Pub and restaurant in front.Ap Pub and restaurant in front. Spacious, bright, and clean apartment, perfect for families and short stays. Bed maybe is not be the most comfortable we've stayed in, but for a short stay, is ok, and it's not negative, just an idea for improvement.

• Calin (10/5): Perfect place to stay while visiting Prague - Perfect location. Quiet, supermarkets and a craft beer store right downstairs. Great place to ride bikes along the river just ten minutes away plus public transportation options within minutes. The host was very nice and we had everything we needed.

• 昭妤 (10/5): 在布拉格住宿非常推薦 - 住宿可以停車，在布拉格非常方便。 房間暖氣設備足夠，冬天不會覺得冷。 床非常好睡，沙發床大人睡也很安穩。 住家樓下即有超市，公車只要走路兩分鐘，非常便利。 廚房設備充足，炊煮方便；附設洗衣機，沒有烘衣功能，但已經足夠。 房東回覆快速，非常貼心。 鍋具較為老舊，僅堪用。

• Monika_12 (1/5): Disappointing stay due to poor comfort and cleanliness - The location was good and the apartment is situated in a nice area. There is also parking available in the garage, which was convenient. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. We were very disappointed with our stay and cannot recommend this apartment. - The most serious issue was the bed. It was already damaged when we arrived. The slats were out of place, parts of the frame were unstable, and the bed collapsed when used normally. It was extremely uncomfortable and impossible to sleep properly. After we reported the issue, we were told it could be “repaired,” but this would not have solved the fact that the bed was not in acceptable condition for guests. We later noticed that previous guests had reported problems with the bed in earlier reviews as well, which makes it even more concerning that the issue had not been properly resolved. - Sleeping was also difficult because there were no proper curtains on the left and right sides of the window, so the room was very bright early in the morning. In a previous response from the owner, they mentioned that blackout curtains would be installed, but this had still NOT been done at the time of our stay. - Cleanliness was below expectations. We found a lot of hair in the shower and under the glass shower panel. Dust bunnies came out from under the bed, and several surfaces were dusty. The sofa was also quite dirty, smelly and uncomfortable to use. - Additionally, the room was very cold when we arrived and took a long time to warm up, reaching only around 22°C at most. When we raised the issue with the bed, we felt that the responsibility was shifted onto us, which was disappointing. Due to the condition of the bed and overall comfort issues, we had to check out early and find alternative accommodation. When we asked politely for the partial refund the owner vanished.

Изключително твърдо и неудобно легло. Комуникацията за паркирането беше неясна и се лутахме в паркинга.
• Vlad Buscan (8/5): Quiet apartment with great location - Location is great near public transport and you can reach by foot the city center. Building is new and clean. Apartment is new and very quiet inside (no street noise). Parking is great. Apartment is in general clean but it can be improved.

• Amandine (10/5): Séjour sympathique pour les fêtes de Noël. - Très bien situé, légèrement reculé de la vielle ville, mais très accessible en bus et métro. Le logement ressemble tout à fait à l'annonce proposée. Très spacieux et bien équipé. Le propriétaire répond très rapidement aux messages.

• Michael (10/5): - Absolutely perfect 👍Private underground parking, beautiful spacious apartment with really big terrace, clean, with everything you need ( coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, cooker, washing machine). That's all 2 minutes from the subway, 5 minutes from the centre. In vicinity plenty of very good restaurants, Caffès and bear bars. Very kind and helpful host. We'll come for sure back 👌 Literally...nothing.

• Natasa_ (9/5): Overall, a great place — just a couple of improvements needed to make it perfect - The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped — everything we needed was available. The location was perfect, with both tram and metro stations nearby, and plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The area itself was quiet, safe, and well maintained. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep well during our stay. This would make me hesitant to book again unless it's replaced. Also, the broken toilet seat should be fixed, as it detracts from the otherwise well-kept condition of the apartment.

