- .Mik. (10/5): Great stay, would definitely go back - Really pleasant stay from start to finish. The owner was genuinely helpful, had maps, a tourist guide and good local tips ready for us, which made exploring Prague much easier. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well located. Tram stop 5 minutes away and everything in the city centre within 20 minutes. Breakfast every morning was a nice touch, plenty of it and very good. Checkout was easy, the owner was helpful throughout. No complaints at all, would strongly recommend.

- Rodrigo (10/5): Nice staying in Prague - The location is great, it's very close to the castle and to the old city, you can do a lot in a walking distance. There is a nice coffee machine and breakfast is very generous and tasty. The beds are very comfortable There is no curtain in the shower, so the bathroom can get very wet.
- Klassen (5/5): Naja - Uns gefiel der Eingang zum Innenhof nicht. Als wir am ersten Abend zurückkamen, war es draußen stockdunkel. Die Wohnung war voller Spinnweben und Staub, besonders im Badezimmer. Es störte mich, dass Leute in unsere Wohnung kamen, während wir schliefen oder nicht da waren. Es war zwar nett gemeint, dass sie uns eine Freude machen und uns etwas Leckeres anbieten wollten, aber ich konnte danach nicht schlafen; ich stellte mir ständig vor, wie jemand in der Wohnung herumlief. Man könnte eine Schachtel mit Kuchen in die Nähe der Tür stellen, aber nicht in die Wohnung gehen. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass sie viele Sprachen sprechen, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass sie nur Englisch sprachen.
- Alexander (10/5): Great place for couple - This is a wonderful place. It has everything you need, and if something is missing, you can simply ask and they will bring it right away. At first, I thought they would bring us ready-made breakfasts from a nearby café, but it turned out to be quite different. They brought us groceries instead: fresh pastries, sliced meats and cheeses, vegetables and fruits, eggs, milk, even beer. The apartment was also well stocked with many products - flour, butter, various spices, cereals, etc. Special thanks for the fresh desserts they brought us, especially the strudel. The apartment is quiet. Even if the neighbors are having party, you can’t hear them at all. You can hear the street, of course, but it is calm and there is no nightlife nothing.
- Antje (6/5): - Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt im Apartment Nr. 3. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Größe des Apartments – für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit fünf Personen absolut ausreichend und praktisch aufgeteilt. Positiv war außerdem das separate WC neben dem Bad, was bei mehreren Personen wirklich super ist. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns auch über das Frühstück. Ein paar kleine Punkte sind uns dennoch aufgefallen: Beim Betreten des Apartments kam uns zunächst ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, der nach längerem Lüften jedoch verschwunden ist. Außerdem hätte die Sauberkeit an einigen Stellen etwas gründlicher sein können. Ein Teil der Ausstattung wirkt bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise reparaturbedürftig. Für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fanden wir den Aufenthalt insgesamt dennoch absolut angemessen.

- Ryszard (8/5): Jeśli odwiedzę Pragę jeszcze raz zacznę szukanie lokum od tego miejsca - Śniadanie było dostarczone, przez gospodarza, przygotowanie we własnym zakresie. Duża zaleta to cisza w otoczeniu, spokojna ulica, dobre wyciszenie lokalu. Dobry dojazd do centrum środkami komunikacji miejskiej.

- Kerstin (10/5): Top Apartment für einen Trip nach Prag! - Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Apartment 1. Das Apartment hat alles das man braucht und hat eine tolle Lage. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzer war sehr angenehm und sie haben uns aufgrund des Marathons einen etwas späteren Check-Out ermöglicht damit mein Mann danach noch duschen konnte. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und die Kinder habem sich sehr über die Schokolade gefreut. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment sehr empfehlen. Danke!

- Olivier (8/5): Très agréable séjour. - Très bonne communication avec les hôtes, serviables et attentionnés (le papa est très sympa !). Petit déjeuner pratique et copieux (avec des petites surprises et des attentions :-)). Bon café ! Bonne literie, grands lits. Très bien situé et calme. Tram à 3 minutes à pied. On y reviendra avec plaisir. Le petit déjeuner était exclusivement salé (jambon + fromage). Prévoir en plus des confitures, chocolat à tartiner, miel… serait une bonne idée. Un système de bagagerie serait utile pour laisser ses bagages après avoir rendu les clés et avant de prendre le départ. Des couettes plus grandes seraient appréciées. Prévoir des lavettes plus de torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle. Prévoir des tentures occultantes dans la chambre.

Appartamento grande e confortevole per 7 persone dotato di tutto (asciugamani, stoviglie, detersivi, asciugacapelli...), anche la colazione non da meno, ricca, varia e potevi chiedere, se avevi qualche preferenza. Siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti e l'ultima mattina per colazione ci siamo ritrovati una piacevole sorpresa: dolci freschi di pasticceria, che abbiamo gradito molto! Niente

Ideally located in the historical downtown, next to a tramway station, very quiet, with a separate bedroom for our children, well equipped to cook whenever needed. Special mention to Eva and her husband who have been very kind during all our stay, very responsive in their communication, with daily breakfast brought to our appartment. Sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen, Spielplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe. Liebevolles Frühstück (Zutaten) von den Vermietern bereitgestellt, anlässlich des Osterfestes wurde mit Schokolade und Osterlamm an uns gedacht. Mit den Vermietern hatten wir nur schriftlich Kontakt. Abholung und Übergabe des Schlüssels war völlig unkompliziert, auch dass wir unsere Sachen noch in der Wohnung lassen durften. Danke! Frühstück musste selber gemacht werden, das war mir im Vorwege nicht klar.

