• Nicole (4/5): Falsche Bilder der Zimmer vermittelt und deutlich anderer Zustand dieser. - Lage war gut. Die Bilder der Unterkunft haben ein komplett falsches Bild von den tatsächlichen Zimmergrößen und der Ausstattung vermittelt. Teilweise sind zu manchen Zimmergöße keine oder nur Bilder des Bades verfügbar. Das „Kingsize-Bett-Studio“ ist beispielsweise genau gleich aufgebaut wie ein normales Zimmer. Man kann lediglich das Bett ausziehen und muss eine der beiden Matratzen auf die andere Hälfte legen, was bei den dünnen Matratzen absolut nicht komfortabel ist. ​Die im Zimmer ausliegenden Informationen sind teilweise falsch. Beispielsweise sollte die Heizungsnutzung von September bis Mai möglich sein, bei unserem Aufenthalt Mitte Mai war die Heizung jedoch bereits abgeschaltet und nicht mehr nutzbar – was bei 6 Grad in der Nacht ziemlich unangenehm war. Zudem war das Badezimmer in einem sehr schlechten und alten Zustand: Die Fugen waren sehr dreckig und an vielen Stellen wurden Beschädigungen nur notdürftig ausgebessert. Außerdem ist das einchecken für Leute, die digital nicht unbedingt Talentiert sind, eine Herausforderung.

• Al Fayez (6/5): Amazing location, a little bit more room for 2 people would be lovely. - Location is great Owners are very rigid, the room was a bit smaller than disclosed and no upgrades were offered even when asked. Housekeeping only comes 1 time within 10 day stay. Its a great place but if you are looking for a dorm room.

Mně osobně to nečinilo potíže, ale pro někoho by mohla být problematické pokyny v angličtině. Trochu to pak dělá dojem, že se s Čechy nepočítá.

Also very near to Lidl which was excellent for cooking. I was expecting a double bed as I travelled with my partner, but we ended up making do. • Balint Jozsef (8/5): Jó helyen van. Praktikus, ha csak este kell visszatérni a szállásra. - Jó az elhelyezkedése, nagyon közel vannak élelmiszerboltok (billa, lidl) és egy nagy park is. A szobában minden megvolt, amire szükség lehetett, köztük mosógép és mosópor, hajszárító, vasaló, vízforraló. A kulcsátvétel kontaktmentes és gördülékeny volt. A szoba viszonylag sötét annak ellenére, hogy egy nagy ablak és egy üvegajtó is beengedi a fényt. A negatívumok közül a legfeltűnőbb az ágy. Egy kisebb méretű franciaágy volt, de középen eléggé behajlik, besüpped, látszott, hogy DIY alátámasztások tartják középen, amikből néhány el is volt borulva. Keresztben kellett aludni, hogy ne a két matrac közé csússzak be.

In the photo, it seems it's a one bedroom but it's just a studio. the bed mattress is so thin that i can feel the wood of the bed structure itself.

Wenn dann noch Punkt 15:00 Uhr (vorher keine Chance zum check-in) jede Menge Leute dicht gedarängt in einem Mini-Flur (ohne Sitzgelegenheit) mit 33 Key-Lock-Boxen warten, um von irgendwo aus dem cyberspace ihre jew. access-codes für das überteuerte Mini-Appartment zu erhalten, wird es hektisch. Denn es dauert... und dauert... Endlich m 'Appartment' angekommen, wird man von einem "Kinderzimmer" überrascht, dessen Einzel-Betten mit ausgelegenen Matratzen nur 5 cm oberhalb des Bodens auf engem Raum (ähnlich einer Pritsche) aufgestellt wurden - direkt an der Wand zur geräuschvollen Nachbar-Toilette. Nach (nicht verhandelbarem) 'Rauswurf' Punkt 10:00 Uhr morgens muss man mit Sack und Pack ausziehen, da es keinen Gepäck-Aufbewahrungsraum, geschweige denn Personal dafür, gibt.