Da non sottovalutare il parcheggio privato coperto compreso nella prenotazione. Host disponibile ci ha risolto un problema nell' appartamento in poco tempo. Da migliorare un paio di dettagli, come evidenziato anche da altri ospiti sarebbe ideale oscurare meglio in quanto le tende attuali non servono a nulla, magari sostituire e non riparare alla bene e meglio ciò che si è rotto (asse del wc) comunque sono consigli in quanto se mi ricapita sicuramente prenoto nuovamente

• Rastislav (8/5): Great location with parking for such a price - Great spacious apartment for family of 4. We were with 2 kids (9,13) and it was really large enough for all of us. Maybe 2 teenagers will disagree. We liked great location with quick connection to the downtown of Prague and to the O2 arena. Parking was great added value for this location. The curtains in the apartment were classic office curtains through which everything is visible; regular textile curtains would have been more suitable, which are opaque and allow less light to penetrate.

• Popa (7/5): Good - It is located in a very good area with many restaurants and cafes, quite close to the tourist areas. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. I think it should be specified in the description that the apartment only contains one room. Not a separate living room and bedroom as the owner described. The sofa is quite dirty and uncomfortable.
• Carmen (10/5): Excellent - The apartment was very spacious, warm, with all the facilities needed, even umbrellas for rainy days. The metro station is very close and it takes 15 min max to get to the center. For those travelling by car, the underground parking is a huge plus. Recommend it! -

• Hankey (9/5): Superb - Spacious, cozy studio. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 types of coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. Spacious bathroom with washer. Very conveniently located - tram stop and B line stop Křižíkova is 2-3 min. We didn't use our car at all. Lidl shop is in the same building. Comfortable bed. Private underground parking, accessible by lift is a big plus. No curtains (just blinds) and the sun rise directly to an apartment windows. So it would be good to have some dark curtains which also protect from views from the opposite buildings.
• Marco (9/5): Comfortable place with many good facilities and some sleeping issues. Very good position. - Metro, trams and supermarket just down the building. The reserved parking place in the subterranean garage is a luxury for Prague. The lift from the garage to the apartment makes it easy to carry up the luggages avoiding bad weather conditions. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need (except spare plastic garbage bags). Large bathroom with plenty of space where to place your things. Washing machine, dishwasher and working table. Possibility to eat on the balcony. This apartment could be upgraded to a top-notch place just improving the comfort of the sleeping zone (that to me is the most important part of a stay): - the longest side of the flat is made by big glass windows with no possibility to darken the room, so there is light inside even during the night; if this can be neutralized by a sleeping mask, it doesn't work after dawn, when the room is flooded with light; it would be necessary to place darkening courtains, covering all the glasses; - the mattress is too firm for me, but I kind of accustomed to it; - the pillows are too smal and lumpy; it would be easy to remedy; - a/c is not a split equipment, but an inside portable machine which of course is noisy and uncomfortable.

• Sri (10/5): Best value for money. - Location- metro station and tram stops close by. Free parking in the basement - a luxury close to centre of Prague. Dog friendly. Spacious flat. River Vltava is not far to take the dog for walks. Very accommodative staff.
• Shari (8/5): Was a good stay, 08/10! - The host was very friendly and gave us recommendations for city trips. Also the apartment is located very good, with metro and tram nearby. The nights were calm and the balcony was a plus. The kitchen was well equiped too. It was also good to have a free parking spot in the parking garage of the house! Sadly the apartmant wasn‘t as clean as expected. On the floor was dust fluff and the toilet hasn‘t been cleaned before we arrived. Rest was ok.

• Nebojša (6/5): A place with great potential, needs a bit more work to meet the standard for the asking price. - Location is extremely convenient, very close to metro station and you have all the different stores and places to buy food all around. Also, free parking in a safe garage! Main bed is very small for the asking price and there is only one set of very small pillows. The sofa in front of the TV is very dirty. Internet speed and stability is very poor for today's standards, not convenient for someone who has to work. A general feel that whole place should be maintained a bit better.

The Internet doesn't suite to work from home. I hope the Internet provider or router can be changed to improve the quality.
• Monica (10/5): great - the location was great, the subway station was very close(100-150m) from the apartment, this is a big plus, we didn`t have to use the car at all, the apartment has all you need for a good stay, if we return in Prag we certainly will be staying here again. we arrived later than we say we do because of an accident on the highway, but the host expected us and it was no problem.
• Michael (9/5): Safe, secure, clean and spacious apartment in a great location with its own parking spot in the city - Communication with the host pre-arrival was excellent. We were greeted upon arrival and escorted to the parking spot. The apartment is in a great location for getting to the sights in Prague and was super clean. It is very secure and safe and having the reserved parking spot in the underground garage was a great amenity.