При въезде в холодильнике есть некоторые продукты, также крупы, чай Базовый набор посуды несколько старый интерьер, но и стоимость не велика. Мы запросили поздний выезд и получили подтверждение, но уже во время проживания нам сказали что более не могут позволить выехать позже (поезд был около 8 вечера). В итоге всеже разрешили оставить вещи и пользоваться некоторой мебелью. В стоимость входил завтрак, а именно булочки и нарезка сыра и ветчины, упаковка помидор, небольшой набор фркутов. Честно говоря лучше бы мы сами покупали нужные нам продукты

Les transports sont proches et on rejoint le centre rapidement. L’appartement edt bien équipé: lesive, pastilles LV, machine à café.... . Je ne peux donc pas évoquer le stationnement. Rien, tout était parfait pour un court séjour.

- Vlasta (10/5): Ideální poloha, skvělé pro rodinu s dětmi, dostatek prostoru, příjemní a vstřícní ubytovatelé ! - Ubytování v apartmánu č. 3 bylo pro naši potřebu -babička a 5 vnoučat (10-17 let)-výborné. Apartmán je domě v klidné ulici, všechna okna navíc vedla do tichého dvora. Do Prahy jsme přijeli autobusem, nemám tedy zkušenosti s parkováním osobního auta. Apartmán je asi 3 minuty od zastávek tramvají, které jezdí velmi často a pouhou 1 stanici tramvají od metra (Anděl). V blízkosti jsou obchody s potravinami, restaurace i velké nákupní centrum na Smíchově. Za památkami se můžete vydat pěšky nebo použít blízkou veřejnou dopravu. Apartmán je vybavený vším potřebným i na vlastní přípravu jídla, je zásoben základními surovinami, provozovatelé jsou velmi příjemní a ochotní a každý den nás zásobovali čerstvým pečivem, sýry a šunkou na snídani, které jsme využili i na svačiny s sebou. Využijte tuto báječnou příležitost a přijeďte s dětmi poznávat Prahu. Nemám žádné vážné výhrady, možná přidejte do koupelny židli na odkládání oblečení při sprchování a nějaký háček do kuchyně blízko dřezu na ručník na ruce. Ale to jsou nepodstatné detaily, které se dají snadno vyřešit.

Great location - about a 10-minute walk to Andel, about a 20-minute walk to the city center - Mala Strana, Charles Bridge. Friendly owners. Excellent breakfast, which the owners will bring to you every morning (or the evening before - if needed). Breakfast in this type of accommodation (apartment/flat) is not common at all, so a big plus. For us, absolutely great, we can only recommend it. nothing, everything was ok

- Jiří (10/5): Příjemný apartmán - V hotelu jsme byli jako rodina se dvěma dětmi (8 a 10 let) a měli jsme šestilůžkový pokoj. Byli jsme naprosto spokojení. Pokoj byl hezký a čistý, všechno působilo upraveně a příjemně. Snídaně byla také výborná – dostatek pečiva, ovoce, jogurtů, zkrátka každý si vybral a nic nechybělo. Moc nás také potěšilo milé překvapení na rozloučenou, kdy nám přinesli výborný zákusek. Bylo to od nich opravdu velmi hezké a osobní gesto. Majitelé (manželé) se o nás starali naprosto skvěle. Byli velmi milí, vstřícní, ochotní a se vším nám pomohli. Cítili jsme se tam opravdu vítaní. Za nás maximální spokojenost a určitě můžeme doporučit dalším rodinám s dětmi. ❤️

- Alba (10/5): - El alojamiento es muy amplio. Estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos y las imagenes son fieles a la realidad. Los caseros son muy simpaticos t atentos, nos hicieron la estancia excelente. Siempre nos llevaban el desayuno, con productos locales para el dia siguiente. Estaban pendientes en cualquier momento de lo que necesitabamos y nos informaron de eventos que teniamos cerca para poderlos visitar. Sin duda es un alojamiento muy recomendable y que ademas no dudaremos en volver a visitar si algun dia regresamos a Praga.

- elias (9/5): Cálida y cómoda, cerca de todo, pero alejada del bullicio del centro. - Lo que mas nos gusto fue la atención del anfitrión. Estuvo muy atento con nosotros. No llevaron un desayuno especial el día de año nuevo y les regalaron a los niños unas cajas de bombones. El desayuno de todos los días muy bueno. También tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos en la nevera huevos, leche, cervezas, yogures, etc.. El único inconveniente fue la cama de matrimonio, ya que el colchón ya esta deformado y hay que cambiarlo.

Appartamento pulito e buona colazione Unico inconveniente, niente di grave, all' arrivo non riuscivamo ad aprire la porta di ingresso dell' appartamento poiché essendo anti fuoco andava spinta in avanti con decisione e poi si riusciva ad entrare. Se l'avessimo saputo prima non saremmo rimasti fuori per circa 15 minuti.

Very nice area with bakery, restaurant, public transit all very close.

Las almohadas un poco blandas,pero ese no es problema en absoluto ya que las camas son muy comodas.

- Thomas (9/5): - Einfaches Studio mit allem was man braucht, alles sehr sauber und mit sehr nettem Gastgeber(viele gute Tipps). Die Lage ist hervorragend (ruhig und zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten zur Karlsbrücke). Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und zur Anreise standen noch Überraschungen im Kühlschrank.
