• Emmanouil (8/5): Great location, spacious, all necessities present, and great value. Recommended for budget holidays! - Highly recommended for those looking for great value and are not too fussed about superficial luxuries. Fantastic location, at walking distance to most landmarks in the old city, and very close to central tram stop. The apartment is spacious, and the kitchen has all necessities covered. The host left clear instructions for checking in, and was very quick to respond to eventualities as these emerged, e.g. blown lamp changed within the hour of asking. Great communication throughout our interactions, and the arranged airport taxi transfer was on time and very helpful. The central location is useful, but it also means some noise from the street once the city wakes up, so might be an issue for those who prefer to sleep till later in the morning. This issue is compounded by being on ground level. Personally, it did not cause us too much of a problem, but might be noticeable for others. The only other issue we encountered is a drain smell from the bathroom. This is definitely not overbearing, and only noticeable at certain times, and can be countered by keeping the bathroom door shut.
• Eka (10/5): - The apartment is in a very good central location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The apartment has an old renovation, but it is very clean, spacious enough for three people, fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, clean bed linen, and comfortable beds. The apartment could use a little refreshing, but its location makes all the minor drawbacks insignificant. I recommend it for three people. Also, the host responded promptly and appropriately to all messages.

• Anastasia (7/5): - Everything is very close. Many shops nearby, shopping center, all standard tourist places, there is a bus to the station nearby. The apartments themselves have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's hard to open the door physically, and it's hard to understand how to open it the first time, you have to understand the whole scheme to get used to these doors if you are small and weak. It's a little dirty. For the price, it's okay, but it could be better.
• Deniz (5/5): Good location, fair enough apartment; heavy miscommunication and lack of information - It was clean and had everything you could need. It's close to the center as well as public transport. We stayed on the ground floor and it had a certain smell as well as humidity (that's expected I guess). Unfortunately I didn't receive any mails or messages at all regarding detailed info on how to check in. Upon arrival there was a struggle to reach the host; they didn't return my mails, messages and calls. It took almost one and a half hour to get the keys and find the apartment- with the host finally returning our calls and guiding us through the phone. Moreover, inside the apartment, there were no info card or anything; so we didn't really have access to wifi etc. and my messages voicing the situation and the lack of info/instructions given was met with "but we sent the info" with my request for a resend falling on deaf ears.

• GRONDIN (9/5): Séjour à Prague - Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé, tarif compétitif. salle de bain à refaire, barre douche cassée, syphon de douche cassé ce qui engendre des remontées d'odeurs, lavabo en train de tomber, 1 seul crochet pour attacher serviettes et vêtements. Pas de chauffage dans la cuisine, gênant si on ferme la porte du salon, le matin il fait frais. Les voisins du 2, le weekend qui ne savent pas se tenir, bruit à pas d'heure.

• Feliks (6/5): За свою ціну - нормально. - У гарному місті, все поруч. У квартирі було все необхідне, все працювало. Зручна кровать. За таку ціну навряд можна знайти щось краще. Прибирання могло бути і краще, у важкодоступних місцях багаторічний бруд, нечищений килим. Постійний стійкий запах каналізації.

• kirsty (1/5): Unable to stay amongst the dirt - Property was in a good location Cobwebs everywhere, condensation, dirt, damp, mould. Mouldy food on the floor next to bed. The smell inside was vile as soon as you walked it. Just a smell of damp and mould. Bathroom had a leak so floor was soaking. No hot water and absolutely freezing! Pillows were so lumpy and old Marks on bed sheets No tv Could not sleep there

• Svetlana (2/5): OUR VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE - Very good location, close to everything. The beds were very soft and comfortable. We found an uncleaned refrigerator that was leaking and we had to clean it, there was no cleaner. It happened to leak again and we take care of it for the second time. Another thing that was also very annoying and disappointing - they turned off the power to the entire building for two days and there was no electricity. The owner refused to refund us part of the amount despite this, although he initially wanted to? All the appliances in the apartment were useless and our stay was dark and unpleasant.
• Krasnov (10/5): - Очень хорошее расположение! Всё рядом, и достопримечательности, и сетевые супермаркеты Билла и Лидл. Много пабов. До знаменитой площади 5-10 минут прогулочным шагом. Место проживания относительно тихое и есть возможность выспаться. Очень рекомендую

• Cas (8/5): Centraal gelegen appartement Thrulářská 31 (8.0/10) - Schoon appartement met comfortabele bedden. Locatie ligt erg centraal en vlakbij uitgaansgelegenheden in het oude gedeelte van de stad waardoor dit appartement ideaal is voor vriendengroepen. Restaurantjes en uitgaansgelegen zoals La boca, clubs Epic en Duplex liggen allemaal op loopafstand. Supermarkten en openbaar vervoer zijn op nog geen 100 meter afstand. Zeker een aanrader voor personenen met een budget, prijs kwaliteit verhouding is top! De douchekop houder was kapot bij ons in het appartement, een klein detail. Het pannengerei was erg bekrast waardoor wij er zelf liever niet uit kookten.

