• Jax (9/5): Great space for the price. Good location. Would recommend. - The period ceiling was amazing. The apartment was spacious and welcoming. The owners were polite and welcoming Ideally we like a cafe press for coffee. We also would have liked the option to open the windows.
• Jack (10/5): Charles BridgrRoyal Apartments Tomasska - Our stay at Charles Bridge Royal Apartments was excellent. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and warm—perfect after a long day out. Check-in was seamless; we contacted the office before leaving the airport, and they were there to greet us. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from Charles Bridge and close to all major attractions. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!
• Lucille (10/5): This is definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed. Can't fault anything. Our hosts only a text message away - Everything, pure luxury in every detail. Spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The heating was in throughout our stay ( February) greatly appreciated as was cold outside. The bath had whirlpool which was amazing after walking mist of the day . The property organised pick up/ drop of to and from airport for a fee which made the whole process so much easier . Krume was an excellent driver and although English was limited, he was brilliant 10/10. N/A

• Mark (7/5): Good standard of accommodation but with noise issues which spoil the experience - The location is excellent. The apartment is well appointed with nice beds and furnishings and spotlessly clean. The owners are attentive and have good communication skills. Whilst the location is good, the apartment is on a busy side road so there is a fair amount of noise from traffic. The accommodation has air-conditioning but it’s a mobile unit that is quite noisy and requires the exhaust hose to be put through a window for it to work properly which doesn’t help with road noise. The worst thing though is that the apartment is above a bar which on one night started playing loud music at 4am for a couple of hours!

• Lizzi (5/5): Couples break away - We liked how spacious the apartment was, it was very clean. It had all the amenities that you needed for a short stay. We didn't like that the room was extremely hot in an evening, ni air-con that worked. Air-con fan provided, however, you needed to have the windows open for this to work properly. The noise of this fan was horrendous. The road traffic was very noisy. Some of the house rules where that we could not smoke, this did not bother me or my husband as we do not smoke, however, all we could smell in the apartment was cigarette smoke. We where also told to be quite after 22.00pm. Unfortunately we couldn't get to sleep before 00.00am due to the noise outside as there is a bar directly underneath the apartment. I had trouble getting the TV to work. I asked for help after sorting netflix out, however, they only managed to get YouTube and o2tv that was not in English. Shower requires a anti-slip mat, the shower screen leaks on the floor. Bathroom and kitchen are very dated and worn. First bedroom with double bed, the herringbone wooden floor is broken and we stubbed our toes a few times. The safety box didn't work. No blinds or curtains in the first bedroom. We will not be staying again.

• Andrew (9/5): Great apartment in a great location. - The apartment is comfortable and quite spacious in a great location, only 100m away from Malostranské náměstí (major tram stop) and 500m to Charles Bridge. The central heating worked well and there was a portable AC unit (though we didn't needed it at this time of year). WiFi works well everywhere; no drop-outs and fast speed. One of the owners waited up for us to arrive and hand over the keys after our very delayed flight - much appreciated! Both bathroom and kitchen are a bit dated but functional. There is a washing machine, but no drying facilities other than radiators.

• Damir (10/5): The best location in Prague and cozy apartment... - It is really fine location for Prague. It is between the Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle, but quiet place for good sleeping. There is an elevator. View is also pretty good. Many cafes and restaurants are nearby the apartment, including the Czech restaurant. Apartment was clean and had everything what I need. The area of the apartment is bigger than others. Manager Alex was attentive and polite. At our request, he provided two sets of keys. If I am in Prague, I will definitely stay again in this apartment. I'm not sure but maybe if there is one bottle of water it will be fine
