• Briones (8/5): Twas good ! the Lady on the coffee shop were we get the key is not very kind. But the stay the location is good. - Its near the tram station near charles bridge near old town very accessible Nothing
• Jana (10/5): Výborná poloha ubytovania, so všetkým sme boli spokojní, ďakujeme. - Ubytovanie zodpovedá ponuke, nič nám nechýbalo, ďakujeme.
• Sara Jeanne (5/5): Logement qui manque d’amour - L’emplacement géographique est bien. Proximité avec la berge et les ponts agréables. Le logement ne reflète pas l’attrait des images. Un minimum d’effort supplémentaire devraient être accordés par l’hôte. Poussière et peinture qui s’écaille, drain de la douche qui fonctionne in extremis (on doit fermer l’eau durant la douche pour laisser le temps à l’eau de s’écouler) et un seul couteau de cuisine pas aiguisée. L’immeuble est très bruyant et devant une rue passante et bruyante. Je ne recommande pas.

• Priya (8/5): Basic staying in a very well located spot - Very well located! Good transports and near city center. Basic kitchen and it was warm during cold days The toilet was a bit old, curtains of living room were no working so light was coming early

• Alexander (8/5): Charme statt moderner Beliebigkeit - Die Lage ist fantastisch, der Ausblick sehr schön und die Anbindung an Straßenbahn und Metro sehr gut. Und es hat im Gegensatz zu gefühlt allen Apartments keine generisch-minimalistische Ikea-Ausstattung. Das Apartment war staubig, hat unschön gerochen und einiges war kaputt.
• Dominique (9/5): Emplacement idéal pour séjourner au coeur de Prague - L'emplacement idéalement situé au coeur de Prague avec des moyens de transports juste à côté permettant d'aller partout très rapidement. l'appartement était bien équipé et notre hôte nous avait même laissé des ferrero rochers pour notre accueil ainsi qu'une bouteille d'eau et de quoi faire du café ! En ce qui concerne la récupération des clés, alors que nous étions devant l'établissement nous ne savions pas encore comment récupérer les cles, nous l'avons appris quelques minutes seulement après notre arrivée, j'ai essayé de contacter par téléphone notre hôte en vain. Finalement nous avons reçu un message nous indiquant où les trouver, mais nous étions tout de même un peu inquiets sur le moment et aurions préféré avoir l'information avant. Un petit bémol cependant avec la cafetière, notre hôte nous avait laissé du café mais il était trop fin et bouchait la cafetière, l'eau ne parvenait pas à monter, nous avons débouché la cafetière et acheté un autre café et alors le problème était résolu, mais c'était vraiment un détail , notre hôte était vraiment attentionnée.

Excellent location by the Vltava River in the historical center, right next to the National Theater, a short walk from Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. There are many great restaurants nearby, especially around the corner is the restaurant U Zpěváčků with excellent Czech cuisine and great prices. I recommend this accommodation.

Lots of bars and restaurants near by. The host was very lovely giving us suggestions where to eat and places to see. Overall a nice place!

• Ferderico (9/5): Muy buena estadía - Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estadía. La Habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. Tiene cocina, microondas y heladera, lo que nos permitía poder cocinar o calentar comida comprada. Excelente ubicación.
• Gabriella (1/5): Pessimo! - Posizione centrale Appartamento datato. Arrivati abbiamo trovato polvere sulle superfici, sui pavimenti e il piano cottura sporco. Negli angoli della casa e sotto alcune soffitte presenza di ragni e ragnatele. Abbiamo provato ripetutamente a contattare l'host che non ha mai risposto se non il giorno dopo. Non disposti a dormire in casa con presenza di ragnatele e ragni (sintomi evidente di mancanza di pulizia) abbiamo in tarda serata lasciato la casa e trovato a nostre spese un altro alloggio. Dopo ripetuti reclami con booking, e una vacanza parzialmente rovinata siamo riusciti ad ottenere il rimborso della sola metà spesa per questo appartamento pagato e non utilizzato neanche per una notte. Ci abbiamo rimesso in più anche il costo maggiorato dell'albergo che siamo stati costretti a cercare frettolosamente. L'host scortese, ha negato l'evidente stato di cattiva igiene della casa anche di fronte a foto che lo testimoniavano. Maleducata e non comprensiva negli scambi messaggi avuti, ci ha fornito un servizio pessimo e un'esperienza da dimenticare!

• Silke (8/5): - Traumhafte Lage, direkt an der Moldau in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Nationaltheater. Wir wurden freundlich zur Schlüsselübergabe im Café im Erdgeschoss empfangen. Eine Küchengrundausstattung ist vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Sauberkeit war leider mangelhaft. Es lag Staub auf den Möbeln und auf dem Parkett fanden sich einige XXL Staubflusen. Das Mobiliar (vor allem die Stühle) sollten mal repariert bzw. ausgetauscht werden.
• Adam (8/5): Good value for money and ideal for few nights in Prague - Very good location, everything in the city centre is within walking distance. I was worried that the street with the cars and tram would be too noisy, but the triple glazed blocked almost all noises. Although it was pretty cold outside (real feel -11C degrees) the apartment was cosy warm. It was easy to coordinate with Marketa and get into the apartment, also her tips were helpful. Some furniture could be updated.

• Daniel (10/5): - Úžasná lokalita, zvlášť když jdete večer do ND :) Přívětivá komunikace a snadné vyzvednutí klíčů. Výhled na Petřín. V přízemí je lahůdkářství, kde se skvěle snídá. V bytě je k dipozici všechno potřebné.

• sun (9/5): В самом центре Праги - Расположение замечательное! Это главный плюс, перекрывающий небольшие минусы. Просторная светлая комната с немного устаревшей мебелью. На кухне было все необходимое нам оборудование и посуда, а также чай, кофе, соль, сахар. Продукты покупали в Теско неподалеку от дома. Ванная комната небольшая, но функциональная. Нужно учитывать,что может быть шумно из-за остановки трамваев прямо под окнами и оживленной дороги. Хотелось бы немного обновить некоторую мебель, которая кажется очень ненадежной.

They gave us complementary chocolate, lots of bottle water/ sparkling water, tea, coffee and milk. The apartment felt clean. The host was friendly and helpful. The apartment was quite simplistic and a bit outdated and old. There wasn’t a TV and the kitchenette could do with some more pans and bigger bowls. It was a bit dusty in places.

• Calle (8/5): Beautiful location with an river view - Incredible location with the busstation just across the road. It was a perfect apartment for staying just a couple of days. The host was really easy to contact and knew very much! The floors were unfortunately really dirty and it had been far too long for it to be vacuumed. There were quite a few parts with clearly visible marks of water damage.
