Czystość do poprawy :) - -czysta pościel -duże okna -winda -blisko centrum -pleśń w łazience -niedomyte naczynia -niedziałający telewizor (pani stwierdziła, że nie było napisane, że to część wyposażenia. A więc po co takie zdjęcia?) -nieprzewietrzone pokoje

• Rosalia (8/5): - Great location, walking distance from centre. Our apartment was located on a high floor, very quiet and nice, perfect for a weekend trip. You have to collect the keys in different locations.

• Ali (1/5): Terrific. - Nothing. The check in process was really absurd and complicated. There was no way to pay with card since their machine didn’t work, they’ve charged me 20% of the sum and the full price at the property. On top of that the stuff was really unhelpful. When it comes to the location it wasn’t safe area and the apartments near was really loud which disturbed my sleep. There was no shampoo, no shower towels, no soap nothing! The bed lines were dirty and the apartment was cold. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend and stay again. If you’re tourist stay away.

• Rossella (7/5): It's a good accomodation for 2 travellers. - The location was fantastic. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. There wasn't any noise whatsoever in the building so that was great. the double bed was very comfortable and the heating was OK. The sofa bed, that you need if you're traveling with a child was very uncomfortable. The flat was overall very small but this we could see from the pictures. What we didn't like was that when we asked for the amount in CZK we had to pay in cash for the city tax before we traveled, we got told one amount and a week later when we arrived got charged much more. Sure exchange rates do change slightly over time but not that much at all.

• Lorena (5/5): - La ubicación La falta de toallas, solo había dos toallas de ducha, no había ninguna de manos. Poco interés por parte de la propietaria, le pregunté si podía hacer el check out más tarde y aún estoy esperando a que me conteste.
• Amazigh (1/5): - Klíče je nutno vyzvednout v kanceláři vzdálené více než 1 km. Byt byl neuklizený, na zemi špína a ostříhané nehty, smrděl cigaretami. Vysavač je vražený před postelí mezi televizí a oknem, takže jsme ho hned museli použít. Topení leželo pod okny vyrvané ze zdi, nejen pod oknem, ale i u stolu byly v omítce díry. Nádobí bylo špatně umyté, v koupelně pouze gel na ruce, jinak žádné toaletní potřeby. Pro 2 lidi jen 2 malé ručníky, žádná osuška, jak je zvykem. U sprchového koutu na podlaze špína. Rozhodně nedoporučejeme! Opravdu to nebyl útulný apartmán!

• Olesia (8/5): - Місце розташування дуже зручне, в центрі все в пішій доступності. Ліжко для третьої людини було дуже не зручним і маленьким. Невеликий об'єм бойлеру. Дуже маленька кімната як для 3 людей. Рушники були тільки середні, великих не було.

• Natalie (7/5): Honest review from my recent stay - The beds, although firm, were quite comfortable. The lack of cleaning, amenities and general presentation is what let our stay down big time. By cleaning, I mean general everyday things. Here are a few examples of what we experienced: the microwave rotating plate was filthy (covered in hardened food), the sink/cooker area was seemingly wiped but not actually clean - there were nasty, greasy stains left, there was hair along the bottom of the inside of the wardrobe, the mattresses were stained (which made us feel unpleasant), there was clearly thick dust along noticeable areas on the room i.e. skirting boards and to top it all off there was an empty CONDOM WRAPPER left IN the shower on top of the overhead shower head! I'm sorry, but as a paying customer, I don't find these types of things acceptable. The cleaner/s are clearly not being thorough enough unfortunately. As for amenities, there were 3 of us staying and we didn't have enough of the basic items we needed! i.e. only 2 forks, 1 large glass, 1 medium sized glass etc. It was a pain as we did dine in a few nights and had to rotate in using the cutlery etc. Overall, the presentation was OK. However, there was general repairs, wear and tear that gave it a bad look i.e. a radiator which had been replaced but holes etc left in the wall to be seen (an eyesore), a large mass of cables clearly seen hanging from behind the TV, mismatched/not enough furniture etc - it doesn't look as pleasant in the pictures which is a real shame! I feel that if the owners focused on little details like this, it would make it much better.

• Hayleigh (5/5): Poo stained, good location - There were sh*t stains on the bed set, and we had two hand tails between three people so it was interesting when we wanted to shower. We found one larger towel by the bin that was covered in products. Bed was comfortable, little apartment was lovely, good location.

• Hamudi (6/5): Would not stay again - The apartment was modest but had all the amenities you need to make breakfast and sleep there (probably not best for spending too much time inside). The location was not amazing, but it was fine. The apartment was in a beautiful building, and the whole place was fresh and clean. The staff was incredibly unpleasant. It didn’t seem like the lady wanted to be in this job. Our brief interaction left a bad taste. The room was crazy hot at night even with the windows open.

• Alexandra (9/5): Superb - Modern apartment with all the facilities. Okay location and within walking distance of the city centre. Sofa bed wasn’t very comfy and there was no air conditioning. Collecting the keys is around a 20 minute walk from the apartment.

• Abdul (1/5): Could be improved a lot - The entire bathroom was broken and loose tiles were everywhere. The stove didn't work. The heater was broken and left in the room as a risk for families with children. The key collection at an office and then dragging all your luggage for 10 mins on the streets of Prague was just bad.
