• Tetiana (7/5): - Месторасположение обалденное, наличие стиральной машинки, выбор посуды, размер квартиры. Не чисто, нет веника, швабры, диваны и кровати очень старые и продавленные

• Lenka (5/5): - Lokalita skvělá, velikost apartmánu pro dvě osoby dostačující. Čalouněný nábytek by potřeboval vyčistit, snižuje to celkovou úroveň ubytování.

• giovanni claudio (7/5): - Posizione comoda con i mezzi, in 15/20 minuti si arriva in centro con i tram che sono molto frequenti. Appartamento molto carino e accogliente. Qualche ragnatela in giro 😕👎. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento 3gg. Abbiamo segnalato appena arrivati che il frigorifero NON funzionava (non si accendeva proprio) e avevamo alimenti deperibili. Ci é stato detto che sarebbero venuti il giorno dopo a sistemarlo ma purtroppo fino al momento della nostra partenza non si é visto nessuno. Siamo dovuti stare senza bevande fresche e buttare anche i nostri alimenti che nel frattempo sono andati a male
• Jana (1/5): - Poloha ubytovania. Apartmán bol špinavý, neuprataný. Chladnička nefungovala, umývačka riadu špinavá bez tabliet do umývačky riadu. Pre 3ročného syna nebolo pripravené lôžko na spanie či postieľka a ani uterák. Ubytovateľ nekomunikoval a neriešil veci o ktoré sme ho telefonicky žiadali. Všade boli pavučiny, pavúky, špina na podlahe a plesne v kúpeľni a kuchyni. Hrozné.
• Ildikó (9/5): Szerettünk itt lenni, még maradtunk volna! - Nagyon csendes, nyugodt környék. Az épület régi, de nagyon szépen rendbe van tartva, a lépcsőház tiszta, a lakók kedvesek. A szállásadóval az érkezésünk napján könnyen fel tudtuk venni a kapcsolatot, angolul nagyon jól tudtunk kommunikálni vele. Nagyon közel vannak a boltok, bisztrók, a villamos- és a metró megálló. Két kulcscsomót is kaptunk, így külön is tudtuk a családtagokkal programokat tervezni. Egyszerű volt a be- és kijelentkezés. Egy kicsit kellemetlen volt, hogy a hűtő nem működött rendesen. A szállással összességében meg voltunk elégedve, de az apróbb részletekre odafigyelve tényleg tökéletessé lehetne tenni.

• Olena (8/5): Very good - The apartment is big and cozy, equipped with all essentials for comfortable stay. The heated floor is an amazing option allows you to adjust temperature in winter as per your needs. The host is punctual and friendly. The grocery store and coffee shops are in few minutes walk. Overall great experience.
• Patrick (5/5): Only thing good about the property was how close it was to everything we wanted to do. - The location The place is falling apart. The bathroom sink drains very slowly, the shower head is broken, and the fridge doesn’t work. Had to Throw away all of our food that we put in the fridge because it went bad.

