• Ágnes (4/5): Kutyával Prága 3nap - A kert. Talán az egyetlen, amire pozitív értékelést tudok adni. A ház old house-ként van hirdetve, de ez több, mint old. Fűtés kvázi nincs. 14-15 fokos házba érkeztünk éjjel. Dermesztő hideg volt a házban. Fent egy gázpalackról működtetett fűtőegység van, ami "eszi" a levegőt, nagyjából fél óránkba telt bekapcsolni, úgy, hogy a szerkezet ismerős gyerekkoromból. Ilyen volt a konvektorunk. :( Az alsó szobában egy fatüzelésű kályha, amit a dédmamámnál használtak a szüleim, hozzá sem szükséges mennyiségű és minőségű fa, se leírás, hogyan kellene használni. Bár én gyújtottam be anno kályhát, de látva a falon lévő kormot, nem mertem. Hiszen valószínűleg visszaszelel. A fürdőszoba már valóban a ház része, de ninvsen készen rendesen és mivel a fedett verandáról van a bejárás, elképesztően hideg. Egy pozitívum itt is, legalább nagyjából tiszta volt, és nem érződött az a rettenetes dohszag, ami az egész házat átjárja. Ilyen hűvös időben, még szellőztetni sem lehet, hisz alig van fűtés. Aztán a kutyák. Vadászkutyáink vannak, akik velünk vannak állandóan. A házba csak a külső verandáig engedélyezett a kutya. Ha ez előre feltűntetésre kerül, teljesen kizárt, hogy megszállunk itt. Mi ezt a szabályt most megszegtük, bár sosem szoktuk. Igaz, előre szoktunk kapni tájékoztatást. Az edények. Nem tudom kinek mi a tiszta. Nálam az edények állapota nem volt az. Igaz alig használtunk pár eszközt, de ha nekem ott főznöm kellett volna- mert egyébként azért vettünk ki apartmant, hogy önellátóak lehessünk- , nos lett volna némi probléma. Olvastam az előttem ott megszálló vendégek értékelését. Nem tudom, hogy tényleg valósak-e.. bejártam a fél világot. Láttam ezt-azt, szálltam meg egyszerűbb szállásokon. Egy kérdés nem volt, a tisztaság. Szóval értem én a koncepciót, de egy dologban nem szabadna engedni. És ez a higiénia!!!! Én ezt a szállást ebben az állapotban nem merném kiadni. Pláne nem közel 120 EUR/ éjszaka. 🤔

• M_B (9/5): - Krásny starý dom s dušou, dokonalý SummerHouse s úžasnou záhradou, práve dokvitali stromy, čo viac si priať. Veľmi príjemná lokalita s pešou dostupnosťou lesov v okolí a zároveň bus s vlakom 45 minút do centra Prahy.

• Federico (6/5): Sconsigliata nei mesi invernali - La struttura è carina, circondata da un bel giardino. Tuttavia è priva di riscaldamento. Pertanto, considerando che abbiamo viaggiato per capodanno in una città del nord come Praga, abbiamo sofferto molto il freddo. È ideale per chi vuol vivere l’esperienza di abitare in una casa rimasta ai tempi dell’URSS. Il proprietario Jan è stato molto disponibile ed è venuto ad accenderci il fuoco per scaldarci. Sconsiglio di affittare la casa nei mesi invernali, poiché è un’abitazione rimasta a 40 anni fa ed è ideata per i mesi estivi, soprattutto per quanto riguarda gli infissi. Abbiamo trovato inoltre una mela marcia dietro al lavabo in bagno.

Gece 03:00 Te soba söndü zehirlenme korkusundan dolayı kömür atamadık. Tuvaletin penceresinde perde yok ve banyo da aynı yerde tuvalet kagidi çok azdi hemen bitti el kurulama kagit havlu zaten yoktu. 5 kişilik ücret ödedim 5. kişi için nevresim takımı yorgan yastık hazır değil di. Böyle bir evin biooking Te olması çok üzücü. Başka sefere booking uygulamasini kullanmayacagim

• Magnus (2/5): Overall this did not meet our expectation - important to market the house in a more balanced way. - The host, Jan, was really good. Nice, friendly, kind and service oriented - fantastic hospitality. The toilet was nicely renovated but it was in another building. When Jan has finished the renovation the house will be fine. The old summerhouse=a house in big need of a renovation, therefore it did not meet our expectations at all, the standard is overall far too low, therefore the price is too high - more fair to market the house in a different way. The kitchen was not a nice place to be in and to cook, the equipment old and the tap was very unstable. The gas was close to a curtain. The livingroom was actually a bedroom. We checked in when it was October and it was super cold when arriving. A heating/stove/fire place was used to warm up the room.
• Augustas (7/5): Was Ok, but the host could update the description to set correct expectations for the guests - PRIVATE GARDEN - it is great to eat breakfast in the private garden surrounded by green trees and bushes. LOCATION - further away from the big city of Prague, but still easy to get there either by car or by public transport (bus stop is nearby). Also there is a lovely forest for green walks just few hundred meters away. Within a circle of 2-3 km there are several supermarkets and few restaurants. All you need. HOST. I also like the intention of the host to bring an authentic experience by staying in the very old house with basic facilities. TOILET IS OUTSIDE. The biggest surprise, which was not communicated in the property description, was that the toilet in inside another building. That means, if you go to the toilet at night, you would need to dress up, go out to the dark garden, enter another building and use the toilet there. Toilet itself is pretty well renovated, no complains there. But for the nights we had to use a metal basket which we found in the property, and eliminate overnight treasures in the morning :) INTERNET - very unstable. Very often the connection would drop off for few minutes. There was no pattern when Internet could go worse. Since I work online, it was disturbing my work processes. BETTER DESCRIPTION of the place is necessary. We appreciate the hosts' intention to bring unique experience to the guests by staying at the "Old House:. However, not everything was clean. Chairs in terrace did not look clean, there were some private items like old grandfather's trousers, some shoes laying around. If the description would explain that inside the house you feel like in a private museum - guests could set better expectations for the place before arriving. CLEANLINESS. Perhaps it is a question of the time, but since we were the 1st guests in 2023, many items in the kitchen we found a bit dirty. There was also some bowl with old nuts and raisins, as well as very very old bottle of oil, which you would never even consider using for cooking. Every new plate or cutlery we wanted to use, we rewashed, as we could not be sure everything is really clean. However, I do believe host will improve on this. REALLY OLD. Everything is like a true museum. Pretty old. The pain from the windows are probably 20-30 years old, pieces of paint removing. Windows could be renovated and closing of them improved. Not all windows were properly closing. NOISE FROM THE STREET. House is directly on the street with constant traffic. Even in the middle of the night there were cars passing frequently.
• Harry (5/5): NICE BUT NOT HIGH QUALITY - wifi, CLEAN NEW TOILET, BIG GARDEN A LOT OF CLUTTER AND BAD FLOORTILES IN THE GARDEN. UNFASE ELECTRICITY ON SEVERAL PLACES, THE OWNER IS BUSSY WITH MANY RECONSTRUCTIONS IN HIS HOUSE AND THE BUILDING NEXT TO HIS HOUSE, OUR ONLY TOILET WAS OUTSITE IN THE OTHER BUILDING WITH BAD TILES IN FRONT
