• Inge (6/5): In Ordnung, aber teils unpraktisch. - Geräumig und hell. Ausstattung ok. Gute ÖPNV-Anbindung, fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant, hippe Läden. Schlafzimmer schlecht abzudunkeln, dürfte im Sommer sehr warm werden. Maisonette zur Straße sehr laut bei geöffneten Fenstern, die Tram donnert durch die Straße. Im Wohnraum fehlt gemütliche Beleuchtung und im SZ Ablagefläche, außer auf dem Fensterbrett kann man nirgends etwas hinlegen. Unpraktisch geschnitten. Der Balkon ist eher ein Austritt, nicht zum Sitzen.

• Nancy (10/5): Eccellente - Struttura molto curata e attrezzata. C’era tutto il necessario per un pernottamento di qualche giorno. La camera molto luminosa e il bagno perfetto. La posizione super strategica per raggiungere Alexanderplatz in 6-7 min a piedi e la strada piena di bei negozi, bar dove fare colazione e posti dove pranzare. Super!
• Derk (9/5): Goed verzorgd en zeer schoon appartement op een uitstekende locatie midden in de stad - Ruim en zeer schoon appartement op een goede locatie midden in de leuke wijk Mitte. Goed tweepersoons bed. De bedbank in de huiskamer is zeer oncomfortabel en kraakt erg. Niet geschikt als bed.

На фото не було видно, але приємним сюрпризом було - окремя спальня! Ми заплатили трохи більше, чим планували. Але це того варте! Було трохи мало світла в кімнаті. ( треба було заповнити деякі документи). І було б добре, якщо б б капсули кави були для кожного на кожний ранок. 🙂☕☕☕.Але взагалі - все дуже добре!

• Francisco (8/5): Excelente para visitar Berlim. - A área é excelente com ótimos acessos e muitos serviços. Além disso, o quarto serve perfeitamente o propósito para uma estadia citadina. É confortável e tem tudo o que é necessário. Os colchões podiam ser um pouco mais confortáveis, particularmente o do sofá cama. Adicionalmente, o código da porta do prédio pode ser difícil de identificar. Mas tirando isso, mais nada a apontar.

• PINAR (10/5): Nice to was here. - Great location. Super clean. It was fully furnished include a toaster. The bed is really comfy; however I can not say same thing for sofa bed. It was very uncomfortable. So if you stay longer then 2 days, you should consider it.

No hay contacto físico con el personal, pero a través del.whatsapp resolvieron mis dudas rápidamente. ( Exceptuando una vez). El sofá cama tiene un colchón muy fino , es incomodo y se hunde, es una pena que no lo cambien, pues todos las reseñas especifican lo mismo. Aunque la limpieza era buena, me encontré una pieza de ropa detrás del toallero del baño..

• Diaz Pintado (7/5): Para un 10 cambie colchones,almohadas y sofá - La ubicación es fantástica, cerca de las paradas de metro, cerca de Alexanderplazt incluso andando. Cerca de los patios interiores,el museo de Otto Weidt y hay supermercados muy cerca . El apartamento es realmente de 10 por lo bonito , calentito, ordenado y apañado, el mío tenía cocina y realmente estaba bien abastecida pero le doy solo 7 porque en los viajes el descanso después de tantas horas de caminar muy importante y el colchón de la cama se hunde y las almohadas son cojines vacíos sin ningún relleno. La cama del sofá-cama es imposible dormir ahí pq no tiene sostén tuvimos que tirar el colchón del sofá al suelo y eso es inaceptable.. si el dueño cambiara las almohadas e invirtiera un poquito en un buen sofá cama y un buen colchón para la cama de arriba el hospedaje sería de 10, es una inversión que recupera en una semana y le daría el caché que necesita para ser de lo mejor que he visto.
