• Žembová (8/5): - Lokalita. Byt samotný. Vybavenie bytu základnými potrebami. Kávovar bol pre nás veľké plus. Torcha slabšie vybavenie kuchynským riadom, čo sa týka napr. pohárov, šálok na kávu. Obité hrnčeky. Slabšie osvetlenie v kuchyni/obývačke, resp. nevedeli sme prísť na to, ako ho regulovať.

Anche le dimensioni sono ottime per una coppia e volendo anche per un gruppo di 4 persone visto che oltre alla stanza c'è il divano letto. Mancavano alcune dotazioni utili in cucina, come ad esempio: bicchieri, strofinacci, un tappeto e il detersivo per i piatti

We arranged pick up from airport as unsure if would make 2000 bookin cut of the driver was lovely. Got airport express bus back from main train station only 10 min away Communication on leaving was poor I asked about leaving cases a little later but this wasn't responded to just confirmation that received passport details for tourist tax. Note new government rules in place 25czk a night per adult so extra payment due on top of property price. Only informed day before leaving it may now be on booking site so people are aware

• Julia (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem schönen Apparment. - Ruhige und zentrale Lage, sehr neues und sauberes Appartment, gute Ausstattung. Leider konnte man die Sprache am Fernsehen bei den ganzen Kanälen nicht ändern. Ein paar Geschirrtücher und Spülmittel in der Küche wäre noch gut gewesen.

• Aitor (1/5): Muy sucio y la cama asquerosa.... - La terraza. El apartamento estaba sucio en general . Tuvimos que poner el lavavajillas porque los platos y vasos estaban sucios. Lo peor, la cama. Nos pusieron una sábana corta de una talla que no se correspondía. Informamos a la dueña y nos dijo que hasta el día siguiente no era posible proporcionar ropa de cama adecuada. El colchón estaba asqueroso, lleno de lamparones y meados como se ve en la foto. Hicimos una reclamación a Booking y nos fuimos a otro alojamiento.

Gazda a fost foarte amabila, iar locația este foarte aproape de centru. Când vom reveni la Praga vom alege cu siguranță aceiași cazare🥰 Nu exista așa ceva.

• Nikola (10/5): - Beautiful apartment. The whole building was clean and the apartment was nicely decorated (I personally loved the green kitchen). There was everything we needed for 5 days. Really nice location, just 15 minutes walk from the train station, the street was right next to Vaclav square and national museum. U could get to the Metro station in less than 5 minutes. Great communication with Miss Elena. This apartment has helped us to have a great time in Prague.

• Petrica (10/5): - Apartamentul potrivit familie. Dotat cu toate cele necesare. Ne-a plăcut că avea și o terasă afară fiind la parter, copiii ieșeau acolo. Este aproape de toate zonele de interes, metrou, centru vechi. De acolo am făcut la pas toate punctele interesante din Praga. Gazda a colaborat foarte bine cu noi. Recomand cu drag acest apartament.

Locatie is perfect en contact + instructies met host waren duidelijk. - Locatie was perfect, alles was op redelijke loopafstand en alles wat je nodig hebt of wilt doen ligt in de buurt. In de badkamer is de douche alleen maar een badkuip. De slang voor de douchekop was best laag waardoor ik moest bukken om mijn hoofd uit te spoelen

• Yurii (10/5): Зручне розташування, тихий двір, балкончик. - Зручне розташування: близько від історичного центру та залізничного вокзалу. Нам дозволили раніше стандартного часу заселення залишити свої речі, це значно полегшило подальше пересування містом. Вікна та невеликий балкончик виходили у тихий дворик, шум вулиці взагалі не долітав. У квартирі було практично все необхідне для сімейного перебування протягом двох ночей. Відсутній кондиціонер, на це треба зважати у жаркий період. Для нас це не було критичним. До того ж щільні штори добре захищали від сонячних променів.

• Bernhard (10/5): Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Super Lage - in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und nur ein Steinwurf von der Innenstadt entfernt. Sauberes, gemütliches Apartment mit Balkon im ruhigen Innenhof.
• Vera (8/5): Goed - Appartement voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Vooral het terras met zitje, op een rustige binnenplaats, was fijn. De locatie is top! Bij het uitlopen van de straat kom je direct in een grote winkelstraat uit. Vanuit daar zijn bekende bezienswaardigheden, zoals het nationaal museum, het uurwerk, de bibliotheek of de Karelsbrug ook goed te belopen. Maar ook verschillende tram/metro/bus stations in de buurt. - Er was wat weinig bestek en drink- en wijnglazen. - De oven mag wel eens goed schoon gemaakt worden, de roosters en bakplaten zagen er niet heel fris uit.
• Heide Dietz (9/5): Schicke Wohnung im Herzen Prags - wirklich eine schöne, moderne und auch ruhige Wohnung - auch angenehm großzügig - es hat an nichts gefehlt Hat nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun: Um Ein- Auszuladen kann man nur 10 Minuten vor dem Haus mehr schlecht als recht stehen bleiben. Also am besten mit den Öffis anreisen.