• Joao Andrade (7/5): Simple and comfortable in a quiet location - O quarto estava maioritariamente limpo e arejado. A cama é confortável e permite uma boa noite de sono. Havia alguns produtos disponíveis, como café, açúcar, e chás, mas a maior parte já aberto e utilizado. A casa de banho é grande e espaçosa, muito confortável. O apartamento tem muitos aparelhos que permitem cozinhar, lavar roupa, secar e cuidados de higiene. Infelizmente, a limpeza podia ser um pouco mais rigorosa, pois, encontramos roupa interior, talvez dos anteriores inquilinos, dentro do armário. As tolhas podiam ser maiores, permitindo a sua utilização um ou dois dias a mais antes de trocar.
• Valerio (8/5): Cute - We got early check in and it was unexpected for us and for this reason we were so happy to go into the apartment so early than the standard check-in time. The Apartment was so cute, despite being too little but it is perfect for a week-end holiday. If I had known that there was also a sauna outside the apartment I would have done it every day. Recommended, despite the location but in any case you can reach the city centre in 20 minutes by tram/bus Probably just the fact that there was no power outlet in the bathroom.

Nie jest to najwyższy standard, ale jeśli myślimy głównie o przenocowaniu to jest to dobra opcja. Na pewno lepsza niż hostele które są w okolicy. Łóżko jest na 2 osoby, składane,ale mało stabilne. Łatwo wpaść do środka 😅 Były tylko dwa małe ręczniki I dwie ściereczki do twarzy

• Anastasiia (7/5): Ok for it's price - Overall, apartment is fine for it's price. It was super warm inside (despite cold November outside), quite clean (few tiny mold spots in the bathroom only but I've seen way worse), kitchen nicely equipped with most of things you may need. Area is very quite, few small convenient stores on the street and bars/restaurants. Very close to Forum Karlin if you are coming for the concert, also around 15 minutes walk from couple of nice bars and bigger shops. Bus stop nearby, but 15 minutes walk takes you to tram and metro stop. Sandwich bar right at the premises with delivery of breakfast up to your room (didn't have a chnace to try). Although, we've been in touch with the owner early in the morning on the arrival date, we did not receive any check in instructions up until 3 pm and yet it required to call her couple of times. It would be way more convenient to receive instructions upfront. What seems as a balcony on the pictures, in fact was balcony through which you get to all the apartments on the floor so your bed is located right in front of the big window through which a lot of people may be passing. The biggest minus for me was that we booked a room for 2 people yet when we arrived, there was a single bed prepared and we had to convert it to double bed on our own. It was not very convenient since we have to find a spot for carpet, move tables, lamps etc. And pillows are rather decirative than for sleeping.

• Paloma (10/5): - Me encanto la independencia del alojamiento. El tener cocina, refrigerador, baño y lavadora en la misma habiatacion. El porte es adecuado y en general todo muy comodo El extractor del baño no funciona adecuadamente. En el techo del baño se junta humedad. Hay algunos sectores que tienen hongos, a pesar de que se nota que realizan aseo a la habiracion. Me da la impresion q es debido a q el extractor no esta funcionando

Es una cama nido que al juntarla se hace doble . La cocina es eléctrica y no tiene extractor. Todo lo que cocines llenará de humo y olor el piso.

The location was excellent, there’s a bus route right in front of the accommodation, and the bus stop is just a few minutes away. Public transport is super convenient. The café on the ground floor is also a big plus, perfect for grabbing food or coffee anytime. Inside the room, there’s a guidebook made by the owner that includes helpful details about the house rules, things to do in Prague, parking, public transport, and more. The room itself was wonderful. We really loved it! We stayed on the 4th floor in a room with a double bed. There were two standard-size pillows and two smaller cushion-size pillows, along with two blankets and an extra one provided. The room was equipped with one power socket, liquid soap, an iron with an ironing board, and many other convenient amenities that made our stay comfortable. A couple of minor things were slightly broken but still functional, such as the outlet cover, which had come loose but didn’t affect use, and the coat hook on the door, which seemed a bit wobbly but still worked fine.

Uważaj, możesz w ten sposób zostać zwyczajnie oszukany. Linki do strony zameldowania i opłat są przesyłane innymi aplikacjami, np. whatsup, co chyba jest w sprzeczności z regulaminem booking.com i powinno dyskwalifikować właściciela z korzystania z platformy booking.com Informacje na temat sposobu zameldowania i opłat lokalnych powinny być szczegółowo wyjaśnione przed dokonaniem rezerwacji. Inną dyskwalifikującą sprawą było załączenie na stronie booking.com przez właścicielkę fake'owego zdjęcia mieszkania pokazującego znacznie korzystniejszy układ pomieszczenia (z dużym balkonowym oknem) niż jest w rzeczywistości (mieszkanie jest na poddaszu i występują tylko okna dachowe).
