- Alfons (7/5): We had a lovely time and are satisfied for the price paid. - The apartment looks really nice, the beds and all other furniture are fresh. Overall things are very good. Some things could have been more thoroughly cleaned upon our arrival. Most of the dishes were completely unwashed. Furthermore some of the equipment needed to comfortably cook for 5 people were not present. There were no replacement garbage bags, washer machine tablets etc. The fridge was also quite small and the largest shelf was broken.

- Kharziani (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Residence Tesnov Apartment. The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with plenty of space and everything needed for a relaxing trip. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The location is excellent — close to the city center, public transport, restaurants and making it very easy to explore Prague. We also appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt, especially in the evenings. The check-in process was simple and convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, this apartment offers great value for money and made our visit to Prague even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

- Frederique (5/5): Dichtbij het centrum, maar wel verouderd. - De lokatie van deze hotel/ appartement is prima. Dichtbij het centrum. Het gebouw is verouderd. De kamer is niet goed ingedeeld en de vloer, de keuken en het meubilair zijn oud en kapot. De prijs van de accommodatie stond niet in verhouding tot wat wij kregen. De accommodatie ligt in een druk deel van de stad. Het is zo warm in de kamer dat het nodig is om het raam open te doen, maar helaas hebben wij dan dag en nacht veel last van het lawaai.
- Tsveta (6/5): It was ok, but for the price, I expected a more comfortable and cleaner space. - Spacious and close to centre. Main bed was comfortable. Kitchen could’ve been better equipped- no coffee machine, several pots which were not compatible with the induction hob. The additional pullout bet had several missing slabs under the mattress, so not the most comfortable sleep. Balcony was dirty, didn’t feel like it’s really usable. When we closed the pullout bed it was very dirty underneath, not sure it was cleaned in a while. There was also another single bed that had a smaller mattress than bed frame, which we had to keep our younger child away from, so he doesn’t get stuck in the holes between the bed frame slabs. Difficult to maintain the temperature with the heaters.

- Isidora (8/5): - The best first expression of the city ever, with our taxi driver who works for Tesnov Residence. Very, very kind man. During the ride to the apartment, we felt like we had a quick tour through the city. We stayed in Vanila apartment for 6 nights, it was very clean and sweet. The bathroom is big. It was quiet during the night. Close to the city center by walking. The train and bus station are very close, as well as metro station. They sent me the code for opening the main door and the apartment the day we came to the city. I did not have internet in that moment. It should be earlier. Connecting to wi fi should be simpler, not with sending the code on e-mail, and if you make a mistake, you need to wait 10 minutes to try again. It is necessary to have extra garbage bags and bathroom products. But all this is minor in relation to the whole impression. I would recommend it.

- Petros (9/5): - Προσωπικά για εμάς που δεν έχουμε πρόβλημα στο να περπατάμε ήταν σε καλό σημείο από το κέντρο! Έχει ακριβώς από κάτω στάση τραμ που εξυπηρετεί με συχνή συγκοινωνία για το κέντρο! Ο σταθμός των λεωφορείων είναι 700 μέτρα περίπου απο το ξενοδοχείο και εξυπηρετεί κάθε μια ώρα δρομολόγια από και προς αεροδρόμιο! Μείναμε σε δωμάτιο στη πίσω πλευρά και ήταν ήσυχο δωμάτιο! Το δωμάτιο αρκετά ζεστό και είχε συνεχόμενα ζεστό νερό! Θελήσαμε αλλαγή μαξιλαριων και μας εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα! Δεν παρείχε σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο, τα οποία δε ζητήσαμε, μπορεί αν ζητούσαμε να μας έδιναν!

- Mariana (9/5): Overall, the hotel offers good value for money thanks to its great location, friendly staff, and cleanliness. - The hotel has a very convenient location — it is close to the bus station, and you can easily walk there. The city center with all the main attractions is also within walking distance, which is a big plus. The staff were very friendly and kind. They explained everything clearly when I arrived, and communication through Booking was also pleasant and easy to understand. The room was clean, which made the stay comfortable. Unfortunately, there were some negative aspects during my stay. The trash bins are located in the inner courtyard, and it was very noisy when people were throwing garbage away. All the windows faced this courtyard. Also, there seemed to be some renovation work in the neighboring rooms, which caused additional noise.

- JariFi (7/5): - Apartment was clean and checking was smooth after office hours. Kitchen was quite well equipped. Very noisy. Garbage bins are under the window so basically from 6am until 10am there was a lot noise when people were taking out the trash, glass bottles clashing each other, and door banging. A lot of party people staying at the place and it was possible hear everything from the stairway to the room, loud speaking, yelling, music. During the daytime it was calm. The pillow and blanket were not comfortable. Bed was ok. Communication was good before the stay, but during stay, not that good. I took a late checkout, but the cleaning person rushed in the room without knocking or anything.

