• Jim Molloy (7/5): Good for families, and big rooms were a delight. - Location was great. Bar on ground floor very convenient. First floor bedrooms were adjoining, meaning occupants of inner bedroom had to travel through outer bedroom to reach bathroom or toilet.

• PASQUALE (4/5): Caccia al tesoro. - La posizione Disagio nel prelievo chiavi, non era chiaro dove ritirarle. Abbiamo fatto una caccia al tesoro e dopo alcune ore finalmente siamo riuscite a trovarle in un altro indirizzo. Ma non era indicato su booking.

• Monika (3/5): Nicht zu empfehlen! - Wir haben diese Wohnung gebucht, jedoch eine komplett andere zugeteilt bekommen. Diese war zwar auch super zentral gelegen, die Ausstattung war jedoch um einiges schlechter als erwartet. Es war kein Wohnzimmer vorhanden, die Matratzen waren miserabel und die Fenster konnten nachts nicht geöffnet werden, da sie direkt zur Straße gingen. Die Vermieter haben in Aussicht gestellt, dass wir die Wohnung noch wechseln können, hat dann aber wie erwartet doch nicht geklappt. Auch finanziell kamen uns die Vermieter nicht entgegen.
• Roman (9/5): Pohodlnné ubytovanie na skvelom mieste za velmi rozumnu cenu - Skvelá lokalita, priestranný apartmán, čisté, dobre vybavené, je to na skok na Karlov most, na Hradčany, v okolí je dostatok podnikov a taktiež menčšie potraviny otvorené každý deň. Check in nebol úplne "smooth", trvalo nám hodnú chvílu kým sme sa spojili s recepciou, nakolko nam neprisiel mail / správa s instrukciami ohladom ubytovania sa.

• Jim (2/5): A éviter à tout prix, confusion sur produit. - L'emplacement est vraiment top et les appartemrnts sont baignés de soleil. Sur l'annonce, vous voyez en fait les photos de 5 appartement. Impossible de savoir ce que vous louez. Il y a en fait plusieurs 2 pieces et 3 pieces (1 bedroom et 2 bedroom), mais ce n'est pas indiqué quel appartement vous prenez. Je suis en litige avec eux car j'ai pris 17 nuits de ce que je pensais être un vrai 3 pieces mais mon lit était dans la cuisine et une chambre etait le salon et avait 2 lits 2 places dedans. Bref c'est vendu pour 6 personnes mais c'est en fait un 2 pièces avec 3 lits deux places. Au mieux un squat d'étudiants en vacabces mais certainement pas pour 2 couples + 2 enfants. Personnelement je trouve celà scandaleux voire à la limite de l'arnaque car les photos sont équivoques et aucune ne montre un lit dans une cuisine. Bref j'ai ouvert un litige d'abord avec Booking, qui m'a intégralement remboursé leur comission soit 15%, mais Selinot appartments qui loiue les appartement n'a rien voulu savoir donc j'ai ouvert un litige auprès du centre des consommateurs tcheque. Je ne parle pas des accessoires manquants pour cuisiner ni de l'abscence de personne à la dépose des clefs même pour une location à 2750 euros. A eviter ansolument
• Oksana (10/5): - Место расположение. На первый взгляд квартира хорошая но есть но… 2 из 3х Кровати поломанные, заселение в 15.00 номер грязный ждали 55 минут. Зашли в квартиру в 15.55. Меняли номер кода от сейфа с ключом не посчитали нужным предупредить.
• Emilie (10/5): - Emplacement très pratique et quartier calme et mignon. Appartement très spacieux avec des espaces cloisonnés. Accès facile boîte à clefs. Télé avec Netflix, vrai salon pour se reposer, vraie table pour manger. Agencement au top. La température de la douche est très aléatoire mais au moins on traine pas dans la douche. Aucun superflu, aucun fond d'épicerie type sel huile pour cuisiner. Aucune déco mais ça on s'en fiche. Pas de couverture supplémentaire heureusement il ne faisait pas froid.

Ha habido problemas de organización de la recepción en cuanto al día de la limpieza (terminaron limpiando el piso a la víspera de marcharnos, fue una estancia de 5 días) y cuanto al horario del transfer al aeropuerto, pero es verdad que contestaban muy rápido al whatsapp.

• Viktoryia (9/5): Warunki dobre, jednak podstawowe rzeczy brać ze sobą (kosmetyki, sól, herbatę, płyn do prania) - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, czysto, dobry widok. Było żelazko, suszarka, pralka, kapsułki do zmywarki. W nocy grzejniki były wyłączone i było zimno. Z kosmetyków tylko mydło. Jedno z łózek było okropnie skrzypiące. Miło byłoby widzieć chociaż sól i herbatę w kuchni.

