• Jonathan (9/5): Excellent apartment not merely 'in' the centre of the historic old town, but actually part of it! - Pavel met us at the airport so we did not have any difficulty getting into the city or finding the apartment; he was very helpful with our luggage and giving us local advice. The apartment is in a historic building within ONE MINUTE of the magnificent centre of old Prague. It's design is unique in that it is the combination of 4 attic rooms of the original building; this affords occupants lots of space. There's the room for kitchen, dining table & sofa's, then the extra bedroom area with 2 beds (which we used for laying out all our 'stuff') then the main bedroom and finally the bathroom. There were windows for ventilation on the warm days and heaters if it was cold. Everything was efficient and comfortable. This is not a 'dislike' just an observation for others to be aware of: There are two flights of stairs to climb in order to get to the apartment; this was NOT a problem for us but might be for others especially when carrying luggage.

• Edmond (8/5): Als ik weer naar Praag ga, zal ik opnieuw voor deze accommodatie kiezen. - De zeer vriendelijke en de echte aandacht van Pavel, hij neemt echt de tijd om de check in goed te laten verlopen. De locatie is perfect het is midden in het centrum en het appartement was ruim (3 kamers en een ruime hal) Er waren handdoeken en beddengoed wat compleet was. Pavel zocht iedere dag contact en was makkelijk te bereiken zowel voor we aankwamen als tijdens het verblijf, dat was prettig Daar moet ik over nadenken. De douche in het smalle bad en een douchegordijn die een waterballet buiten het bad moest voorkomen was niet optimaal.

• Petar (10/5): Top location, top host - Location is unbeatable: just down the stairs, after thirty meters or so and Old Town Square opens up before you. Lots of Old Prague attractions are 20-30 minutes of walk away. Apartment was clean and with enough facilites for longer stay than our was. Pavel, the host, was very helpful and understanding of tired travellers.
• Jennifer (9/5): Best location in a very spacious apartment. - The location was absolutely perfect, just one street behind the main square with the Anatomical clock. We were able to walk to all the major highlights in Prague. It was a very large, spacious apartment which looked just like the photos provided. The beds were all real double beds too - not sofa beds. We arranged for a pick-up from the airport by the host which was seemless and then allowed us an early check-in which worked out well for us. Would highly recommend staying here. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing
• Gizem_B (9/5): - The apartment is in a fantastic location right in the most touristic area of Prague. The kitchen was perfectly adequate. Even though the apartment was in a very lively area, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful Since it was a historic building, the toilet was seperate from the bathroom. It was not a huge issue, but it did make things a bit less comfotable.

I liked that the apartment was clean, warm and had everything we needed. The owner is very kind and helpful. Better directional signage for the check-in point would be very helpful, as there is another business nearby with a very similar name. Facilities are pretty old, almost no soundproof, we could hear almost everything from the street. All extras like coffee, drinks, and laundry pods come with an additional fee. For the premium price, at least coffee should be free.

• Anja (10/5): Unschlagbare Lage in der Altstadt, trotzdem ruhig - Die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar. Man wohnt in einem Haus mit Geschichte gleich neben der Teynkirche. Gleichzeitig ist es total ruhig. Wir haben super gut geschlafen in den weichen Betten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Unser Gastgeber Pavel war freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier wohnen. Alles war perfekt.

• Laurent (9/5): Grace a son calme, l'appartement nous a permis de nous reposer de nos journées de visite de Prague - Nous avons apprécié la situation du logement dans le centre historique de Prague, très proche de la vieille horloge astronomique, le calme de l'appartement à l'intérieur d'une cour, la proximité des commerces alimentaires (il y a un Lidl a 8mn a pied) et restaurations. Nous avons fait toutes les visites des sites historiques à pied, c'est appréciable et idéal pour découvrir la ville. Nous avons été accueilli fort gentiment à notre arrivée par Pavel et son épouse pour la remise des clés et les divers explications La salle de bain de notre logement en particulier était un peu exiguë, d'après les photos ce n'est pas le cas de tout les appartements proposés.

• Max (9/5): Top Appartement in der Altstadt von Prag - Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlte für einen Kurztrip nichts. Was zu bedenken ist, dass ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist und das Klo am Ende ist. Es muss auch hier immer durch ein Schlafzimmer gegangen werden. Für uns als Familie war die kein Problem.

• Patricia (7/5): Top Lage! - Verbesserungsbedarf bei Ausstattung und Privatsphäre - Die zentrale Lage war hervorragend! Die schnelle Reaktion des Gastgebers war angenehm. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist insgesamt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllt jedoch ihren Zweck und ist im Hinblick auf den Preis noch angemessen. Verbesserungsbedarf besteht bei der Küchenausstattung: Es fehlten u. a. Geschirrhandtücher, ein scharfes Messer bzw. Brotmesser sowie Papierhandtücher. Zudem waren die Gläser nicht sauber poliert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass der Gastgeber sehr schnell reagiert und fehlende Dinge unkompliziert nachgereicht hat. Allerdings wurde dabei meine Bitte, die Gegenstände vor der Tür abzustellen, nicht beachtet. Stattdessen wurde das Apartment in meiner Abwesenheit betreten, was ich als unangenehm und hinsichtlich der Privatsphäre nicht akzeptabel empfunden habe. Hier sollte künftig unbedingt darauf geachtet werden, die Privatsphäre der Gäste zu wahren.

