• Pavel (10/5): Ideal location, very comfy - - Location is great - Host is friendly - There are plenty of options for sleep - The floor is a bit creaking at some points. Doors are creaking a bit, too. But that’s a minor thing, of course

• Goran (10/5): Odlična izbira za ogled Prage - Ob prihodu nas je pričal g. German, ki je res odličen gostitelj. Toplo nas je sprejel, razkazal celoten apartma in kako kaj deluje ter nas usmeril na odlične lokacije (ogledi, hrana...) Nato nas je pospremil do garaže za avto, kar je odlična zadeva v centru Prage. Apartma se nahaja v prijetni soseski, kjer so spodaj restavracije in bari. Vsa infrastruktura je v bližini oz nekaj metrov hoje (metro, tramvaj, trgovine...). Prago si lahko od tukaj praktično ogledaš peš. Mi smo bili v enosobnem apartmaju ki res velik, prostoren, urejen in zelo čist. Vsekakor odlična izbira in izkušnja. Toplo priporočamo.
• Alexandru (10/5): Perfect stay! - Very clean apartment with absolutely everything you need for your stay. It has spacious rooms and beautiful design. We received welcome beverages and coffee for mornings. Very important, it has included a safe parking spot in a garage about 3 minutes from the property. The owner is very nice and always answered quickly to our needs. In the area you have shops, restaurants and terraces, and you can easily get to the Old Town by walking. If you are a smoker, you should consider the fact that you cannot smoke in the balcony (it is not an open terrace).

• 6bruce6 (10/5): Odličan smještaj u centru grada. Sve preporuke! - Odličan apartman na odličnoj lokaciji. Sve pohvale domaćinima! Nemam prigovora na bilo što. Jedino što bih imao za dodati je da bi bilo dobro da smo imali još jedan set ključeva, ali snašli smo se i bez toga.

• Mario Friedhelm (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Die Größe und Aufteilung der Wohnung, die Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage sowie die Lage sind perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Alles war super sauber und die Handtücher so flauschig, wie vorher noch in keiner Unterkunft. Es gibt sogar kühle Getränke und Snacks, einfach toll. Der inkludierte Parkplatz ist in einer Großstadt, wie dieser, Gold wert. German ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Nichts.

German greeted us and gave us excellent advice on touring the city, we had the best meal in Prague in a nearby restaurant he recommended. We also liked the Sweat&Pepper bistro downstairs. The unit had everything we needed, including an AC unit in the bedroom. We appreciated the cold drinks and snacks. The curtain in the living room/kitchen could be wider to block more light.

• Georgy (9/5): Een goed verblijf om Praag te ontdekken. - Heel ruim en goed ingericht appartement. De locatie is top om verschillende delen van Praag te bezoeken. Op wandelafstand bevindt zich de oude stad, alle openbaar vervoer, en verschillende winkels en gezellige restaurants. De host zelf is heel vriendelijk en bezorgd. Hij geeft verschillende nuttige tips mee om het verblijf extra aangenaam te maken. Het was tenslotte heel handig om vlakbij een privé overdekte parking te hebben voor de wagen. Niet echt iets

Het centrum is op loopafstand en snel bereikbaar met de metro. Parkeren kan in een privé-garage om de hoek. Goede communicatie met vriendelijke gastheer.

• Carol (9/5): Excellent place to stay in Prague. - Excellent location, walkable to everywhere we wanted to go, especially the Christmas markets, close to restaurants and cafe’s. German was easily contactable, sorted out hot water quickly, even brought more fresh towels. There was even a welcoming Christmas tree in our room, nice touch, thank you. Nothing about the property, but, Minor issue with payment as advertised on booking.com as payable in Euros, and should be in shown payable in Czech crowns. As we did not know this, we had no Czech crowns but German happy to accept Euros, but this needs to be updated and made clear on booking.com

The unit is very secure, with simple access for guests. Really great cafes downstairs and quick easy access to trams via the lovely park just up the street. The walk to the river and old town is very easy and only takes 15 minutes. We really appreciate how beautifully presented the apartment is, and the great amenities. Highly recommended.

The apartment is located on a central but quiet street with plenty of cute cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. It was very accessible to public transportation. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Apartment had plenty of room for a family and everyone had their own space as well as a large living room. It was right in between two cafes which were perfect for meals and it was a quick walk to the old town. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Really helpful and kind host German. Parking garage close by. We loved it! The kitchen area was slightly hot without direct AC in it (there is AC in the bedroom) but there are big windows so it was manageable.

We arrived early but Greman came over early to meet us and let us in. He even had some welcome gifts in the fridge!

Only downside got only one bathroom.but two toilets shd be enough for those not taking bath so much like our Asian will be fine
• George (10/5): Beautiful apartment in great location. - Only a 25 minute walk to the Old City or a 3 minute walk to the streetcar. the apartment had an old world charm but was completely modern inside. German was a wonderful host and his sister and her husband were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. Parking was in a private garage nearby. We could easily contact German with questions and he was always ready to help. He also left coffee, cold drinks and other amenities in the kitchen. This was a WONDERFUL place and we highly recommend it. Stairs to get in, but this really wasn’t a problem.
