and that no holes can be made.
Ellerby (9/5): - The view, the view and the view! We were there for NYE and it was amazing. The flat is a little dated, but it's kept very clean and everything works.
Dayle (8/5): Overall fabulous views and location and apartment was very comfortable. - The location was fabulous. Easy access to the ferry and shops/cafes. Minor maintenance issues to resolve.

Jenny (10/5): Excellent location. Most enjoyable - The location is fabulous! The unit is on the third floor, without a lift. This needs to be considered if you have difficulty with stairs. There is also a large flight of stairs to gain access to the front door. Using the back entrance is a better option as it is on flat ground. Needed to know about the stairs prior to booking.. Supplying Photo ID was a little intrusive.

Wai (9/5): Beautiful neighbourhood, stunning view, superbly located. - The view was absolutely spectacular. Very nice neighbourhood, green and quiet. Superb location and very convenient to get around, 3min walk to Kirribilli wharf for a ferry that goes directly to Circular Quay, and 10min walk to Milsons Point train station. Exceptionally nice! The laundry machines were in basement and didn't look very clean. We didn't use the laundry facilities.
Neal (10/5): A Beautiful Experience - Kirribilli is an excellent location and the views across the harbor are wonderful. Something of which we never tired. We could certainly live here contentedly Some construction but, hey it was only during normal business hours.
