• AMEL (9/5): - Gut ausgestattet, gemütlich, schön, Vermieter sehr sehr freundlich, sympathisch, hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar. Nichts wirklich negatives nur paar Anmerkungen, die wichtig sein könnten für Manche. Lage etwas weitweg von Innenstadt, es gibt aber S Bahn in der Nähe. An Kaffee denken, gibt’s keine Kaffeemaschine Parkplatz gibt’s nur für 1 Auto. Wir waren 1 Gruppe, zweites Auto war schwierig zu parken in der Nähe.

• Jiji (8/5): - We arrived 30 minutes earlier than agreed time but the lady who welcomed us was super nice and arrived in a minute. There was just a small difficulty in communication because of language barrier but the owner was very responsive on the app to clarify some things. The place was nice and clean. It was spacious enough for a family of 5. The kitchen was very useful, we were able to cook during our stay. It was a bit confusing to find the place but the neighborhood was quiet and not far from transport. The only problem we had was the electricity outage just before we left the place, especially because it was still dark outside. We left without electricity but apparently there was electricity when the owner came back. I guess it could happen so we didnt make a big deal out of it. But i appreciate the owner being very responsive even when it was around 3am.

• Roman (9/5): Great and cosy appartment - Very friendly host has pesonally explained and show us everything. The appartment is located near the metro station, is warm, has a conditioner and fully equipped kitchen. We were happy staying there.
• Jiří (10/5): Šikovné místo k přespání vhodné pro rodinu nebo menší skupinku. - Dobré místo kousek od metra B. Vstřícný a ochotný majitel, bezproblémové předání klíčů.

• Lukáš (8/5): Celkově je ubytování moc pěkné! - Ubytování je pěkné a čisté. Fajn jsou 2 koupelny (v prvním patře záchod a pračka, v druhém patře záchod a vana se sprchou. Poblíž pěkná restaurace a pizzerie Positano. A blízko je i MHD - Rajská zahrada. Trochu nás překvapila starší CRT televize Grundig, ale funkční a připojená k set-top boxu. Jen předání klíčů bylo shodou okolností nepříjemné - naše zpoždění vlaku způsobilo nestihnutí termínu předání klíčů sousedkou do 21:00 hodin, následně měl zpoždění i pan majitel.

• Jooheon (8/5): - 전철역까지 걸어서 7분 거리 엘리베이터로 편하게 옮길 수 있는 짐. 무료 전용 주차 베란다에서 보는 시원한 풍경 2층 두 개의 방에 구비된 에어컨 (1층 주방과 거실에는 선풍기만 있음) 화장실은 두개지만 샤워 가능한 곳은 하나. 와이파이 이용 못함. 주방 용품들 정리가 필요함.

• Cornelia (9/5): Jeder Zeit wieder - unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe durch den Vermieter. Tolle Aussicht über Prag. Groß und geräumig für eine Familie mit 2 Bädern. Ganz ruhige Verkehrslage. Die Anreise ohne Auto wäre sehr "kompliziert" geworden und die Parkplatzsituation am Abend ziemlich angespannt.

• Natacha (4/5): Overpriced apartment which I do not recommend - The apartment is indeed sunny (so very hot) but the two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a private parking with direct access to the apartment via an elevator. The price of this apartment is too high for what it has to offer : 1. The TV is very old so not useful if you do not intend to watch local channels. 2. The kitchen was not very cleaned and the equipments old except for the microwave and the dish washer. The oven offers only traditional heating. 3. The first floor is very hot and the small fan does not help at all. 4. The couch is old and not confortable. You can not sleep on it. 5. The room that is supposed to host 4 persons was packed tight with all the owner’s stuff so no room to unpack. And it did not make us feel very at ease. 6. The other room that was supposed to host 2 persons seemed to have a lot of drawers but the first one we opened contained an underwear (not sure if clean or not) so we decided not to unpack… 7. The walls are thin like papers. We like to enjoy time in family and play board games. Of course, we talk and laugh which seem pretty normal to me when you are on holidays with your family but every night the neighbor knocked on the wall.. I rented several apartments during our vacation and this is the only one where we were faced with this situation. I can understand that you shouldn’t party all night long with loud music but you should at least be able to talk and laugh without disturbing the neighbors…

Pavel is very kind host, showed us everything about the apartment we needed to know, offered recommendations about sightseeing of Prague, we had had our car parked in garage (wonderful relief). Apartment is cute, with nice view, quiet area, couple of stores nearby, shopping malls close enough. We used the car, so I don't know about the public transportation too much. Has all the facilities in the kitchen you may need for your stay. I had no objections.

• Naghman (5/5): We would have rated this place much higher if the unexpected charge was not levied on us. - The place was clean and the host is a very nice guy. It is close to the metro and public transportation. You can take bus number 201 to the metro station or else walk to the metro station is about 20 minutes. The neighborhood seemed very safe and there are grocery stores close by. We were charged 2 euros per adult per night upon arrival. Not fair. And we were informed of such a charge a day before arrival. At that point we did not have much of a choice since the money we had prepaid for reservation was non-refundable even if we wanted to cancel it.
