- Ninoska (7/5): All good, except the mattresses - 3 people staying 4 nights in the Deluxe Apartment. Big enough for three, it had basic stuff in the kitchen, everything was clean, TV was working. Communication with the renting company was good. Early check in was not available, but we were able to leave our backpacks in their office during the day (€1 charge per bag only!). Tesco, Lidl, and local supermarkets around as well as pubs and restaurants in the main avenue. The hosts provided many recommendations! Location was a bit further than expected, you need to take the tram to get to the centre, but it's only a 20-min walk to the train station, which is convenient for day trips. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable, one piece of wood from the base (bed bench) was missing and you could feel the hole when laying, the mattress was also too thin. The main mattress was not much better.

- Lilia (5/5): - Крайне не рекомендую этот отель! Приехала вечером в 19:00 и не смогла попасть в номер. Электронный замок просто не реагировал. После долгого дозвона хозяева наконец ответили, вроде бы вежливые, но сразу начали тянуть время: «подождите», «сейчас посмотрим», «вышлите видео». Я отправила видео, как пытаюсь открыть дверь. После этого они полностью исчезли и перестали отвечать на сообщения и звонки. В 22:00 я обратилась в поддержку Booking. Через 4 минуты пришёл новый код — он тоже не работал. Ещё час пыталась дозвониться до хозяев — безрезультатно. В 23:00 снова написала в Booking, и мне пришёл автоматический ответ: «Мы свяжемся с вами завтра с 9 до 10 утра». В итоге я осталась стоять под дверью ночью. Спасли только соседи: кто-то догадался, что замок просто разрядился. Зарядили его от пауэрбанка и наконец открыли дверь. На следующий день вечером мне пришло сообщение от хозяев: «Извините, было неудобно отвечать». Ни слова о том, где я провела ночь, как себя чувствую и нужна ли помощь. Позже пришёл мастер и поменял батарейки. А в конце они ещё и обвинили меня, что я якобы «морочила им голову», хотя сама уже была в номере. Вывод: Если у вас вдруг возникнет любая проблема (а она здесь может возникнуть уже при заселении), помощи от хозяев вы не дождётесь. Вас просто оставят на улице ночью, а потом ещё и сделают виноватой. Вокруг полно нормальных отелей с адекватными хозяевами. Этот — точно не стоит ваших нервов и риска остаться под дверью.
- Gerhard (10/5): A Great Review in Prague - Everything was perfect, even the distance between Downtown and Zhizhkov. And also the Market (Sklep) was in front of Ruterra and bus station was only 2 mins to get Line 207, while the tram station of Zhizhkov was only 10 mins by foot. The door system was complicated on how to open. It is better next time to put a manual before the check in to help out the next guests coming in the future.

- Josef (5/5): Ubytování stačí na přespání ale to tak vše co nejdřív z domu pryč.. hlavně ne už s dětmi. - Lokalita 10.min od Florence Vybavení vše staré. Mikrovlnka nefungovala. Okna nešla pořádně zavřít. A hlavně přístup do domu na kód otevření a pak zděšení v hlavní chodbě všude odpadky ,nakouřený a smrad od moči.

- Jesu Prem (6/5): Good for a short stay! Pictures shown on the website might differ from reality!. - One has easy access to the old town, thanks to the excellent connection of the public transport system in prague. The hosts are quite prompt with responding to requests. The interior looks quite ordinary to what has been shown on the pictures!. It typically has a student hostel look but will serve the purpose and we used it mainly only to sleep after spending the whole day outside. Another downside is that one has to pay the complete amount while booking the apartment so there is no chance of a second choice which kind of puts oneself in a lockup situation. The TV had some problems but that was not important to us in our visit.

Jedyny plus to lokalizacja. NIC, ABSOLUTNIE NIC WIĘCEJ. 1. Bród. 2. Stare rozpadające się meble. 3. Łazienka zamykana na SZNUREK!!!!!!!!! 4. Chwiejący się stół i krzesła. 5. Obskurny pokój gorszy od tych dziś spotykanych w hotelach robotniczych. OMIJAJCIE SZEROKIM ŁUKIEM. 5. Kontakt z gospodarzem w zasadzie zerowy.

