Heike (6/5): Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, sicher auch wegen des hervorragenden Wetters….. - Gute Lage für uns um die Stadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erkunden. Ansonsten aber auch direkte Straßenbahnanbindung vorhanden. Kneipe, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Allerdings auch etwas laut nachts bei offenem Fenster. Vermieter per Mail sehr schnell erreichbar, reagiert zügig wenn Probleme auftauchen. Sehr nett. Bei Anreise gab es auch frühzeitig alle nötigen Infos zu Schlüssel und Co. Wohnung bietet wenig komfort. Sehr kleines Bad, ohne Fenster und wenig Abstellfläche. Wir waren zu viert. Aufteilung nicht so gut, man muss durch das zweite Schlafzimmer (oder besser gesagt Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch) um in die Küche zu kommen.

Cristina (10/5): Perfect stay for groups who want a quiet retreat in the middle of Prague - - very spacious - close enough to the old centre & river but not next to loud areas - close to amazing restaurants, luggage storage, and supermarkets - furnished with kitchen and cutlery for eating some meals at home A bit hard to close the windows at times but nothing major.
Frank (9/5): Un equipo de personal muy top - El personal del hotel ha sido de 11/10. Nos contestaron directamente a nuestros mensajes y han sido muy agradables. El unico punto mal era el ruido viniendo de la calle pero era razonable.

Elisa (5/5): Deludente rispetto a ciò che ci aspettavamo - Posizione a 20 minuti dal centro storico e ben collegata con tram, facilità di accesso alla struttura con istruzioni online e codici. La pulizia è da rivedere, abbiamo trovato residui di capelli e sporco in bagno. La realtà della struttura non rispecchia le foto su Booking. Decisamente troppo costoso rispetto a ciò che offre.
Maciej (7/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Droga na starówkę pieszo ok 10 min. W sypialni cały czas działało ogrzewanie. Nie dało się wyłączyć - próbowałem nawet kontaktu z właścicielem - nie pomógł (kontakt przez booking nie wiedział co zrobić, kontakt whatsapp, zero odpowiedzi). Wspomnę, że na dworzu było 29 stopni. Należy zwrócić uwagę na czystość w obiekcie (brudna podłoga, brzydki zapach w łazience, brudny prysznic i toaleta).

We were with a baby so I truly have to say that the flat was great for a long stay, very big, lots of room to breathe. The check-in instructions were clear and very easy to follow, the host and all the people around the building were super friendly and helpful.

In wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der Moldaupromenade. Gute Tramverbindungen zu all den interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Haben viel erlebt in den 4 Tagen. War rundum ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Prag ist tops. Was hat mir nicht gefallen? Dass ich nicht länger gebucht habe! Aber daran kann nur ich etwas ändern ; )
Rebecca (2/5): Neglected, 2 star level accommodation - Good location Stained ceilings, dirty walls, filthy bath mat, general areas dusty and not looked after, floor tiles broken and loud building work taking place right above the room. Altogether the property has been neglected in terms of decor and comforts while being promoted as a four star property which it clearly wasn’t.

Les Grimpeurs (9/5): Très agréable - Petit logement cosy, nous sommes arrivés tard le premier soir mais tout a été fait pour que cela se déroule dans d'excellentes conditions. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la fiche de recommandations restaurants etc... mise à disposition. Nous avons pu prendre une bière au bar en bas le soir même. La situation géographique est idéal, nous avons tout fait à pied mais les transports sont accessibles en quelques minutes.

La pecca dell'alloggio è la pulizia che va veramente migliorata: l'appartamento non era pulito. La doccia era sporca e anche tutta la cucina. Dispiace perchè la pulizia è la cosa più importante in un alloggio turistico.

Kirstin (9/5): Renoviertes Altbau-Appartement in guter Lage - Appartement in renoviertem Altbau-Gebäude. Große Räume. Alles sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben jederzeit auf Rückfragen schnelle und freundliche Antworten erhalten. Die Lage war super, mit Supermärkten, Restaurants und Straßenbahn-Haltestelle direkt um die Ecke. Der Hauptbahnhof war fußläufig erreichbar. In ruhiger Hinterhof-Lage. Ein tropfender Heißwasser-Boiler. Auf unsere Anfrage wurde schnell reagiert, aber während unseres Aufenthalts konnte er nicht repariert werden. Mit einem Fenster im Wohnzimmer und ansonsten dunkler Tapete und dunklen Möbeln war der Wohnraum an sich sehr dunkel. Die Heizung hat nicht verlässlich geheizt, so dass wir uns zum Schlafen wärmere Sachen anziehen mussten.