• Abril (10/5): lovely, I would definitely return - The location was amazing, the facilities, everything in the apartment was in amazing condition. I loved that there was already some necessary stuff that we didn’t need to buy (soap, shampoo, oil and salt…). nothing, everything was amazing!

• Yadav (10/5): Nice Stay in Prague - The apartment is conveniently located near all forms of public transport and within walking distance to all popular tourist attractions. It is well equipped, well maintained, and the host was exceptionally responsive. She even allowed us to check in prior to the check in time. Our stay was very pleasant, and I highly recommend this place to others. Nothing. Everything was good. No complaints.

We were unpleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment, which was around 6 PM and well after the official check-in time. The day before our arrival, we informed the host that we would be arriving around 5:30 PM, so they were aware (even though during the initial booking, which was a few months before our arrival, a later check-in time was selected). I believe the host should be better organized. appartment was not ready when we arrived. We were supprises when we entered and boticed that appartment was not ready even

Bath-shower is high, could be difficult for older people to get in and out. Also only one postcard-size bathmat. Received the wrong apartment directions…this was traumatic. Dirty under the bed, found cigarette stumps and dust Corkscrew is broken Sent messages to arrange for baggage removal and luggage storage, but did not get a reply Received 1 towel per person and 4 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days. No laundry detergent.

I reccomend this appartament beacause the position is really really good, the appartament have everything you need and is really clean and BEAUTIFUL !! • Anna (10/5): Cozy and well located apartment - The house was exceptionally clean when we arrived. It was super comfortable, cozy and warm. It had all the essentials in all the rooms. Plus the garden outside was quite nice for some fresh air. The apartment has the best location, 2 mins and you are in the center! The host was also very nice and efficient with our check-in and check-out.

• Christine (10/5): The owner was very considerate for letting us leave our stuff early so that we can start strolling Prague without carryi - The property is only walking distance to Prague’s attractions. Everything you need is just around the corner.
• Anita (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect. The entrance to the building has a porter. The apartment is good and beautiful. The only thing missing is a small container for making Turkish coffee (taking into account that that's all we needed from the whole kitchen :)).

• Maarten (8/5): Great location, apartment could be a 10 with a few adjustments - Location is right in the centre but in a quiet street. To get to the apartment you basically walk through a building to get to the other building where the apartment is. Because of this you hardly hear any noises from the street. Between the two buildings there is a very nice and quiet garden. The building where the apartment is located looks to be a new building, all seems to be quite new. The layout of the apartment was also great, making the apartment feel quite spacious. It also has a nice balcony with two doors opening to the balcony. We arrived quite early and were very happy to be able to drop our bags of at 11:00 so we could head out to the city without them. So at first sight everything seemed very good, but then we opened a kitchen cabinet and it had an open bag of pretsels which was spread out in the cabinet. We cleaned it up and then noticed the doors of the tv closet were taped shut as they didn’t close anymore and would fall open. Even with the tape they would constantly fall open giving our kids a heartattack as this made quite some noise. Then we noticed the hallway closet doors were stuck together so you can’t close the doors. In this closet though we were happy to see a ventilator which was greatly appreciated with the heat, but then learned the stand of the ventilator was bent and broken so it cannot stand and is therefor useless. After all these broken items you kind of also notice all the big dents and holes in the walls. The apartment seems quite new but already a little bit used up. It really needs some love to make it more comfortable again. At least it needs (two) new fans (or airco) as it got extremely hot while we were there making it hard for us the fall asleep. The sofa bed was alright, the other bed felt a bit worn out. It could have been more comfortable. The bathroom indeed only has an handheld shower. This was ok for us but the curtain shower really sticks to you when showering and as it had a lot of brown/yellowish stains it wasn’t really comfortable. The bathtub is also very slippery so our youngest daughter fell a few times. I read a review about the lighting in the living room being unpleasant, we agree with this.

• Alex (8/5): Fantastic location - Excellent location - located within a quiet courtyard development only one minute walk from Wenceslas Square, two minutes from the National Museum and a 15 minute stroll from Old Town and riverside. Tram stops that will take you anywhere in Prague are also only a two minute walk making it the ideal location to explore further afield from. Apartment itself was very modern and cosy. Nothing important really, but apartment was lacking some very small home comforts, such as an oven glove for preventing handling hot oven trays and dish towels to dry dishes. TV also didn't seem to have any live channels or major streaming services. Not big deals at all, unless staying longer and cooking regularly.

• Darko (10/5): Exceptional - It is very well equipped. Someone was trying a lot about it. We got just one key, which can be a problem if you are not alone. Also, for 8 nights stay, I think it would be more convenient to change sheets once in the middle of stay.
