• Sharon (5/5): Was expecting a lot more for the price…. - Location. Size of the studio. Kitchen/laundry amenities good, though did not use these. Air- conditioner. The bed was atrocious. So low on the ground, no feet on the base. The mattress was so old, it was lumpy and you could feel the springs. Only one bedside table. No plug for the kitchen sink. The bathroom tap spout, sprayed water everywhere. The lounge/Sofa bed was not very comfortable and the arms were broken. The coffee table was really wobbly, so we put the table top on the lounge, to hold our drinks. A teeny tiny TV, but it worked well. You could hear the traffic noise as no double glazing. The studio is in desperate need of a paint job and descent furniture.

• Tammy (2/5): Will not stay here again. - Location was good Very tired old apartment. Needs a facelift. Has a terrible smell like there is something wrong with plumbing/sewage. Lights don’t work. TV won’t turn off unless at the wall. Power points exposed with live wiring. Power boards and cords on floors. Shower heads terrible. Very basic and cheap furnishings. We booked for a third person and were only given a pillow and blanket for the leather couch. No linen. The balcony was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned or used in years. Not much supplied in the way of incidentals. No milk. Bad coffee. Not very clean. But the worst thing is the smell!!! We won’t be rebooking.

• Elizabeth (4/5): It was comfortable enough for the short stay but we were let down. - the location and low price point were very desirable. I found the advertisement very misleading and was disappointed by the lack of amenities and space. We were not informed that the air conditioner wouldn’t be working, which was an important factor in choosing this apartment, so we were very disappointed and uncomfortable in the heat. I also found it difficult to clean/manage without any cloths or spray and wipe.

One of the cupboard handle was broken. No dustbin in the toilet. When we had checked inn there were clothes in the driver spinning. The kitchen utensils were very few. Tv unit / stand was broken. Only the location

• Kuedug (4/5): The only advantage is location. - Only location!!!! The only advantage is location. The cleaning condition was very poor. I couldn't sit on the sofabed because of the smell. I bought Febreze and used half of a bottle. The washing machine and dryer were full of laundry, so I had to put it away myself to use them. And there were no hair dryer and enough toilet paper. There was only one roll of toilet paper, even if three people stay for a week. So I asked these items and the host said, she will visit afternoon the next day. But she didn’t bring the items, so I had to ask again. However, even though she read my text, but didn’t answer. So I called her, but she didn’t get my call. And after few hours later, without notice, someone delivered toilet papers and hair dryer in the night. And I cannot use the air conditioner(heater), because there were no had no batteries in remote control. It is an unpleasant accommodation
