• miknike (7/5): - Umístění Apartmánu. Bez nutnosti nosit klíče od pokoje, vchod je na číselný kód. Některé pokoje by potřebovaly důkladnou rekonstrukci. Občas smrad z odpadu.

• Alex (7/5): - This location was amazing. You can find many restaurants and cafés nearby. The city center and the bus station are close to the apartment, just two stops by underground. The apartment was small but very cozy. The apartment door has an electronic lock, and you can open it by entering a code. Temperature in the apartment wasn’t comfortable, and the heating didn’t work well. In the bathroom, the water temperature kept changing from hot to cold.

• Nicolas (9/5): Very convenient location close to direct tram and subways lines to the city historical center - We had a blinking light in the corridor the first night and were disturbed with it. The Next morning we asked the host to fix it and he sent someone quickly even when it was a Sunday. The host went the extra mile for us. Very nice. Thank you

• Ritesh (10/5): Comfortable and Clean apartment - The place is clean and comfortable for a family stay. The location is close to public transport and shops. The city centre is a short commute. The street parking near the apartment is expensive. In the flat description it should be included that people requiring long term parking can book through the parkit app in nearby parkings to avoid last minute hassles of finding a reasonably priced parking near the apartment.

• Julia (7/5): Good - The position close to city center, the check-in and access through code is easy and smooth, the flat is comfortable. There wasn't a washing machine. Just a pity, it would have completed the equipment perfectly.
• Karolina (8/5): Very good - Nice, clean apartment with lots of space and furniture, well equipped kitchen (including some salt, sugar and tea), beds were comfortable, water in the bathroom was hot. In case you don't notice the fine print, reception is actually in the Karcher shop, so don't worry if you can't find a separate reception :) Wifi was really quite bad. And we could have used an iron.
• Zsolt (8/5): Peaceful apartment at a very good location with a few smallish compromises regarding accessories - Excellent location, spacious rooms. It was lovely that they allowed us to occupy the apartment in the morning - because it happened to be empty and there was no need to wait for a previous user to move out. Only 4 smallish towels for 4 people (though we read about in previous ratings), small bathroom with no separate toilet room (read about it too in advance), dull knifes.

• Elizabeth (6/5): Close to public transit, no elevator at apartment or nearest metro station, wifi issues. - Check-in and check-out process was easy. They were very accommodating with a late check-out (one hour) because of our later flight. The apartment and building it was located in were clean enough with basic supplies in the kitchen. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe and public transit (tram and metro) was easy walking distance. I did not realize that there would not be an elevator at the nearby metro station and was traveling with 2 small children and suitcases. It was not easy to navigate so many stairs. I also expected an elevator at the apartment, but that is my fault and I should have read the fine print better. The WiFi did not work well inside the apartment (likely due to the thick concrete walls). I had to sit in the entry way with the apartment door open to be able to get Wi-Fi on my computer.

• Laurence (8/5): Fit for purpose, slept well and in a good location for my needs - Clean and spacious, bed was quite comfortable, well sound proofed from road noise, nice bathroom and shower was ok, hand towel provided. Kitchen area was well provisioned with fridge, utensils, pans, kettle and toaster if you had the need. Also had washing machine. No wifi, quite a noise in corridor with sound travelling from other guests as they came and went.
• Vjola (3/5): Poor - The location was good, easy access with the tram. The personnel was friendly. There was no warm water, no wi fi. The water in the bathroom was dripping all the time and the cleaness was poor (there were also spiders in the bathroom and the sleeping room). It says there is also a coffee machine in the kitchen but it was actually missing.

• Lyudmila (9/5): Nice stay with tiny issues - The apartment was clean and spacious. The location is a bit far away from the center, but it is easy to reach it by metro or tram. Although it is situated on a busy road, it is silent, and there is no discomfort during the night. The apartment is provided with a fridge and a small kitchen, all the necessary to have a meal at home. Although it is written that they accept different types of credit cards, they couldn't charge my card and asked us to leave the money somewhere in the apartment. In this way, I was worried that I had no proof of leaving the money on the table, but anyway, I had no problems and everything was ok. Our stay was during the Easter holidays, and nobody waited for us, but they provided the codes for self-check in, and it was not difficult to find the property through Google Maps. We couldn't find a hair dryer in the apartment, but I decided not to bother the owners with this small issue.

Self-check-in guidance was clear enough, But the toilet was combined with the shower so it wasn't sufficient for a 4-people appartment. The douche shower doesn't have a good holder so basically we have to hold it with our own hands while showering.

Close to main train station, which is quite helpful if you have huge luggages, cab was only 4 euros to the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious.