As feedback, I’d like to share that although the apartment was clean, there was a musty smell that was noticeable immediately upon entering. The walls were dirty, which made it unpleasant to sleep beside them. When booking, the photos provided were not of this apartment, so the reality was disappointing.

Klappcouch als Bett zu deklarieren ist eine Unverschämtheit, da sehr sehr unbequem und steinhart. WiFi erst am nächsten Tag und nach Nachfragen, danach einwandfrei.

La habitación no corresponde a la foto principal, era una habitación de una planta pero tenía todo lo necesario, lo más desagradable fue que la ropa cama tenía cabellos, la llave se recoge en un Café cerca de la Estación y lejos del alojamiento, el dueño del Café muy mal educado, el personal que entrega las llaves muy amable. La ubicación está alejada de los lugares de interés, nos fue un poco difícil desplazarnos con niños.

Personale gentile - Il personale davvero gentile: come siamo entrate mi hanno scritto per sapere se era tutto ok o se avevamo dei problemi e che, nel caso, il tecnico sarebbe passato la mattina dopo. Non è vicinissimo al centro ed è su una salita, ma tutta Praga è in salita. E per la distanza e comunque ben servito dai mezzi e stando lontano dal centro può tenere un prezzo più basso.

- christiane (2/5): Nous devrions être remboursées!!! - rien dans l'appartement les images trompeuses de l'appartement qui apparaissait clair et lumineux alors qu'il était très sombre et mal éclairé aussi bien dedans que par son exposition à l'ombre. Trop bruyant par la proximité du digicode et mal insonorisé. le duplex annoncé n'existait pas et donc pas de possibilité de lit à l'étage.

Приємна ,нова, чиста постіль та рушники . Ліжко зручне . Розташування щодо транспорту добре. Поруч зупинка. Метро в 10 -15 хвилинах пішки. Недалеко Білла , і багато магазинчиків навколо . Приміщення старе , не затишне. Дуже , дуже брудно !. Павутиння висить мабуть не один місяць , повсюду пил , волосся , та бруд , дуже багато бруду . Страшні обшарпані стіни, меблі . Було неприємно доторкатись до всього . Кому важливо ,то досить шумно , люди проходять повз вікно , кричать , навпроти будівництво з 6 ранку гепають . Зачиняли вікна ,щоб хоч якось поспати , але не має чим дихати . В загальному коридорі не має світла , заходиш в темряву , потрібен ліхтар. В кімнаті також напівтемрява.Люстра ледве світить .

- Aleksandra (7/5): Pokój ok tylko jeśli w nim śpisz. Ciężko odpocząć długim spacerze w ciągu dnia. - Dobra lokalizacja, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny jeśli chodzi o pokój. Byliśmy w sierpniu i było okropnie duszno w pokoju, brak klimatyzacji tylko jeden mały wiatrak na całe mieszkanie oraz lekki zapach stęchlizny z szafek w kuchni. Dodatkowo w toalecie nie ma pokrywki od deski sedesowej.

- Ewelina (5/5): Fajna lokalizacja, ale apartament nadaje sie do remontu - Dobra lokalizacja. Miły i szybki kontakt przez whatsapp. W apartamencie jest bardzo ciepło, wręcz duszno. W opisie co prawda bylo podane, ze nie ma klimatyzacji, ale wentylator, ktory byl dostępny nie starczał, aby jakkolwiek ochłodzić powietrze. W toalecie jeszcze gorzej, wystarczyły 3 minuty, aby pot lal sie po plecach. Wentylacja w toalecie niewiele odbierała. Ogólnie apartemant dosc mocno zużyty, tu juz naprawdę przyda sie remont. Mieliśmy trudności z dostaniem sie do apartamentu, ale po kontakcie przez whatsapp udalo sie wejść.

Appartamento pulito ma mancavano stoviglie (piatti, bicchieri e posate per 4 persone). Più del 50% di lampadine bruciate. Trovato macchina per caffè con filtro e caffè in polvere ancora bagnato usato da precedente ospite