- Josef (7/5): Overall a good stay but with minor complaints - We enjoyed the size of the accommodation and the interior. The kitchen and dining area was great, the beds were pretty good. That there was a bad smell coming from the WC that didn’t go away and thus stayed with us for the entirety of our stay. Another thing that wasn’t a major issue but a bit annoying was the fact that our toilet was outside of our room in the shared hallway.

- Lyubov (8/5): Very comfortable apartment. We recommend it. - Excellent location, close to tram stops, a metro station and a supermarket are just steps away. The old city center is a pleasant 15-20-minute walk away. The Vltava River and beautiful views along the embankments are nearby. The staff is very friendly. The room is small but has everything you need. It's clean and quiet, with windows facing the courtyard. Excellent heating from electric radiators, which is important in the cold season (early April). We plan to stay again and highly recommend this apartment.

As camas de casal estavam juntas no mesmo quarto. Torna-se constrangedor. Poderiam ter-nos colocado noutro apartamento. Daí a decepção

There is enough kitchen equipment for basic cooking if you travel with kids. What we like the most is the location, it is well connected and it's not far from the city centre, 15 minutes walk

- Nurhayat (7/5): - Konumu çok iyiydi mutfağının ve banyosunun temiz ve yeni olması çok güzeldi. Yastıklar aşırı derecede sert yüksek ve rahatsızdı. Kahve makinesi olmasını beklerdim. En azından çay ya da ikramlık kahve poşetleri olması gerekirdi. Bunlar olumsuzdu.
- Pablo (10/5): Magnífico sitio - Todo estaba en orden. Aunque estaba un poco retirado del centro, no estaba mal ubicado ya que a unos 15’ en línea recta tienes la plaza del reloj astronómico. Estaba bastante cerca de una zona de paso constante de coches, pero es cierto que con las ventanas cerradas apenas entra ruido

- Carmen (9/5): ESTUDIOS BONITOS Y CÉNTRICOS - Estuve en el estudio Freisia, es amplio, luminoso y con una mini cocina que tiene suficiente para pasar unos días. Bastante cómoda loa cama, las almohadas no tanto, son muy gruesas. Sería deseable unas cortinas más opacas, pero con antifaz lo solucionamos. Baño luego y cómodo. Está a 10 o 15 minutos andando del centro por una calle muy fácil de llegar.. Que entra mucha luz natural, desde las 6:00 de la mañana

- Rafał (9/5): Byliśmy zadowoleni. - Zamieszkaliśmy w 6 osób w apartamencie Lavender w dwóch pokojach z aneksem. Recepcja zawsze pomocna w godzinach 9 -17. Możliwość pozostawienia bagaży w przechowalni przed i po zameldowaniu w tych godzinach.

- Rocío (8/5): - El edificio era muy bonito y se mantienen elementos originales como puertas, el suelo... El staff muy amable y eficiente. Nuestro apartamento era todo exterior y era muy luminoso y calentito apenas hacía falta la calefacción. Muy bien situado, con supermercados y restaurantes cerca y el tranvía justo cruzando la acera. Nuestro apartamento era muy grande y espacioso. No nos dijeron que el baño de nuestro apartamento aunque privado estaba fuera , salir de noche al rellano era molesto e incómodo. Hay mucho olor a cañerías en la ducha, haría falta un extractor más potente y un absorbe olores. Solo una toalla para estancias largas y no te dan pequeña y grande. No hay persianas y las cortinas son finas, alli amanece temprano y la luz molesta mucho para dormir. También estaría bien que tuviesen escoba o fregada y utensilios de limpieza básicos.

- Laura (7/5): - Spacious and clean. Good location, just outside a tram stop and 15 minute walk from old town. L’Osteria Italia restaurant a 5 minute walk away was the highlight our trip. No sweeping brush or hoover was provided which would be helpful to keep the apartment tidy. We received a noise complaint at 5pm while playing cards and making minimal noise which made us feel a little uneasy in a space we paid for.

- Jose Antonio (6/5): Estancia en Praga. - Está muy bien aclimatado y tiene lavadora. Estaba un poco sucio, la almohada tenía muchos pelos debajo de la funda, le faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina y entra muchísima claridad por todas las ventanas.

Lasciato a piedi all arrivo in aeroporto,hanno provato a scusarsi dicendo che non avevano capito volessimo il taxi all arrivo ma non combaciando coi sms che ci scambiavamo per l organizzazione. C hanno regalato 2 ore in più in stanza ma ho speso 50€ per il taxi obbligato a prendere dopo 2 ore d attesa e nessuna loro risposta al numero dato perché loro alle 17 chiudono e non rispondono più. VERGOGNOSO!! La ragazza in reception arrogante,spocchiosa e maleducata oltre al fatto che qualche lezione in inglese in più le farebbe bene oltre che di bon ton.
