• Evelina (10/5): A well equipped, warm nest near to Prague downtown - Residence Vinohrad is a stylish and beautifully decorated apartment near to Žižkov TV tower and Kostel Nejsvětějšího Srdce Páně Catholic Church. It is completely equipped with an eye on guests necessities. There is a TV is with streaming service like Netflix, there is a large terrace, a small but well organized kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The beds are comfortable and overall we had a homey feeling. The trams go directly to every downtown places. There are great bakeries and breakfast and lunch places nearby and in Flora shopping center we could buy everything we needed. Thanks to Rob we felt always welcomed and appreciated. He had great suggestions about the art galleries and local bars and restaurants. N/A

• Martin (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Hier trifft man die Prager Menschen. - Da gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Alles so wie beschrieben. Super sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist fantastisch, man schaut direkt auf einen Park. Wenn die Nachbarn die Schuhe vor der Wohnungstür stehenlassen, weiß man, dass es ein sehr ordentliches Haus ist. Rob unser Vermieter ist super ansprechbar und lässt keine Frage offen. Diese Wohnung würde ich das nächste mal in Prag wieder versuchen zu bekommen. Das wir viel zu kurz da waren😉
• Martin (9/5): Príjemné ubytovanie pre rodiny prakticky v centre Vinohradov. - Príjemné, dobre vybavené a čisté ubytovanie vhodné pre rodinu, asi 8 minút peši od metra. Oceňujem knihu s tipmi a radami pre turistov, ktorú zostavili ubytovatelia ako aj prehľadné návody k používaniu spotrebičov, či rozkladaniu pohovky. Jedinú výhradu sme mali k vŕzgajúcej manželskej posteli, ktorá by si zaslúžila lepší matrac a pohodlnejšie vankúše a k trochu menej pohodlným stoličkám v kuchyni.
• Abdullah (10/5): A Perfect stay - The apartment was perfect in terms of size, cleanliness, and location. It had everything you needed. The owners prepared the apartment as if they were hosting close friends. Every step was clearly explained, from how to get to the apartment to the instructions for the appliances you would use inside. The guide they prepared about things to do and not to do in Prague was very helpful. Communication with Rob was very quick and informative. The heating was excellent, and the balcony was spacious. I definitely recommend it.

• Penguinochan (9/5): - This is a very nice and comfortable apartment with a wonderful host. It is in a great part of Prague, away from noise and filled with beautiful buildings. There are so many cafes, restaurants, bars and stores nearby. We also enjoyed going to a farmer's market in the park. We were there in the fall and it was cold outside but the heater worked great. We would like to stay again one day. This is very minor thing but the fans in the bathroom were very loud. When we arrived, the outside lock box was barricaded by construction fences and the street was very dark, so it was hard to get keys.

• Gus (10/5): - Rob was an excellent host as he communicated with us prior to our arrival with the easy check-in process and later responded promptly to a few other questions we had during our stay. The apartment was extremely quiet, no street noise, and in a very lovely residential area of Prague. Our stay had all the comforts of home with a well equipped kitchen. Nearby restaurants for dinner were plentiful and public transportation was just around the corner from us. We were very pleased with our stay!

Sehr gute Tipps der Vermieter über Restaurants, Bäckerei und Markt in der Gegend. Gern etwas mehr Geschirr😅, dann hätten wir den Geschirrspüler auch nutzen können. 😉

Rob, the host, was very welcoming and responded almost instantly. Not a minus but good to know, there are steps within the apartment just after entering there are 4-5 steps.

The apartment is very close to different choises of public transport and also there are various good pubs and restaurants within short walking distance. • Andrei (8/5): Very good - A fairly small aparment in a freshly-renovated building. Very neat and tidy. Great view from the windows. Quiet neighbours, though there is a children's playground in front of the building, could be bothersome to some people. Extensive guide book from the owner on local attractions and restaurants. Some great tips for those unfamiliar with the city. Bathroom is very hotel-like, no space to put your toiletries. Mattress is not comfortable. It is not bad bad, but we got tired of it after only 2 nights. Price is a bit too high in my opinion.

There is almost no car traffic as well as no noisy party places around. Very good connection to center both by tram as well as metro. Very helpful owners.

Apartment itself well equipped with nice “homey” atmosphere. Excellent communication with the owner. The apartment is very warm and there is no AC. I was ok as at the time I was visiting temperatures were not too hot so opening the window resolved the issue. But when it’s 30 degrees outside might be challenging.

The main bed was very comfortable. And the provided espresso coffee very tasty :) WiFi and internet connections worked fine, there was a smart TV with streaming service. And because we were unlucky to visit during a cold shower the heating worked great. The bedroom had a small balcony with outdoor furniture. Great for breakfast provided the weather is not too cold. The hosts were great very easy to find and helpful with all our questions. they also had provided a bespoke guide book with many helpful tips to enjoy our stay in the city. The neighborhood is very quite with a nice park right in front of the entrance. The apartment is easy to get to; there a tram station walking distance. There is a farmer's market a few blocks away, supermarkets and nice restaurants all within walking distance. Nothing to report. We had a very pleasant stay. There were no problems with the apartment or our stay. In case you have a late flight there are lockers in the train station (the nearby tram can take you there) to store your luggage while you enjoy the city..

• Ann (9/5): Residence Vinohrad was a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay. - the host had someone come meet us at the airport and take us to the apartment. we could not check in but able to leave our bags and collect a set of keys for entry later. very helpful! there was a scarcity of paper products. no paper towels or tissues. there was also shampoo and body wash dispensers but no wash cloths to apply.

• Федотов (9/5): Superb - It's a very nice place! I recommend this flat for everyone, who want to live in snug apartment near from the city center. You can find everything for comfortable living: tea, salt, shower gel, umbrellas, roll paper, even guide book to Prague and other little things. Apartment is full of technics, using of which described in instructions. I want to notice one thing the washer is working a little bit loud. But all the rest is perfect!
• Maria (8/5): I would definitely stay here again! - I like the area, which is a drive to Old Town but still within the city for an Uber ride of about 150kc or so. There is quiet time from 10pm-8 am, a bit long for someone with jet lag. The hosts are fine, it's the neighbors that turn off the power to your flat (!), but after I learned about "quiet time," I did my laundry during the day. My fault I guess. Kudos to the hosts for making sure I still had a good time in Prague. It would've been tragic otherwise for such a long-planned, lifetime trip.
• Muaz (10/5): Great stay - Everything was great! Apartment is very clean and equipped with anything you need. Balcony is very spacious. It is located near city center, about half an hour easy walk, you can also use trams, but we enjoyed walking more. Rob is very friendly and he made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Friendly suggestion: Put few more hand towels :) Also, check 2 left electrical outlets in the kitchen, because kettle wasn't working but it worked on the other 2 on the right side.
• Yuka (8/5): The host was very thorough and accommodating. i purposely chose this place because of the great reviews and the location - Clean, thoughtful and thorough information provided around the vicinity. The bed was uncomfortable and hard to sleep. ended up sleeping on the couch.
