• Sara (9/5): - Tutto. La posizione in pieno centro. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario ed è spaziosa e silenziosa di notte. La comunicazione con l'host molto agevole. Tutto perfetto. L'unica cosa da sistemare è una finestra velux in camera da letto. Non si chiude bene.
• Francesca (10/5): Lovely apartment in the city center, clean and with all the necessary comforts. - The apartment we stayed in was lovely, with a beautiful bathtub and a bidet! As Italians we really appreciated it. Some of the tiles in the floor were loose but it was such a minor issue it feels hardly worth mentioning.

• Ashley (6/5): Our stay was fine, but we would not book here again. Communication with host was extremely limited. - The property is in a great location. Perfect for everything you want to see in Prague. The apartment we were assigned (9) is extremely basic so if you are looking for old European charm this is not it. Cheap beds, bed linens and towels. It is a functional apartment and fine if you only need it for a place to sleep. It does not reflect the charm of Prague in any way.
• Ernesto (8/5): Ubicación perfecta y una opción muy recomendable para unos días en Praga - La ubicación es perfecta, a menos de 10 minutos andando de la Plaza Ciudad Vieja, y rodeados de restaurantes, cafeterías, mini markets y el Tesco de calle Norodni. El alojamiento es confortable, muy tranquilo, pueden dormir 5 personas incluyendo el sofá cama del salón. Y además incluye un segundo cuartito de aseo que para optimizar los tiempos de preparación viene fenomenal. La TV tenía el mando a distancia roto, y tuvimos que usar una app del móvil para manejar el menú. Tampoco es que sea muy relevante pero, pese a avisar el primer día, no obtuvimos respuesta de ningún tipo.

• MARIA DEL MAR (9/5): Céntrico y Relación calidad precio excelente - Apartamento amplio, y ubicación excelente, céntrico pero en una calle sin mucho tránsito por lo que no se oye mucho jaleo para descansar, se agradece lo calentito que es , no se pasa frío, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda aunque no sea lujoso, de fácil acceso. Si no te importa la decoración antigua es tu sitio, muy de agradecer que que llegamos antes de tiempo y como lo tenían ya limpio nos dejaron acceder.
• Ana María (8/5): - La ubicación es lo mejor del alojamiento, muy céntrico con todo a poca distancia y en una zona tranquila y segura. La puntuación principalmente es por este motivo. El apartamento es amplio y dispone de lo necesario para pasar unos días. Podría mejorar mucho cambiando algunos detalles que para nuestro gusto desmejoraban el alojamiento. Un sofá cama de mejor calidad y unas toallas mejores. Podemos decir que por el precio que pagamos estaba bien, más de 100 euros la noche sería caro. Lo que no nos gustó, deberían tomarse como recomendaciones más que como quejas porque en general estuvimos cómodos.

• W T (5/5): Not giving my recommendation for this place :-( - Except for the checking in part, the rest I would rate it as good, such as location, size of the room, plenty of restaurants in surrounding area and a supermarket near by, Very poor communication, there was no prior emails informing me on the checking in procedures. When I reached there, it was already very dark and raining quite heavily. There was zero signage saying it's Bohemian Residence, asked a few residents there but none can speak English. Almost giving up and looking for another hotel to stay, managed to find a very nice lady that was very kind to borrow me a phone to call for assistance.
• Daniela (9/5): Great locationa and service from the staff - Location, size of the appartments, staff was very friendly. 1 of the appartments was a bit old and earlier check-in was not possible, but had no problems at all
• Sargam (9/5): - Great location, ease of access with self checkin, clear instructions. The host has provided all the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The idea of an instructions booklet is great. A sweet gesture to provide us with some welcome cookies. Tereza was very accommodating in providing us with extra heaters when requested. No noise street, walkable in every direction. Great stay for 4 nights. Overall everything is great, just a few things that need attention - 1. The individual small bathroom is highly cramped and it's impossible to use that without getting one's legs hurt with the door. The alignment of the toilet seat should be changed to allow some room. Also, the second bathroom with a small bathtub is basically non usable and feels very claustrophobic. Three of us had to use the one large bathroom attached to the main bedroom itself one by one. 2. The heating in the building seems very old and does not work to its required efficiency, hence the need for extra heaters. Some attention should be paid to this rather than guests being inconvenienced. 3. Lastly, the curtains in the bedrooms definitely need a change, I have read reviews from earlier years and this still remains to be a sore point. The small bedroom also is very cramped and should be changed to a pull out bed maybe. 4. Please also provide some extra charging points instead of wire extensions that add only to the clutter.

• Tomás (10/5): Amazing accommodation in Prague city center. - Amazing place overall, it has superb access to the city center, it is big and full of light and a great experience to use. Even if it's at the center, it's in a secluded, more silent area so the noise was never a problem. We were expecting less but it surpassed our expectations. The shower head could benefit from an upgrade.

• Elle (10/5): - Io e i miei amici ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! L'appartamento era ampio, pulito e disponeva di tutti i comfort che potessimo chiedere. In più la posizione era perfetta, in città vecchia a due passi da tutte le attrazioni più famose. Anche per comunicare con l'host non ci sono stati problemi, ci è stata fatta trovare la stanza pronta qualche ora prima dell'orario effettivo del check-in, come da nostra richiesta. Assolutamente consigliato, se mai torneremo a Praga ci assicureremo di riprenotare uno di questi appartamenti!

Prezzo ragionevole Pulizia pessima, climatizzatori pieni di polvere e lenzuolo con macchie e un capello. Sotto il letto un calzino… In camera una mattonella che si muove e s stacca, il bagno ha le finestre ma entra perennemente puzzo di fritto ma non c’è scelta visto che non c’è la ventola. Cucina piccola ma funzionale. Ascensore spaventoso 😳 Letti comodi ma lenzuoli terribili senza nessun ricambio messo a disposizione

Also the check in instructions were only sent to us after we arrived and we had to call the owner. Although I have left a message about our arrival time and wrote to them in advance.

Microwave was a bonus. The host kept in touch making us feel looked after. Reasonable price. The place is tiny. It is actually half of apartment as it has been divided to 2. Kitchenette is not very functional with no work top. Enough if you will eat out all the time and need it just for coffee making. The place could do with some refurbishment.

Too much dark old unusuable furniture. Floor tiles in some places are loose. It's impossible to change the warmth of batteries, but wind comes through the windows. The dishwasher is very loud.

• Zarko (9/5): Cosy appartment, downtown Praha - It is a specious apartment downtown Prague. It is only few minutes walk from town center. It has a great and specious bathroom. Good communication with the host (both Booking and WhatsApp) There is no parking provided, you need to investigate your options. Second (small) toilet is too small, not usable. Bed in the living room is way uncomfortable.

• Marc (8/5): very central apartment yet quiet - the central location in the old town was fantastic especially since it was in a very quiet street, yet 5-10 minutes to Charles bridge and to Old Town square and close to restaurants. the apartment is spacious, bright and well equipped. the second bedroom is very small with two very narrow beds but the living room has a sofa which can be used as extra bed.
