Dairede bir evde olması gereken her şey vardı. Bulunduğu bölge şehrin sessiz sakin bir konumunda ve Astronomik Saatin de bulunduğu eski kent meydanına 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Prag a tekrar gidersek aynı tesiste tekrar konaklarız 🥰 Belki bir tuvalet daha olabilirdi!

• Tetiana (10/5): Помешкання чудове, люди у Чехії прекрасні, а Прага - це любов з першого відвідування❤️ - Дуже простора, естетично оздоблена квартира. Помешкання розміщене в історичній будівлі, з високими стелями, з деревʼяними рамами на вікнах). Проживати в такому місці приємно, затишно і якось по особливому. В квартирі тепло, чисто, тихо, дуже комфортно))). Є вся необхідна техніка: плита, чайник, холодильник, праска, пральна машина, ПММ, кавоварка капсульна( капсул не було), Господар помешкання надіслав чіткі інструкції щодо доступу в житло, завжди був на звʼязку, дуже гостинний👍👍👍! Помешкання знаходиться в центральній частині прекрасного міста Прага, в пішій доступності безліч найпопулярніших місць. Єдине, що не те, щоб не сподобалося, це парковка. Недалеко від помешкання знаходиться велика підземна парковка, все добре в ній, крім ціни - дорого, більше 30 євро за добу. Біля будинків паркуватися більше 2-х годин не можна туристам. Треба пошукати варіанти не в центрі.

• Kath (10/5): Fabulous stay! - The apartment was fabulous - very spacious, clean and conveniently located in old city. Loved walking around the town. Our hosts Jan and Jaroslav were very helpful, quick to communicate (fortunately we had no problems with the property). Beds were very comfortable. instructions could have been left on how to operate combined washer/dryer - I managed to shrink some clothes - whoopsie!! ;-)

• Vera (10/5): Estancia muy agradable en el centro de praga - El alojamiento es muy espacioso, limpio y acogedor. Las camas son amplias y muy cómodas, al igual que los dos sofás, que ofrecen un alto nivel de confort. Está ubicado junto a la Sinagoga Española, a unos ocho minutos a pie de la plaza de la Ciudad Vieja, lo que le confiere una localización inmejorable. Dispone de todo tipo de comodidades: un sistema de calefacción moderno y eficiente, así como todos los electrodomésticos necesarios (lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, secador de pelo, cafetera, televisor y hervidor de agua). Además, cuenta con utensilios de cocina, gel y champú, y cápsulas de café. Por último, merece una mención especial el anfitrión, Jan, quien ha sido extremadamente amable y atento en todo momento. Desde el primer momento nos proporcionó numerosas recomendaciones sobre la ciudad y nos asesoró sobre dónde podíamos guardar el equipaje hasta nuestro regreso a casa. La comunicación con él ha sido siempre fluida, cercana y muy cordial. nada

• Martina (9/5): Definitely stay here - We stayed here while visiting the Christmas markets and its only around the corner from the Old Town square, but out of the way also and very peaceful. The apartment is lovely and big and it was also warm when we came in from the cold. They provide umbrellas and slippers. We did self check in and had a little problem getting in the inside gate but a phone call to Jan and he answered straight away and we got in no problem. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Maybe a few blankets ,not that I was cold but I like weight on me so that's just me being really picky but everything was perfect really

• bizhan (9/5): - Overall, my stay was very good and I really enjoyed the property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only issue was that the floor made a lot of noise when walking, which could be disturbing at times
• Sacchi (9/5): Comfortable and charming stay in the heart of Prague - The apartment is very spacious, with large rooms, high ceilings and a charming retro style. Beautiful natural light fills the kitchen in the morning. The wide windows in the bedrooms are a plus. I stayed here during one of the hottest weeks of August, a rarity for Prague. Although there is no air conditioning, the apartment is equipped with several good fans (I think at least four), which made the stay comfortable. At the entrance, the hosts also provide several long umbrellas for use in case of rain. The location is simply perfect: just a short walk to the Old Town and the main square, so you’re right in the heart of the city with restaurants, cafés, and shops all around. Despite being central, the apartment was quiet and felt like a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. A place that I would happily return to on my next trip to Prague! P.S. The photos were taken on the day of departure at 6 a.m., so they don’t fully reflect the natural light. Upon our arrival, the beds were, of course, properly made and ready If I were to suggest just one small improvement, it would be to offer the possibility of having a second set of towels for guests staying more than three nights

It has an automatic plan (predefined by the owner) to warm up the water, but it was insufficient. We found a control unit in the bedroom to set it. However, we did not get any information about it or instruction how to operate. Eventually, we got it, but 2 days we were out of hot water.

• Andrew (9/5): Apartment in the heart of Prague - The decor was lovely, the beds comfortable, bedrooms are large, kitchen well stocked, nice and clean, great location to the old town, in a quiet street, double glazed windows. Jan was also a lovely host, and I would stay here again. Second bedroom was a lounge, which is a very minor detail, and we knew about it before arriving. Communal area is the dining room, but overall a pleasurable experience.

Very helpful advice from the local owner who was easy to contact before & during our stay. Very clean with a good kitchen area. Beer & wine as a welcome which was great as we arrived really late. The 'living space' is in the bedroom so there is no separate living room. I didn't realise that. I assumed 'living space' was a separate room which was not the case.The toilet smelled a little of drains.

It had all one can need during stay- all amenities in the kitchen, - We were doing remote working and internet speed was top in our priority which had affected badly to our work. There is WiFi but dont expect fast speed, it’s just small package of MBs. - Before arrival we were sure that the elevator will work but after arriving we had to pick up our luggages over 2 floors.

No Air conditioning yet installed so it was a bit hot n sticky, but the excellent bathroom and shower facilities compensated.

Nice kitchen and dining area. Washing machine available. Great location in the old town and access to Jewish quarter. Reasonable price. It doesn't seem to be very common in Prague, but screens in the window would make it easier to leave the windows open. The floors are made of beautiful wood but tend to be squeaky.

There are 2 massive bedrooms with sofa - This property is a total gem, the location is excellent and is surrounded by beautiful restaurants and bars but is still quiet. Jan kept in touch with us and is a great host. I would particularly recommend La Casa Bar at the end of the street, which is a rugged wee bar with friendly and welcoming staff. Nothing. • Ronel (9/5): This is an absolutely lovely old charm property, with plenty space and high ceilings. - Location, is excellent and in a nice quiet area, but walking distance to everything. After travelling for a while is it so nice to get to an apartment with everything from washing machine to a dishwasher, heated towel rails and plenty space. Lovely Danish pastries around the corner was superb. The pillows were not supportive and very soft. The duvets were single beds and difficult to sleep under, as the beds were made as kingsize

• Laurent (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very nice and well located As our flight was late, the owner told us that he will propose us a luggage storage option. The proposal arrives late the day before our departure and the option was to pay 50% of the rent!!! He also proposed us a taxi from the airport less expensive than Uber or a taxi and at the end it was 50%more expensive. Business is business !!!
