• Olena (3/5): - Квартира визуально соответствует фото, хозяин разрешил оставить машину на парковке после выселения на несколько часов Плохой сервис, антисанитария и необоснованные обвинения в ущербе. Ужасная грязь: Холодильник был в отвратительном состоянии, пришлось отмывать его вручную перед использованием. Дно морозилки сломано, из-за чего внутри текла вода. Кухонная губка старая и грязная, средств гигиены, салфеток и кухонных полотенец нет. Тумба в ванной прогнила и разваливается.Технические проблемы: Кнопка сливного бачка унитаза заедала с самого начала (приходилось нажимать дважды, чтобы пошла вода). Телевизор постоянно зависал, пользоваться им было невозможно.Неудобная мебель: На кровати лежало два матраса, верхний — слишком мягкий, спать невозможно, буквально проваливаешься. Нам пришлось снять его и поставить рядом, чтобы не испортить сон.Недобросовестность хозяина: После выезда хозяин прислал жалобу через Booking и потребовал 100€ за якобы сломанный нами бачок унитаза. Хотя за последние два года , каждый второй отзыв от гостей , о проблеме с бочкам унитаза , и неудобных матрасах ! Человек пытается за счет гостей отремонтировать сантехнику, которая изначально была неисправна и изношена. Категорически не рекомендую этот объект, если не хотите проблем после отъезда.

• Dana (5/5): Požádal jsem o fakturu za ubytování, ale žádnou jsem neobdržel. - Lokalita, cena Tmavý průchod do domu, v nočních hodinách nepříjemné. Nefunkční televize, slabý signál antény.
• Ravinder (2/5): Family’s a don’t buy and people buying for parking double check your car measurements first - Location is good We bought this place for location and parking ,but only later realised parking entrance is very narrow to enter in parking . House is very old with kitchen they not given even proper gas lighter . Kitchen doors and drawers were so fragile . House looks very different from images and it’s a very old property. Specifically not good for family with children as we were told that you have small kid and we don’t provide crib pls make your kid sleep inbetween you . This is first time for us to be told like this . Main room bed is metal one so with small kids jumping around it was a disastrous for us . Shower area was very dirty with black fungus around the shower enclosure .

• Iberhysaj (3/5): ⭐️ 1/5 – Leider überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert Unser Aufenthalt im Duskiva Apartment war leider sehr enttäuschend. - Der einzige positive Punkt war die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum. Das Bett war eine Katastrophe – wir sind jeden Tag mit starken Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht. Dazu kamen große Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser.

Tranquilo e silencioso. Prédio antigo e mal cuidado, colchão demasiadamente mole. Pouca pressão no chuveiro. Entrada da garagem muito apertada.

Forkert/ukorrekt profil på booking.com Adskillige henvendelser til udlejer, intet svar, dårlig respons, blev bedt om at bruge Whatsap og efter vi klagede over beskrivelsen med 2 værelser ikke stemte med det vi bookede. Så var der INTET svar o flere dage. Varmt vand virkede ikke i lang tid. Så lad være med at booke dette. Useriøs beskrivelse, dårlig lejlighed, passer langt fra med beskrivelsen, vaskemaskine sat til vand. Men ledning til strøm kunne ikke nå. Så det med at sælge dette ophold med de faciliteter som reelt set ikke passer. Så vi har ikke fået dette vi har bestilt. Svinet på badeværelse, hår på væg/fliser, varmt vand gik i stykker, udlejer svarer ikke på henvendelse adskillige gange. Så forventer kompensation

• David (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment. Staff is nice and helpful. We made coffee in the morning before spending whole day exploring Prague.
• Benjamin (4/5): Disappointing - Location of the apartment is ok regarding the prices in the city centre. We stayed at the apartment on the 5th floor and elevator didn’t work. It was very difficult to get into apartment with suitcases. Apartment is dirty, especially floor and toilet. The kettle didn’t work and I tried to turn on the cooker but lighter didnt work. Maybe the price is ok for Prague but there must be some improvements and repairs.
• Tapodi (3/5): Poor - The location was good, the old town is about 30min, the staropramen brewery is 20min on foot. It has own parking, however I would not reccomend to try driveing in to an unexperienced driver. The mettress was really uncomfortable. The shower barely flowed, sometimes it was cold. It could be cleaned better. The blanket on the extra bed, the pillon on the chair was dirty. There was a brown patch on the towel. The walls were dirty too, it should be repainted.
• Martyna (10/5): Comfortable stay - The contact with the owner was great! Also, we loved the location, you can easily get to the old town. Shops are nearby, so as restaurants. Loved the free parking!
• Swaagstra (6/5): Pleasant - Parking close to the building (very narrow to drive in). The bed in the upper apartment has a deep dent in it. The frame was broken but I repaired it. The shower is not always warm and has low pressure. The heating was on so it was very hot when we arrived.

The apartment is very close to the old part of the city, so we could walk all over. Beds were comfortable and clean. Enough towels. The app could be cleaner and needs minor repairs. It stinks from drains.
