• Celena (8/5): - L'appartement était plutôt spacieux et lumineux. Il est très bien placé quant aux activités touristiques mais également des commodités et services. L'appartement est plutôt propre bien qu'il peut y avoir des efforts à ce niveau. Je ne saurais dire s'il ne paraît pas propre du fait du bâti ancien ou d'un manque d'entretien. Néanmoins, mon séjour était agréable au sein de l'appartement et l'ascenseur bienvenue avec une poussette. Mention spéciale pour la machine à café. La literie n'était pas très confortable. L'appartement est bruyant du fait de l'épaisseur des murs, ce qui fait qu'on à l'impression d'être dans la même pièce que nos voisins. L'avantage est que tout le monde respecte le règlement et donc il n'y a pas eu d'abus de nuisances sonores la nuit.

• Орхан (10/5): - Alles war super. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und sehr angenehm. Der Gastgeber hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt, was ich wirklich toll fand. Ich war einfach begeistert. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich hervorragend. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und beantwortet Fragen immer schnell und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden sehr gerne noch einmal hierher zurückkommen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem empfehlen!

• Kateřina (9/5): - Self check-in podle instrukcí, jsou dobře a přehledně zpracované. Všechno je bez problémů, v apartmánu bylo čisto a vše fungovalo, postel pohodlná. Do ložnice ale proniká hluk z vedlejšího apartmánu, což je hodně nepříjemné speciálně v noci. Bylo by ideální tomu dopřát vrstvu protihlukové izolace.

• Ruggiero (9/5): - la cucina era attrezzata, bella accogliente, i letti erano molto spaziosi, la tv funzionava bene, il bagno era spettacolare, l'armadio pure era grande e i colori della casa erano stupendi la mancata presenza del bidet, e la funzione dei termosifoni la regolavano loro facendoci trovare la stanza di notte molto molto gelida

• gonçalo (3/5): Falta de Higiene e Multiplas Ameaças no Apartamento - O anfitreão foi muito prestável. O apartamento estava muito sujo, com a banca da cozinha cheia de gordura, manchas e restos de comida. Para além disso espalhado pela casa tem múltiplas ameaças de multas dizendo que os vizinhos se o virem a fumar ou se se queixarem do barulho pagará 500€. A casa de banho também estava mal limpa, tinha algo colado a parede que se vê na foto e ainda por cima tem uma rede em cima do ralo do chuveiro onde tinha pelos e cabelos acumulados e que faziam com que a base do chuveiro acumulasse imensa agua enquanto tomava banho.
• Kristina (3/5): Felt unwelcome - Convenient location for the places we wanted to explore in Prague. Also, the centre is in walkable distance (20 min). Good, comprehensive instructions on directions, finding keys etc. Apartment was meant to have a double sofa and washing machines, as per photos on the website. Alas, it did not. One of the TV remotes had empty batteries (which looked many years old), so in order to use the TV we had to keep swapping the batteries between the two remotes. Bathroom is not really a room as such, it was squeezed into the corridor between kitchen and bedroom, so if you closed the door u couldn't use the basin to wash your face as you wouldn't fit in. The apartment is supposed to have soundproof walls. Not sure it does as we could hear absolutely everything our neighbours did, including their crying toddler. The front door has a sticker to say not to lock it, as it cant be opened from outside without a key. Still nit locking at night made us feel unsecure. We found hair (most likely previous guests) in the kitchen, bathroom and on the sheets, even though the bedding was washed and clean, the sheets did not look clean. The shower was not properly cleaned either. The walls were stained in many places. Overall, the apartment was a bit grubby. What was worse though, is the fact the whole place was covered with labels with warnings and threats of fines. I do understand, some guests don’t use common sense when staying in places where other people live, but the notices everywhere made us feel uneasy. Hence we didn’t raise complaint about cleanliness of the place at the time, as were worried the owner might find something to fine us for. This together with being told we cant check in any earlier than 4, made us feel unwelcome and we can not recommend this place to other potential guests. Much nicer places to stay in whilst in Prague. We have stayed in a few over the years, this one was the worst.

• Dimitris (8/5): One small issue , on hell of a bargain - The location was excellent and close to the public transport , it was in a chill area for a good morning sleep after a club night out . The fact that we had to check in very late , 4 p.m. , even though the checkout was at 12 p.m. which after a night bus , cost us sleep , cleanliness and comfort

• Jenia (10/5): Perfect location and great stay - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything and very convenient. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.

• Daria (8/5): Very good - The location was absolutely perfect. Apartament was nice and spacious with all needed cooking appliances like microwave, kettel and coffeemaker. All in all it was fine to stay there. Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't the cleanest and there was mold in the shower. The biggest drawback, however, is how thin the walls are, we could hear every sound from the next room and had to talk in whispers, and (probably for this reason) the owner requires quiet hours from 8 p.m.
• Anna (8/5): The apartments were nice beside pillows - It was pretty clean, nice bed and also the kitchen is good too, but the pillows for bed is absolute trash, it’s imposible to sleep on then Kitchen and the bed
• Kristian (9/5): Nice location, responsive host - The location is great, the host is super responsive and answered all questions very quickly and politely. No issues at all with key handover. Additionally, the building is quiet and the sound insulation seems excellent, which I always appreciate. As I was leaving I saw that there had been some time since it was last cleaned under the beds, so that should probably be done. I should note that the rest of the flat was very clean, as were the beds themselves. While I slept great, my partner did not find the bed too comfortable. So that is likely a preference thing, but still worth noting.