• Javier (9/5): Nice and cozy place, near of the center of the city but in a very quiet neighborhood - Great ubication for the price I paid for. Only one thing, the toaster doesn´t worked, but it was a minor problem, we did our toasts with the pan.
• Risi (7/5): Good - It’s close to a lot of places and there’s a big shopping center 5 minutes away. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for three people. Little tricky to understand how somethings worked, for example the WiFi that wasn’t connected and the fridge.

Inside everything very well set, all devices modern, even autospray perfume for the toilet. For that low price i booked it, I could not expect anything more to be given :) Too many doors to lock / unlock until you enter but it is very minor to be said

There is enough space inside and it's close to the main attractions which was really convenient to go on foot. Also, the owner was very happy to assist with anything. We had a great stay there and would definitely stay there again!! Totally recommend. Nothing bad to say. We only wanted a fan for when it was too hot but the owner brought us one as soon as we requested it!!
• Nina (8/5): Great value for money - Great location on the edge of the Old Town, very close to a tram stop so really easy to get anywhere in the city. Apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Received great communication and easy clear instructions regarding pick up of the keys from the host. The cooker rings took a very long time to cook anything.
• Ronalde (8/5): Close to the old town of Prague, also the river and restaurants. - Great location and loved being on the ground floor. The facilities are getting a little worn and need checking, review and replacing.
• Erdem (10/5): Amazing Experience - The location of the apartment is perfect. The host, Vaclav is amazing. He replies in a short time when I ask him anything. The flat is quite clean and you can find everything you need like the iron, hair drier, detergents etc. I wish I had more time to spend here.

• Russell (6/5): A small comfortable apartment in a good location. - The location is great, only a short walk from the Old Town. The rooms are nice and warm, and the kitchen (while basic) is reasonably well appointed. The bathroom plumbing needs some simple maintenance - the faucet wobbles, the shower head is broken, and there's no toilet roll holder. The pillows are quite lumpy.
• Andrew (8/5): Comfortable stay near city centre for a good price - Property was clean and in a great location, city centre is easily walkable. The room was quite spacious and the beds were comfy. Towels were included. Washing machine was useful, and kitchen facilities were good. We didn't find the street noise very loud and it didn't keep us up at night. Host communication was also good. Overall the price was very good for what you get. Boiler doesn't hold enough hot water for 3 people to shower in a row, and would leak water onto the bathroom floor.

• Iliana (3/5): Very unpleasant stay! Dreaded going back to the apartment every time. - Great location! Terrible switch smell as soon as you open the door to the apartment. Extremely dirty bathroom, mold everywhere. No heating in the kitchen and tiny wall heater that you turn on by pulling a string in the bathroom. Extremely old furniture. Do not recommend this apartment!!!

• Andre (9/5): ABSOLUTE MARVELOUS - Absolute perfect location and ideal for a longer stay in Prague. It is part of the Old Town which make walking around a good option, and close to many supermarkets. The owner provided a note indicating some practical advise regarding supermarkets, etc, which was very helpful. A big asset is the washing machine. These are 3 recommendations, though NOT something we did not like: 1. Include English Instruction on how the Washing Machine works in the info note. 2. Consider leaving more toilet paper for guests that stay longer. We stayed 10 nights. 3. We are are that we are responsible for the cleaning of the apartment ourselves, though it may be a good idea to provide information on paid cleaning services that we could use a few times while staying there.

• Anonymous (8/5): Ideal location and a spacious apartment but could be comfier. - The Apartments are located in an ideal area where everything is very easily accessible. The apartment was also very spacious for 3 people. The beds at the apartment weren’t the most comfy and the pillows being very thin. The hot water in the shower only lasts long enough for one person to use and then it turns into a cold shower for the remaining people to use.

• John (8/5): Very good - Extra large space and ability to store/ prepare food when not eating out. Close to restaurants, pubs and transportation. Beds are firm, however, this seems like a common them across mainland Europe.

The owner was available on whatsapp/booking.com, and a repairman arrived to fix the lights in the next day. The apartment was clean Great hot water. The location was very good - next to the mall and metro Quiet street I liked the flexibility of the owner with the checkout hour The extra bed (not the twin one) was uncomfortable and barely could sleep in it. The heater in full mode was super-noisy. Finally I found a way to turn off the fan. Simple and basic kitchen

• Brennan (7/5): Good - location is very local to the old town but can be loud with bar nearby and many loud drunk people walking by. washer machine doesn’t work very well at all. Clothes came out still dirty/smelly & soaking wet even after multiple spin & rinse cycles. Could be cleaner, some of the pots/pans in the cabinets were dirty. No paper towels which was a bit annoying. There was also a strong sulfur smell that would come & go, informed the property & they said they would notify the building but we didn’t hear about it again.