Anita (9/5): Great apartment for a short-stay! - The location of the apartment was extremely good. Placed somewhat in between Old Town and New Town meant that we were relatively close to most of the tourist-y areas/ activities. Most of the places were around a 15-20 minute walk and there were plenty of restaurants nearby although I'd still recommend to go to either Old Town or New Town for meals as they had more restaurants of different cuisines. Also far away from the nightlife that it was quiet past 10pm. The apartment itself was clean and came with an iron and blow-dryer which was handy. Bed was very comfy- My friend and I had no issue sleeping. It was easy to get the keys to the apartment via a lockbox- Zeb sent messages and photos showing how to access it, which was really helpful. We also had a later flight and Zeb was so kind to let us leave the apartment after the standard 11am check-out! At the time we went, there were renovations ongoing during the day which were quite noisy but as we were outside most of the daytime it was okay. The workers usually left by the time we came back around 6pm ish. Just a note for those who like a lie-in. Something very minor but I wouldn't have minded an extra towel as I was there for 5 days.

To było bardzo niekomfortowe,na szczęście spędziłam tam tylko 2 noce więc jakoś dało sie wytrzymać .Przy dłuższym pobycie byłoby kiepsko .

Die gesamte Anlage scheint sich mitten in Restaurierungs-/Renovierungsarbeiten zu befinden. Darauf sollte der Vermieter unbedingt hinweisen. Oder den Preis reduzieren.

Quarto bem aquecido. Quarto com humidade no teto. Colchão muito mole, pouco confortável. Não tinha suporte para tomar banho de chuveiro sem ter que segurar no chuveiro. Fotos que estão no booking dão a ideia que o local é melhor do que efetivamente é.

Christopher (9/5): Great base for exploring the city - The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the shower was really easy to use. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the river was less than 10 minutes walk away - this apartment is a great location for exploring the city. The apartment is very close to a late night pizza/kebab shop so there was often noise from revellers enjoying their night as they passed by. Prague is one of the cleanest cities I've ever visited, but this is only achieved by regular refuse collection. This seemed to occur nearly every morning between 6am and 7am. If you are a light sleeper, this will wake you up, as the bins are in an outside courtyard and have to be brought up a flight of stairs.

Good location, walking distance to the old town and the railway station. Nearby there is a large supermarket, restaurants, a park (if you are traveling with a dog), public transport stops. It was a pleasure to communicate with the owner. The bathroom is very dark. It's almost impossible to do makeup. It would be nice to replace the wallpaper.

Davide (3/5): - L’appartamento era vicino al centro, c’era il riscaldamento regolabile e quindi la stanza era abbastanza calda. L’host molto disponibile, mi ha chiesto anche se avessi necessità di organizzare il trasferimento fino all’hotel, proponendomi un servizio a buon prezzo ma ho preferito arrangiarmi da solo per risparmiare. Purtroppo essendo un appartamento un po’ vecchio, c’era un leggero odore di umidità, i pavimenti erano sporchi (in controluce, per terra, c’erano parecchie “macchie”). In bagno, il piatto della doccia un po’ arrugginito e mancava la copertura dello scarico; il porta carta igienica era appoggiato a terra e la carta igienica di scorta toccava il pavimento; sarebbero necessari degli spazi per appoggiare le proprie cose; dove è situato lo specchio c’era un ripiano che sarebbe stato molto utile ma era “rotto”, assente. Inoltre le foto presenti non rispecchiano la realtà. L’appartamento sembra meno curato rispetto alle immagini. Per 3 notti 550€(dicembre)in un appartamento così, a mio avviso, é inaccettabile

The owners were very friendly and helpful The bathroom was cold all the time, maybe some instructions on using the heater in the bathroom would be helpful. Also the floor was made of tiles which were also cold, so I suggest some pairs of slippers is provided for the guests

Gemma (4/5): Decepcionante. - Tranquilo. Agua caliente insuficiente para dos. Suelo sucio y cortinas con manchas, olor a tabaco. Muebles en mal estado que no correspondían con las fotos de la oferta. La cama no tenía colchón adecuado, era un sobre colchón solo de unos 8 cm. Todo en obras y sucio. No estaba adecuado para hospedar a gente. Teníamos que encender la linterna para poder entrar. No esperábamos por precio estar en un 4 estrellas, pero si un mínimo.

It was warm throughout, and the host was quick to respond to any problems (lack of bedding, blocked shower drain). The apartment was a bit scruffy. The bathroom was smart and clean, at least, and the kitchen units was new, but the rest of the apartment was a disappointment; the furnishings were a bit tatty, and the wall paper was peeling in most areas. The main point is that the apartment was very different from the photograph shown.

L appartement sent l humidité, la douche est très petite une fois les paroies fermées et il manque du rangement dans la salle de bain. C est un bâtiment en rénovation, ce qui fait que le patio n était pas du tout accessible car servait de dépôt pour les artisans L accès au parking est très étroit, ça passait tout juste avec notre Skoda Octavia
