• deborah (10/5): Ottima scoperta! - La struttura era moderna, pulita e molto accogliente. Aveva tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Letto e cuscini comodi. L’host gentilissimo, ci ha permesso di fare check-in anticipato. La posizione strategica e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. Forse le tende erano un po’ piccole e non coprivano bene le finestre. Aggiungerei l’asciugacapelli in bagno.
• Konstantin (10/5): - Свежий , современный ремонт, чистота и наличие небольшой кухни с холодильником , недалеко железнодорожная станция с удобными электропоездами до главного вокзала , тишина для спокойного сна. Несколько неудобные одеяла и подушки, но это уже мелочи.

• hrvojep.os (9/5): - The host was very approachable. He welcomed us and handed over the keys as agreed. He was accommodating and arranged the parking payment via the app. He was also available for calls during our stay. Full praise in that regard. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We also liked having a park nearby, as we came with our dog. The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable for our taste, but that depends on individual habits. The apartment is located away from the city centre, but it is connected by public transport.

• Frau K. (9/5): - DerVermieter ist äußerst zuverlässig und freundlich. Due Kommunikation klappt reibungslos! Due Unterkunft ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Es gibt einen Lidl in der Nähe, Straßenbahn und Bahnhof sind nicht weit! Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre helle, freundliche Atmosphäre und der Ruhe, Due man findet, wenn man von der Stadttour zurück ist! Vielen herzlichen Dank! Gerne wieder!
• Ilona (8/5): Summer city break - Nice flat for a good price, good size and nicely decorated, very close to Prague town centre. It could have been more clean, there was dust in the corners of the flat, the fridge was quite dirty and the freezer didn't shut as it needed defrosting. Crockery had stains on.
• Kęstutis (8/5): Good for short stay - Tidy apartment, good for short stay. Accepts big dogs like retriever, but for additional fee. Was not too hot in the apartment. Washing machine has drying function. Taxi cost about 10 euros from apartment to city center during most busy hours. Overall, everything was quite good. In our case big disadvantage is that there was no parking place. We had to search for street parking. We paid 14 euro for 12 hours. Also, bed is not comfortable and too small for two adults, pillows also too small.
• Sylwia (9/5): Good apartment for a rest in Prague. - I like that the apartment had all the necessary equipment for the house like microwave, fridge, washing machine, big nice table, balcony etc. Apartment is located in a good location, around a few shops and bus stops, 7min away from the train station. Apartment was clean and tidy very surprised how elegant it was. Most of the time it was quiet. Rent for stay is good. Some night we had loud neighbours but other than that is was good.
• Satish (4/5): Too bad bedding - Its new and the apartment is well maintained except the facilities The bedding is all too old and worn out with bubbles on the materials, pillows and covers are all just nothing but trash, bedding topper is all excessively used and has formed bubbles, overall a very bad experience with the bedding, every guests prefers to have a decent sleep at night and that the least expectation a guest has from the property. no proper blankets that will give you a good comfortable sleep. Its best to look for other properties if you are keen on having a good night sleep. Those pillows as just a show piece, there is nothing in those pillows. And when this was complained to the host, he responded telling "its not a 5* accommodation, I can look for other properties" and he also behaved rude telling he will kick me out of the property in the midnight. It's not a luxury thing to have a decent bedding, pillow and accessories.

• Shannon (8/5): Nice, modern apartment. Close to public transport. Manager was lovely and happy to meet us very late for check-in. - Nice modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Could have just done with a few upgrades and little touches. Manager was lovely and met us onsite, though I think a self check-in option would be something to invest in since you don’t live there? Could really do with a linen/towel upgrade. Better quality duvet cover and sheets were bleach marked, towels were like tiny. We also had to buy our own toilet paper. New pillows required.
• Michelle (8/5): Four nights in Prague - A lovely little apartment with a small terrace. Well located for public transport to the main tourist areas. The freezer door inside the fridge was broken, and this made the fridge difficult to close. We stayed for 4 nights and decided to relax with Netflix one night. However, the TV was not connected to the Internet, and as the instructions on the TV were in Czech, we could not follow them to connect to the WiFi. We told Martin, but he just told us the password, which we already knew.

• Rosemarie (10/5): A cosy stay and a quiet escape from the busy city centre - The location is perfect, the tram and train are easy to reach The apartment is very clean. The kitchen had some tea bags for us Some good restaurants near the apartment The bed is a little bit small but soft Check-in is a little bit late for my liking. Also, the host let us in a bit later bc he was stuck in traffic. He made it up to us with chocolate :). So we were very happy!
• Pratik (5/5): Disappointing - Well, the apartment was clean enough with all the facilities like utensils, jetted and washing machine. The apartment is far from the city, and kind of in a shady neighbourhood. The bed is very uncomfortable and small for two people. There is no staff to change linens and covers, so if you are thinking for staying for more than 2 days, then be careful. The towels given to us were the size of hand towels as well.

• Amy (9/5): Prague for a few days - The location was brilliant. An uber into the city was just over 100kc. The decor was trendy, modern and the apartment was clean. Martin greeted us at the door and getting in and out of the apartment was very straightforward. The apartment is very safe and secure. The apartment was well equipped with an outdoor dining area, towels in the bathroom and plenty of cushions, duvets and blankets to keep warm. The apartment was warm enough and we were never cold. Kitchen facilities were great, fridge, kettle, cutlery, plates and bowls etc. Also Martin had a few condiments such as salt and pepper which were a great addition too as we ate in the apartment a few times. Cleaning products were readily available under the sink alongside plenty of bin bags too. The bed wasn’t the comfiest. We soon got used to it but for constructive criticism I would definitely provide a more comfortable and supported bed. You could feel the springs in the mattress and the lats too. Some of the towels provided were slightly damp and were hand towels. If two bigger towels were provided for showering this would be brilliant. Yet again just little tweaks and it would have been perfect. We still very much enjoyed our stay. Our flight was delayed and Martin said that check-in was no later than 12am which alarmed us as we felt as if we could potentially be left stranded however I think this was mainly a translation issue as Martin waited for us until 12:30 am which was very much appreciated.

• Gerasimos (7/5): Good - The apartment was nice in a new building, close to public transportation, quiet neighborhood, with a parking space for the car. Martin registered us in the system so that we could park near the house without charge [you have to ask for it]. There is a washing machine and a smart TV. The negatives are that in the kitchen there was only one glass of water, one tea spoon and there were no large towels for the bathroom. Also, the towels and sheets were not white as they should be in accordance with hotel regulations. The most annoying thing was that the sheets and pillows were wrinkled and I didn't know if they were not ironed or if they were used by the previous people and so I had to wash them and dry them in the radiators . There were extra sheets and crumpled towels in the kitchen cupboards as well. If there wasn't the problem with the sheets and towels it would be a perfect accommodation.

• Karen (9/5): Superb - Was a nice clean small bedsit appartment. Nicely decorated & clean. Netflix was a nice bonus. Not far out of city and easy walk to station & trams. Our only grumble was the bed was not super comfy & the pillows were a bit flat but seems to be how they all have them in Europe so far. A double bed with 2 single quilts was a bit odd for us as well. Otherwise loved the place.
• Ella (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation exceeded expectations given the price and it was a good place for two people to stay. The kitchen was easy to use and the property was very clean. All the appliances in the apartment worked and we had no issues during our stay. Although a little further out from the centre, it can be reached in about an hour's walk or by the good public transport network nearby.