• Marta (10/5): Alojamiento muy recomendable. - Ubicación inmejorable. En pleno centro de Praga. Apartamento espacioso y cómodo. Ideal para familias. Pavel fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente en todo momento de que estuviéramos agusto. Todo perfecto.
• Luis (10/5): Ideal si quieres estar cerca de todo - La ubicación exepcional, caminando llegas a los puntos turisticos de interes y si quieres ir mas lejos hay 3 paradas de metro cerca entre 6 a 7 minutos caminando, la cocina tiene todo, la calefacción funciono muy bien, hacia mucho frio en el exterior pero en la habitacion estaba calido, el dueño estuvo pendiente de todo y es muy amable, hay que tener en cuenta que hay que subir escaleras por si tienes alguna discapacidad, si te gusta la farra hay un bar a 10 metros (dubliner) con musica en vivo y una tienda de souvenirs a 10 metros mas barata que las del centro, ademas ha muy cerca un mini market a 20 metros. El baño es algo pequeño

La situation géographique de cet appartement est parfaite. Le restaurant végétarien au pied de l'immeuble est fabuleux. le centre historique a deux pas. LA boulangerie tres proche aussi. l'environnement tres calme. Pavel et son fils sont tres accueillants et nous ont permis de garder nos valises et de nous raccompagner a l'aeroport pour une somme tout a fait correcte. Je recommande pour les personnes voyageant a 2 , avec des amis ou en famille, parfait.
• Karen (10/5): Fantastic couple of days in Prague Old Town, wished we could have stayed longer. - Host Pavel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable including meeting us upon arrival, insisting on carrying our very heavy bags up the stairs and messaging several times during our stay to ask if everything was ok. Location right in the middle of the Old Town could not have been better. Apartment was spacious, clean and also very quiet which we appreciated. Great value and highly recommended.

• ThomR (10/5): Perfect long weekend in Old town Home Prague - Pavel, the owner, was very available and nice, he was very flexible to ensure our stay can be perfect. The appartment is spacious and very calm, while located in the very center of Prague (just 1 min away from the main square)! So perfect again. The appartment is well equiped with a big kitchen, a big living room and a nice double-bed room. We can only recommend it, as, on top, this is a great quality for price! • IGNACIO (9/5): - La experiencia no pudo ser mejor. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy bien equipado, muy espacioso, con camas cómodas y todo estaba perfectamente limpio. La ubicación es sencillamente inmejorable: a unos pasos del reloj astronómico, de restaurantes, tiendas y de todos los puntos clave del casco histórico. A pesar de estar tan céntrico, el apartamento era sorprendentemente tranquilo por la noche. El personal fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y facilitar cualquier cosa que necesitara durante la estancia. Check-in fácil, comunicación rápida y clara. En resumen: un sitio perfecto para disfrutar de Praga con comodidad y a un precio muy razonable. Sin duda volvería a elegir Old Town Home Prague en mi próxima visita a la ciudad.

A poucos passos de distância, você encontrará a praça central e o relógio astronômico. Também é espaçoso, limpo e silencioso. Pavel, o proprietário, é uma pessoa realmente agradável e atenciosa, atenta a cada detalhe. Depois de viajar por muitos países, devo dizer que encontrei o melhor lugar em que já fiquei nesta categoria. everything was perfect
• susan (10/5): Location fantastic, Hospitality very nice and apartment was clean and large. - The host met us and was very thorough on all of the instructions. He gave us recommendations on restaurants and directions to grocery/liquor stores. He was very patient answering questions and walked us to our apartment. He was very helpful on transportation to the airport. Apartment was very clean and spacious. But best of all was the location! We were in awe the minute we walked out our door.

The owners were super lovely and accommodation, made us feel at ease when arriving - The location was perfect, the mini fridge with drinks etc was super perfect & the complimentary bottle of bubbles to celebrate NYE! Bed was super comfy and it was nice and spacious for two people. Property was great - shower pressure could have been better.
• Flora (10/5): Cèntric, silenciós i còmode. - El Pavel ens ha atès super bé! Molt amable, atent i responia molt ràpid. L’apartament està situat, literal, al costat de la plaça de Praga, però amb molt de silenci. Increíble! Gran i còmode i en un lloc històric. La calefacció estava posada així que no vam passar gens de fred. Tot genial, només s’ha de tenir en compte que després de les 19.00 et cobren un suplement d’entrada.

• Davide (8/5): - La posizione della struttura è spettacolare per la sua centralità e Pavel molto attento a spiegare il tutto.....a piedi ci si muove facilmente anche con bambini e nel raggio di 15 minuti si trovano Musei per ogni gusto e poi lo spettacolo della pizza dell' orologio.(1 minuto a piedi) è fantastica.....passato il capodanno bellissimo... consiglio anche la crociera notturna con buffet....ho trovato una città vecchia molto accogliente dove puoi camminare in qualsiasi situazione di affollamento senza avere l'impressione che potresti essere derubato è stato molto piacevole.....

Der Fernseher sollte mit einer besseren Ausstattung versehen werden, und die Einzelbetten sollten mit hochwertigeren Matratzen ausgestattet sein, um den Komfort zu erhöhen.

Chambre spartiate, sdb en dehors pas pratique. Attention au payement : 614 euros annoncés, 658 payé au final avec le taux de change.

A special shout-out to Pavel, who was truly amazing. He personally picked us up from the airport, which made arriving in a new city completely stress-free. He went above and beyond by recommending incredible places to visit, eat, and explore—his local knowledge really elevated our entire trip. The location is a perfect 10/10. The property is literally seconds away from the Old Town Square, making it unbelievably convenient to explore Prague on foot. Being able to step outside and immediately be surrounded by history, restaurants, and attractions was priceless. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after long days of sightseeing. If you’re looking for an unbeatable location, outstanding hospitality, and a smooth, welcoming experience in Prague, this is the place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Nothing! All was great!