• Steffi (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert! - Die Lage war absolut perfekt für einen Pragbesuch. Die Wohnung war sehr modern eingerichtet, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zur Reception war sehr gut organisiert, man stand uns sofort mit Auskünften und Unterstützung zur Seite. Absolut top! Nein, es war alles perfekt.

• Svitlana (7/5): - Насправді, дуже гарні апартаменти, все чисто, меблі в гарному стані, тепло, вода гаряча завжди була. Місцерозташування взагалі топ. Не сподобалось, як і писали вже вище, що важко отримати ключі. І те, що фото у booking інших апартаментів. Вони не гірші, але інші. Наприклад, для мене це було важливо - мати ванну, а не душ. Але був душ😔

• Georg (9/5): - Unsere Wohnung hatte eine optimale Lage - in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Nähe der Karlsbrücke - die Malostranska U-Bahn und Straßenbahnstation waren nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir konnten vieles zu Fuß machen. Die Adresse bekamen wir erst kurz vor dem Check-in - der Anbieter vermietet mehrere Apartments in der Gegend. Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

• Bela (10/5): - I liked eveything from prompt service and helpful staff to excellent location. Almost every popular atraction is in walkable distance 5-15minutes. If only pillows were a bit comfortable (it felt crumpled with chuncky stuffing). Although it is really a minor thing to mention if you see to it the place will be 5+🥰

• Tibor (10/5): - Well-equipped, clean, and spacious accommodation in a very good central location Until we completed the online check-in, they did not disclose the exact location of the accommodation (the address on booking.com was not accurate, the house number was missing), After we checked in while standing on the street in front of the house (providing a lot of information, e.g., the same address six times, etc.), we still had to wait and call them separately to find out how to get in.

But there is no reception and no one welcomes you. They just sent an entrance code for 50€. This is the ridiculous thing that I have ever seen! Be aware when you book this accommodation!

Estuvimos muy a gusto y pudimos aprovechar los beneficios de un apartamento grande y mucho mejor situado de lo que inicialmente pensábamos. La recogida de llaves fue un poco problemática ya que estuvimos esperando una respuesta sobre cómo entrar al apartamento durante más de media hora; y, cuando finalmente la obtuvimos, resultó haber un problema con los candados donde estaban las llaves. Sin embargo, hablando con el dueño sobre lo ocurrido, nos ofreció dos horas más para hacer el check-out por los problemas ocasionados.
• Burcu Su (8/5): Very central location in a very spacious place - Very comfortable apartment with lots of space and enough room for up to six people Compared to the bigness of the apartment, the toilet was very tiny , one person barely fits in. Although everything was provided, some little touches like salt or pepper or a cattle was missing .

• Philipp (6/5): Location great but... - The Location was perfect. The flexibility to add a sixth person to the booking was great. We initially booked for five - a sofabed for one. We requested an extra bed for the fifth person as sofabeds are often not great but we were refused. When we increased number of people to six, we got the extra bed, but this bed was super short and the person who had to sleep on the sofa was really not comfortable as it was just a sofa, not even a sleeping sofa. Maybe something for stag parties who don't care about how they sleep, but really not great.

Treasure hunt to find this unit - unacceptable - unit has reasonable new beds, clean and comfortable. complicated directions to access a gate at one address, then access a room to acquire keys, then confusing directions to go to another property to find the actual unit, walking through a dark foyer - under construction to find a stair door draped in plastic. Two calls to ask for clarification reached a cranky person with limited English skills and directions that were not helpful. After a long day of travel - this was very frustrating.

• Michal (8/5): Good location - The location was excellent, the apartment is large and cozy. There was enough room for all of us The check in process was cumbersome. We did not receive the code in time as written. I had to write to the contact several times and use a company that lives in Prague to get the code for the apartment a little before we arrived. It is important to give 2 sets of keys in case you want to split up because you cannot enter the building and the apartment without a key And we have problem with the hot water. After few minutes of using hot water it becomes very cold and we had to wait few minutes to get hot water. An unpleasant experience in the middle of the shower
• Jan (4/5): Stay spoiled by carelessness and stinginess of the host. - There was supposed to be a coffee machine in the apartment, but there was only a coffee machine for specific capsules, so it was completely useless. The host wrote to me that I have to look for and buy capsules that match this specific device :-( So I had to buy coffee in coffee shops in the area instead. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the apartment for a few days stay for several people! You can see that the host is not going to care about customer satisfaction even in such cheap and simple elements.

The outside of the building is a little run down, the outside windows does not seal, and the toilet was very cold, the bathroom does not have a stand shower only a bath and the warm water was scarce, so a cold wash for most of the time.