• Grzegorz (8/5): Very good - The Location is really good, close to the metro and many shops, bars, cafes around. It takes about 25min walk to the old town. Everything needed was provided on the apartament. There was still a bad smell around...
• Molly (5/5): Decent value for money but wouldn't stay again - The location was great and the flat is a good size. As other reviews have said, the toilet seat was broken - they definitely have some drainage/pipe issues as there was a bad smell throughout. Came with hand soap and toilet paper but that was about it. No real amenities, the pipe/smell issue, the toilet being broken, and there were quite a bit if cobwebs.
• Norbert (3/5): Poor - Location The experience in this apartment was extremely unwelcoming and confusing. The communication with the owner was poor until we got to the point of literally running the whole city to take the keys because there was a mistake in the communication ( a communication super short, cold and unfriendly from the first moment, that we had to be wizards to understand what the owner means). And then she had the demand for us to run after a super long trip to an unknown for us city , as quick as possible to take the keys because she was " waiting for us". And all this, with 2 older co-travellers who had traveled for many hours before arriving in Prague and they were basically exhausted. Apart from the fact that for 4 people we had 1 key and she was particularly surprised when we asked her for a second one, the cleanliness was frankly non-existent, and therefore insulting. The house had literally NOTHING from sampoo and more toilet paper (that we had to use constantly to wipe off the dirty floor) to kitchen supplies in case somebody wanted to cook or have a simple homemade coffee, the floor was extremely cold everywhere ( not any rug) , making our toilet experience almost traumatic... It is also interesting that the owner mentions slippers and shampoo in the description.... This is really funny and tragic at the same time. There was also a lack of proper small towels everywhere, ( kitchen, bathroom) and the sink in the toilet was the MOST horrible construction we had ever seen. The water was everywhere and we had to run to find a towel to wipe it off. There was not even a trash can in the bathroom. I hope that the owner is aware that a toilet trash can is literally the bare minimum for hygiene. :) When we found cobwebs and spiders above our head and I brought it up, the owner said that the cleaner would come the same day to fix it.

• Fleur (6/5): Comfortable but facilities need to be updated and checked before guests arrive. - Comfortable bed, plenty of room in the apartment for two or three people. Nice decor. Good TV with Netflix for movies. The living room heating was warm. The toilet seat was not fixed properly, when asked for it to be repaired- the lady said she had done this, but it was as bad as before. We had to be very careful when sitting down as the seat would fall off. The heating wasn’t working in the bedroom. When complained, the lady said it was working - even though the room never became warmer, even when the warm setting was programmed. The drains smelled bad. There was no washing up liquid, tabs for the dishwasher or washing powder for the washing machine. The metal tablet under the dish drainer was too small and it was difficult to stop water overflowing onto the surface. No spatula or good frying pan to make breakfast eggs. Sharp knives were blunt.

• Adriana (4/5): Disappointing - The location was exceptional. It was very dirty, toilet seat was broken and whole apartment smelled. Owner came half an hour later to give keys from property.
• Bajcetic (8/5): Nice and spacious but it has to be more cleaner - Quiet area, easily accessible by car. Spacious apartment. Apartment should be cleaner, a lot of cobwebs and dust. Another issue is parking. Difficult to pay for parking because you are in a zoned area where it is possible to pay for only 5 hours. After that you have to move your car to another zone or pay a fine. Recommendation to improve overall experience to prepare detailed parking instructions for guests arriving by car.
• Paolo (3/5): Meh - Ok location , big space The apartment was not clean 100%. There were a lot, and when i mean a lot is a lot of spiders and cobwebs everywhere. In the main bedroom we had counted 10 big spiders above our heads . It’s the first time i see so much spiders in a room:(

• Richard (3/5): Poor - The location is great, the rooms are big. The stay was very disappointing. For me it starts and ends with hygiene... first thing we came in, I noticed there was only one tiny hand towel, and it was already totally wet.. the toilet seat was visibly dirty, I cleaned it just with water and the stains were gone (so it was not cleaned at all..?). The whole apartment seemed like the cleaning was very superficial. There were also dirty (and sticky!) dishes. The sponge for dishes was old and smelly.. there was a dishwasher, but not one dishwasher tablet provided. It was in overall poorly equipped, there wasn't even salt or sugar, nothing. We had also other issues like cold, the apartment is in the basement of an old building, so the cold comes from the floor and there were just ceiling heaters warming up super slowly. The toilet and bathroom were impossible to heat. But the hygiene really killed it for me. I even got a stomach flue on the 3rd day of the trip, I just hope it was not from the dirty dishes, but it would not surprise me honestly.. We will return to Prague but definitely not to this rental.
• July (6/5): Pleasant - the Apartment is located in great neighborhood. it is quite, and around it has nice places for coffee and eating the bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet. the apartment has a humidity problem on the walls
